The present invention relates to a vehicle interior material represented by a roof trim and an indoor side trim of a vehicle such as an automobile, and more particularly to a vehicle interior material provided with an indirect lighting device.

Patent Document 1 discloses a structure in which an indirect lighting device is arranged to extend in the vehicle front-rear direction on the side of the roof trim in the vehicle width direction.

In the disclosed technique of Patent Document 1, a groove is formed in a step shape on the roof trim, the groove is covered with a cover, an indirect lighting device is housed in the inside, and light is distributed from a gap between the cover terminal and the groove bottom surface. Indirect lighting is performed.

For this reason, it cannot be denied that the light distribution gap is exposed for a long time in the vehicle front-rear direction, and the appearance is poor.In addition, a child or the like mischievously inserts a finger into the gap and lowers the cover terminal to open the gap. There is a possibility of spreading or damaging the cover.

Further, since the end of the cover is a free end, the dimension of the gap is not kept constant in the front-rear direction, and light distribution unevenness may occur.

Accordingly, the present invention provides an interior material for a vehicle equipped with an indirect lighting device capable of improving the light distribution performance as well as improving the appearance around the light distribution portion of the indirect lighting device. .

A vehicle interior material according to the present invention includes a plurality of interior material elements arranged with their end portions overlapped with each other at a predetermined interval, and an indirect lighting device disposed between the end portions of the plurality of interior material elements, It is equipped with.

The indirect lighting device described above includes a lens that distributes light into the vehicle interior through a gap between the terminal of one interior material element and the other interior material element. And this lens is arrange | positioned filling the clearance gap between the terminal of said one interior material element, and the other interior material element.

In this case, the indirect lighting device includes an energy absorbing portion that can be deformed to be crushed with the vehicle body side panel when a passenger's collision load acts on the one interior material element.

According to the present invention, since the gap between the terminal of one interior material element and the other interior material element is filled with the light distribution lens of the indirect lighting device and the appearance is adjusted, the appearance is improved. be able to.

In addition, since it is possible to prevent children from mischievously inserting their fingers into the gap, the terminal of the one interior material element is not unduly deformed in the expanding direction.

And the indirect illumination light can be uniformly irradiated to the passenger compartment side by the lens, and the light distribution performance can be improved.

The schematic external appearance perspective view which shows an example of the roof trim made into the object of this invention. Sectional drawing which follows the AA line of FIG. 1 which shows 1st Embodiment of this invention. Sectional drawing similar to FIG. 2 which shows the normal time and deformation | transformation time of 2nd Embodiment of this invention by (A), (B). Sectional drawing similar to FIG. 2 which shows 3rd Embodiment of this invention.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings by taking a roof trim as an example of a vehicle interior material.

FIG. 1 is a schematic external perspective view of a roof trim 1 used in a vehicle having a sunroof specification, as viewed from above. An opening corresponding to a sunroof portion set on a roof panel (not shown) is provided at a central portion of the roof trim 1. A window portion 2 is formed.

On both sides of the roof trim 1 in the vehicle width direction, a long indirect lighting device 10 is disposed in a required length region extending from the trim front side portion TF to the trim rear side portion TR.

In FIG. 1, for convenience, only the indirect lighting device 10 on the left side of the vehicle is shown in a transparent state.

The roof trim 1 is divided into two roof trim elements (interior material elements) of an outer peripheral side trim 1A and an inner peripheral side trim 1B, and is molded separately.

As shown in FIG. 2, the outer peripheral side trim 1 </ b> A and the inner peripheral side trim 1 </ b> B are, for example, a trim core material 3 made of an appropriate synthetic resin material, and a skin 4 that covers the interior surface of the trim core material 3. It can shape | mold as a laminated structure.

The skin 4 constitutes the design surface and the soft pad surface of the roof trim 1, and a soft synthetic resin sheet having an appropriate pattern or color can be used.

The outer periphery side trim 1A and the inner periphery side trim 1B are arranged so that the outer periphery side end portion of the inner periphery side trim 1B overlaps the back surface of the inner periphery side end portion of the outer periphery side trim 1A at a predetermined interval. It is.

As described above, the indirect lighting device 10 is arranged between the end portions of the outer peripheral side trim 1A and the inner peripheral side trim 1B at both sides in the vehicle width direction of the roof trim 1, so that the inner periphery of the outer peripheral side trim 1A is arranged. Lighting light is irradiated from a gap δ between the terminal on the side and the inner peripheral trim 1B surface to indirectly illuminate the design surface (skin 4) of the inner peripheral trim 1B.

The outer trim 1 </ b> A is formed with a recessed portion 5 at a portion corresponding to the placement of the assist grip 20 so that the assist grip 20 can be stored and disposed in the recessed portion 5.

On the other hand, the inner peripheral side end of the inner peripheral side trim 1B forms a flange portion 6 that gently rises and rises, and the inner surface of the roof such as the roof strength member 21 formed around the sunroof portion of the roof panel (not shown). The structure of the part is concealed.

For fixing the roof trim 1 to the vehicle body side, for example, the outer peripheral edge of the outer periphery side trim 1A is fixed to a roof rail (not shown) which is a roof frame member with a clip or the like, while the inner periphery side trim 1B is fixed to the roof strength member 21 described above. As shown in FIG. 2, the fixing means 22 is engaged.

For this reason, the above-mentioned fastening means for arranging the bracket 7 made of hard synthetic resin or metal on a required portion on the back surface of the inner peripheral trim 1B and engaging the roof strength member 21 and the bracket 7 with each other. 22 is provided.

The indirect lighting device 10 includes a housing 11, a light source 12 held in the housing 11, and a lens 13 that covers the light source 12 and is attached to the housing 11.

Both the housing 11 and the lens 13 are made of an appropriate synthetic resin material, and the lens 13 is disposed between the inner peripheral end of the outer peripheral trim 1A and the flat design surface (skin 4) of the inner peripheral trim 1B. The gap δ is filled.

As a result, the illumination light of the light source 12 is diffused and irradiated by the lens 13 through the gap δ as shown by the arrow a in FIG. 2, and the design surface 4 of the inner peripheral side trim 1B is indirectly illuminated.

The light source 12 is composed of, for example, a combination of a plurality of acrylic light guides formed in the long rectangular cross section shown in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 and a flat LED arranged on the end face in the length direction. A light source unit can be used.

Therefore, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the light source 12 is divided into a plurality of parts in the vehicle front-rear direction, and the housing 11 is a U-shaped cross section into which a light guide having a square cross section can be fitted. It is said.

The terminal portion on the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral side trim 1A constituting the lower edge of the gap δ described above is formed by gently curving upward, and the lower surface shape of the lens 13 is accordingly changed to the trim terminal. It has a concavo-convex shape that matches the surface.

Here, in the present embodiment, the indirect lighting device 10 described above is fixed to the back surface of the inner peripheral side end portion of the outer peripheral side trim 1A, and the inner peripheral side trim 1B is fixed to the indirect lighting device. 10 are connected to each other.

In the present embodiment, the housing 11 has a plurality of seats having a closed cross-sectional shape interposed between the end portions of the outer periphery side trim 1A and the inner periphery side trim 1B at a predetermined interval in the length direction (vehicle longitudinal direction). Part 14 is provided. The lower surface of the seat portion 14 is bonded and fixed to the rear surface of the end portion of the outer trim 1A together with the lower surface of the lens 13 with an appropriate adhesive.

Each seat portion 14 is formed with a fastener portion 15 that protrudes from the upper surface side and has a continuous closed cross section, and the fastener portion 15 is inserted into an attachment hole 8 provided through the inner peripheral trim 1B and the bracket 7. The inner periphery side trim 1B is connected to the outer periphery side trim 1A by being inserted.

Further, the fastening means 22 for engaging with each other is provided on the top surface of the fastener portion 15 and the roof strength member 21 as described above, and the indirect lighting device 10 is attached to the roof strength member 21 via the fastener portion 15. I try to fix it.

According to the roof trim 1 of the present embodiment having the above configuration, the gap δ between the terminal of the outer periphery side trim 1A and the inner periphery side trim 1B is filled with the light distribution lens 13 of the indirect lighting device 10. Since the appearance is adjusted, the appearance is good and the quality can be enhanced.

In addition, since the child or the like cannot play a finger and insert his / her finger into the gap δ, the terminal of the outer trim 1A is not unduly deformed in the expanding direction (lower side).

The indirect illumination light can be uniformly diffused and irradiated to the passenger compartment side through the gap δ by the lens 13, and the light distribution performance of the indirect illumination can be enhanced.

Further, in the present embodiment, the indirect lighting device 10 is fixed to the back surface of the end portion of the outer peripheral side trim 1 </ b> A, and the inner peripheral side trim 1 </ b> B is connected via the indirect lighting device 10. Thereby, the fixing of the indirect lighting device 10 and the modularization of the roof trim 1 can be advantageously carried out in terms of design without using a dedicated connecting means.

In addition, since the lens 13 of the indirect lighting device 10 can be fixed to the terminal of the outer peripheral side trim 1A, the wavy deformation of the terminal over time can be suppressed, and the quality can be further enhanced.

FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the indirect lighting device 10 described above is a vehicle body panel when a collision load F of the occupant head H acts on the outer trim 1A. An energy absorbing portion 30 that can be crushed and deformed with the roof strength member 21 is provided.

In the example shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the seat portion 14 formed integrally with the housing 11 of the indirect lighting device 10 is formed in an open cross section with the lower side open. And the pressure-receiving flange 14a which contact | abuts to the back surface of the outer periphery side trim 1A is provided in the vehicle width direction both-sides edge of this open cross section. Thus, when a collision load F of a predetermined value or more is input via the flange 14a, the side walls on both sides in the vehicle width direction of the seat portion 14 are buckled and deformed between the vehicle body side panel 21 as shown in FIG. I am doing so.

That is, in this embodiment, the energy absorbing portion 30 is configured by the seat portion 14 itself of the housing 11.

Further, in the illustrated example, a boss portion 15A is provided on the top surface of the seat portion 14 in place of the fastener portion 15 in the first embodiment, and the inner peripheral side trim 1B is screwed with a screw 16 via the boss portion 15A. And try to connect.

Therefore, according to the present embodiment, in addition to the operational effects of the first embodiment, the occupant head H interferes with the arrangement of the indirect lighting device 10 of the outer trim 1A at the time of a vehicle collision or the like, When a collision load F of a predetermined value or more is input to the seat portion 14 of the housing 11 constituting the energy absorbing portion 30, the collision energy is absorbed by the buckling deformation of the seat portion 14 as described above, and an excellent buffering effect is obtained. be able to.

Since no dedicated energy absorbing member is used, the layout does not become difficult, and the number of parts and the number of mounting steps are not increased, which can be advantageously obtained in terms of cost.

Further, regarding the input of such a collision load F, including the first embodiment, a cover molding as a separate member as in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 is provided indoors at the terminal of the outer peripheral side trim 1A. Therefore, there is no problem caused by the damage of the cover molding.

FIG. 4 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the above-mentioned inner peripheral trim 1B is disposed on the outer trim 1A at the end portion that overlaps the outer trim 1A. When the collision load F of the part H acts, the energy absorption part 30 which can be crushed and deform | transformed between the roof side rails 23 which are vehicle body panels is provided.

In the illustrated example, an extending portion is formed partially or along the length direction (vehicle longitudinal direction) on the outer side in the vehicle width direction than the portion connected via the indirect lighting device 10 of the inner peripheral trim 1B. Thus, a concave open cross-section portion 9 whose lower side is opened is formed here, and the energy absorption portion 30 that is placed in contact with the back surface of the outer peripheral side trim 1A with the open cross-section portion 9 is configured.

Also in this embodiment, as in the second embodiment, a boss portion 15A is provided on the top surface of the seat portion 14 of the housing 11, and the inner peripheral trim 1B is screwed by a screw 16 via the boss portion 15A. It is fixed with screws.

Therefore, according to the present embodiment, in addition to the operational effects of the first embodiment, the occupant head H interferes with the arrangement of the energy absorbing portion 30 in the outer trim 1A during a vehicle collision or the like. When a collision load F of a predetermined value or more is input, the open cross-section portion 9 of the inner peripheral side trim 1B constituting the energy absorbing portion 30 is buckled and deformed with the vehicle body side panel 23 to absorb the collision energy. And an excellent buffering effect can be obtained.

Also, in the case of this embodiment, since a dedicated energy absorbing member is not used, the layout is not difficult, and the number of parts and the number of mounting steps are not increased, so that it can be advantageously obtained in terms of cost.

In addition, although the case where this invention was applied to the roof trim was illustrated in the said embodiment, this invention is employable also for interior side trims, such as a door trim, a rear side trim, a rear pillar trim.

In addition to the above, the light source 12 of the indirect illumination device 10 may have a simple configuration using a lamp unit including a known LED lamp.
