Description

The present invention relates to a suspension-type vibration isolator, and more specifically, vibration equipment such as an air conditioner, a suspension bolt that suspends a water supply / drain pipe, a duct for air supply / exhaust, and the like to prevent propagation of vibration of the vibration equipment. Therefore, the suspension type vibration isolator can be quickly and smoothly attached to the suspension bolt, and can be reliably prevented from falling off.

As the suspension type vibration isolator as described above, the vibration isolator main body has an upper side portion and a lower side portion and is interposed in the middle of a suspension bolt that suspends a vibration device that generates vibration to support the load of the vibration device. A vibration isolator disposed between an upper side and a lower side of the vibration isolator main body to absorb vibrations of the vibration device, and between the vibration isolator and the vibration isolator main body and the anti-vibration main body. A suspension type anti-vibration device for preventing propagation of vibration of the vibration device, comprising: an upper and lower elastic member interposed between a vibration member and the suspension bolt; The applicant previously proposed that the outer shape is a truncated cone shape (see Patent Document 1).

The vibration isolator itself has the above-described configuration, thereby satisfying the demands for reducing the size and weight of the vibration isolator, and the position of the insert and the position where the vibration device is installed are misaligned. However, the anti-vibration body and anti-vibration body can be prevented from coming into contact with the anti-vibration material, and the anti-vibration effect can be reliably exerted. When installing the camera, the work was quite difficult and time-consuming, and it was difficult to install smoothly.

That is, in this vibration isolator, when attaching the vibration isolator body to the suspension bolt, the round hole drilled in the upper side portion of the vibration isolator body is a bolt suspended from the ceiling slab (uplift Bolts are passed from the lower end, protruded from the lower end of the anti-vibration material mounted on the anti-vibration body, and fitted to the lower end of the elastic material that covers the anti-vibration material until it hits the attached washer. The lower nut is screwed from the lower end of the bolt, and the lower nut is paired with the upper nut to be fastened and fixed.

However, as described above, when the vibration device is lifted and the vibration device body is lifted by passing the round hole of the vibration isolator main body from the lower end of the suspension bolt, the attachment must be performed at 2 to 4 points which are important points of the vibration device. Until the lower nut is attached, the heavy vibration equipment has to be lifted and supported by a number of people by the installer, and the installation work becomes complicated, which takes time and results in poor workability. In addition, the installation requires a necessary space, and there is a problem in mounting in a narrow space.

Embodiments of a suspended vibration isolator according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

<First Embodiment>
(First embodiment)
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes an anti-vibration hanger illustrated as an embodiment of a suspension-type anti-vibration device. The anti-vibration hanger 1 includes intermediate suspension bolts, that is, an upper suspension bolt B1 and a lower suspension bolt B2. By elastically supporting an air conditioner (not shown) and its piping via a vibration isolator described later, the vertical vibration component of the vibration generated from the air conditioner etc. is mainly absorbed. It has a function of preventing propagation to a concrete slab (not shown). In addition, since it is common to use a full screw bolt with a nominal diameter of 10 as the suspension bolt, the illustrated form illustrates a full screw bolt with a nominal diameter of 10 for both the upper suspension bolt B1 and the lower suspension bolt B2. Yes. Of course, it is needless to say that other standard bolts such as 3/8 and 1/2 volts are also applicable.

The vibration isolator hanger 1 includes a hanger box 2 that is a vibration isolator body that elastically supports an air conditioner and the like, and an elastic rubber member 3 that is attached to the hanger box 2 and absorbs vibrations of the air conditioner and the like. , Mainly consists of.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the hanger box 2 is formed from a general structural rolled steel (SS400), and has a hollow rectangular shape (front and side) having an upper side portion 21 and a lower side portion 22 and a pair of left and right side portions 23 and 24. It consists of a frame that is bent into a box shape with an open back), supports the load of the air conditioner, etc., and separates the suspension bolt into the upper suspension bolt B1 and the lower suspension bolt B2 (cuts the edges). This is to allow the air conditioner or the like to be elastically supported by interposing the elastic rubber member 3 which is the above-mentioned vibration isolator. In addition, since the entire frame is long and small, the anti-vibration hanger 1 can be installed even in a narrow space.

A flat surface having a predetermined width (W = 25 mm in the illustrated embodiment) that can be inserted from the horizontal portion into the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1 (nominal screw bolt or hexagonal push bolt) on the upper side portion 21 of the hanger box 2. A substantially U-shaped engagement groove 25 is cut out, and a round hole 26 having a predetermined diameter (diameter φ = 19 mm in the illustrated embodiment) into which the lower suspension bolt B2 can be loosely fitted is formed in the lower side portion 22. ing. The engagement groove 25 is formed so that the notch opening faces one box opening side of the hanger box 2.

The elastic rubber member 3 has a center shaft hole inserted into an upper end portion of a lower suspension bolt B2 inserted through a round hole 26 formed in the lower side portion 22 of the hanger box 2, and is double-laminated through a washer from above. The nuts 27 and 28 are fastened and fixed.

4 and 5, substantially U-shaped engagement grooves 30 and 31 similar to the engagement groove 25 formed on the upper side portion 21 of the hanger box 2 are notched and formed on the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1. The rectangular plate-shaped latching pieces 32 and 33 which can be inserted from the horizontal direction are shown. These locking pieces 32, 33 are L-shaped or U-shaped locking portions that are locked to the edges of the upper side portion 21 of the hanger box 2 at both end edges on the notch opening side of the engaging grooves 30, 31. 34 and 35 are provided. That is, FIG. 4 shows an example of an L-shaped locking portion 34. When the engagement groove 30 of the locking piece 32 is inserted into the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1 and then backed, the locking portion is hanger. The upper side 21 of the box 2 contacts and engages with the opening side edge. FIG. 5 shows an example of a U-shaped locking portion 35. When the engaging groove 31 of the locking piece 33 is inserted into the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1 and then backed, the locking portion becomes a hanger. Engage so as to sandwich the opening side edge of the upper side 21 of the box 2. Then, the locking pieces 32, 33 having any one of the locking portions 34, 35 are inserted into the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1 inserted through the engaging grooves 30, 31, and the locking portions 34, 35 are A double nut 37 in which the locking piece and the upper side portion 21 of the hanger box 2 are screwed onto the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1 from above and below in a state of being engaged with the opening side edge portion of the upper side portion 21 of the hanger box 2; 38 is clamped and fixed.

In the above description, the engaging portions 34 and 35 of the engaging pieces 32 and 33 are formed in an L shape or a U shape, but it is needless to say that other shapes may be used. Moreover, although the thing processed from the general structural rolled steel (SS400) was illustrated as the hanger box 2 in the above, it is not restricted to such a steel thing, The load (for example, applied to one hanging bolt (for example, When the air conditioner is supported by four-point suspension, the material is not particularly limited as long as it has a tensile allowable strength sufficient to support a quarter load of the air conditioner.

<Attachment procedure of anti-vibration hanger>
Next, a procedure for attaching the vibration-proof hanger will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, as shown in FIG. 2, an upper hexagon nut 37 and a lower hexagon nut 38 are attached to a lower end portion of an upper suspension bolt B1 suspended from a concrete slab, which is a structural frame (not shown), at a predetermined interval. This interval is set to be at least larger than the sum of the thickness of the upper side 21 of the hanger box 2 and the thickness of the locking pieces 32 and 33 so that the nuts 37 and 38 can sandwich them.

Next, the operator lifts the engagement groove 25 formed in the upper side portion 21 of the hanger box 2 that is previously attached to the vibration device such as an air conditioner via the lower suspension bolt B2, and the nut 37 of the bolt B1 is lifted by the installer. , 38 from the horizontal direction. And if the upper side part 21 of the hanger box 2 rests on the lower hexagon nut 38 and is engaged, it will prevent the apparatus from dropping thereafter. Thereafter, either one of the locking pieces 32, 33, for example, the engaging groove 30 of the locking piece 32 as shown in FIG. 2, the nut 38 of the bolt B1 inserted in the engaging groove 25 and the hanger box 2 are inserted. Similarly, it inserts into the shaft part between upper side parts 21 from a horizontal direction. Then, when the locking piece 32 is slightly retracted after the locking piece 32 is inserted, the locking portion 34 is engaged with the opening side edge portion of the upper side portion 21 of the hanger box 2. In this engaged state, the upper hex nut 37 is screwed to lower the shaft, and the upper hex nut 21 and the locking piece 32 are fastened and fixed with the lower hex nut 38 to complete the attachment. .

At the time of this attachment, since there is no work after the lower hexagon nut 38 as before, the necessity of supporting heavy vibration equipment by the installer can be minimized. The minimum is only the lifting time for the installer to lift the vibration device, insert the engaging groove 25 of the hanger box 2 into the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1, and place it on the lower hexagon nut 38.

In the above, the locking piece 33 may be used instead of the locking piece 32, and when the locking piece 33 is used, the locking portion 35 sandwiches the opening side edge of the upper side portion 21 of the hanger box 2. Thus, the engagement piece 33 is difficult to come off and the engagement is more reliable.

<Effect of anti-vibration hanger>
According to the vibration isolator hanger 1 that is a suspended vibration isolator according to the embodiment of the present invention described above, the engagement groove 25 provided in the upper side portion 21 of the hanger box 2 is substantially U-shaped, Since the notch opening is formed facing the box opening side of the hanger box 2, the hanger box 2 can be attached to the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1 from the horizontal direction. And it can be done smoothly. In addition, the time required for the working contractor to support the vibration device, which is a heavy object, is short, and the workability is good. Therefore, shortening of construction time and simplification and simplification of construction can be achieved. In addition, it is possible to prevent the device from falling off by simply hooking the engaging groove 25 of the hanger box 2 onto the lower nut 38 screwed into the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1. It can be surely prevented, and safety is also taken into consideration. In addition, since the installation location is mainly behind the ceiling, equipment must be carried in and installed from a narrow space such as an inspection port. Conventionally, at least two installers are required for mounting one device, but it is possible to mount by one person because the slide mounting of insertion from the horizontal direction is possible. Thus, not only the safety of the installer can be ensured, but also the cost can be reduced and the installer can be reduced.

(Second embodiment)
6 to 9 show a second embodiment. The second embodiment has a locking piece 40 similar to the locking piece 32 of the first embodiment. That is, the locking piece 40 is an L-shaped locking portion 42 that locks with the edge portion of the upper side portion 21 of the hanger box 2a at both end edge portions on the notch opening side of the substantially U-shaped engaging groove 41. Is provided. Moreover, the recessed part 43 which this latching part fits into the edge part which the latching part 42 of the latching piece 40 engages in the upper side part 21a of the hanger box 2a is notched, and the latching piece 40 is attached. In this state, the locking portion 42 fits into the recess 43. Other configurations are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment. Further, the mounting procedure and the effects are almost the same. According to this embodiment, the engaging portion 42 of the engaging piece 40 is accommodated in the recessed portion 43 without protruding from the opening side edge portion of the upper side portion 21a of the hanger box 2a. The combined state is stabilized.

(Third embodiment)
10 to 13 show a third embodiment. In the third embodiment, another type of locking piece 45 is provided. That is, the locking piece 45 has a long groove 47 cut out along both sides of the engaging groove 46, and this long groove is slidably engaged with a rivet (protrusion) 48 provided on the upper side portion 21b of the hanger box 2b. Are combined. Then, the engaging groove 46 of the locking piece 45 can be inserted into the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1 inserted through the engaging groove 25b formed in the upper side portion 21 of the hanger box 2. Other configurations, attachment procedures, and operational effects are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the locking piece 45 can always be held in a state of being attached to the upper side portion 21b of the hanger box 2b.

(Fourth embodiment)
14 to 17 show a fourth embodiment. In the fourth embodiment, a hook-shaped locking piece in which an engaging groove 48 is formed on one side of the engaging groove 25c by notching an engaging groove 48 that engages the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1 through which the engaging groove is inserted. 49 is pivotally supported by a rivet 50 or the like so as to freely rotate (open and close). In this example, the engagement groove 48 has an arc shape. Further, a protrusion 51 serving as a nut receiver is provided at a height position similar to that of the rivet 50 or the like on the upper side 21c of the hanger box 2c close to the bottom of the engaging groove 25c. 16, 52a is an engagement hole provided on the other side of the engagement groove 25c in the upper side portion 21b of the hanger box 2b, and an engagement protrusion 52b provided on the locking piece 49 (FIG. 17). ) Are engaged and engaged so that the engagement is not disengaged. The engagement holes 52a and the engagement protrusions 52b constitute a mechanism that prevents the engagement of the locking pieces 49 from being released. At the time of attachment, when the engagement groove 48 of the locking piece 49 engages the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1 through which the engagement groove 25c is inserted from the outside, the engagement protrusion 52b is fitted into the engagement hole 52a. Both engagements are prevented from being disengaged. The mechanism having the detachment prevention function shown here is merely an example, and it goes without saying that another mechanism having the same effect may be used. Other configurations, attachment procedures, and operational effects are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment. Therefore, also in this embodiment, like the locking piece 45 of the third embodiment, the locking piece 49 can always be held in a state of being attached to the upper side portion 21c of the vibration isolator body 2c.

(5th Example)
18 to 20 show a fifth embodiment. In the fifth embodiment, the locking piece as shown in the first to fourth embodiments is not used. In other words, the engagement groove 25d formed in the upper side portion 21d of the hanger box 2d has a notch 53 at the edge of the notch opening side and a nut receiving portion that is cut downward from a portion where the notch is located. A stop 54 is formed. The engaging portion 54 is provided substantially downward at a right angle at a position adjacent to the notch 53 of the engaging groove 25d formed in the upper side portion 21d of the hanger box 2d. In this example, in the mounting procedure, the engaging groove 25d formed in the upper side portion 21d of the hanger box 2d is inserted into the shaft portion between the nuts 37 and 38 of the bolt B1, and the lower nut 38 on the shaft is engaged. It is made to contact | abut to the stop part 54. FIG. Then, the upper nut 37 is screwed and fastened. Other configurations, attachment procedures, and operational effects are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment. Therefore, it is possible to attach the nuts 37 and 38 in a stable state, and in this case, the locking piece as shown in the above embodiments is not required.

(Sixth embodiment)
21 to 23 show a sixth embodiment. In this sixth embodiment, the engagement groove 56 formed in the upper side portion 21e of the hanger box 2e has a slightly large-diameter circular hole portion 57 on the back side, and when inserted through the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1, A stepped locking washer 58 as shown in the figure inserted in advance in the coaxial portion between the nuts 37 and 38 is mounted so as to fit into the circular hole portion. In this way, the nuts 37 and 38 are tightened and fixed from above and below. Other configurations, attachment procedures, and operational effects are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment. Therefore, the locking washer 58 prevents the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1 from slipping out and enables attachment.

(Seventh embodiment)
FIG. 24 shows a seventh embodiment. In the seventh embodiment, a protrusion 60 is formed by cutting and raising the lower nut 38 so as to sandwich the engaging groove 25f on the back surface of the upper side portion 21f of the hanger box 2f. When the engaging groove 25f of the hanger box 2f is inserted into the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1, the lower nut 38 on the shaft portion contacts the hexagonal opposing surface with the projecting portion 60 and is rotated by the projecting portion. Because it is impossible to hold down, there is no need to hold down with a tool. Therefore, the subsequent tightening operation by screwing the upper nut 37 or the like can be performed without any trouble, and the workability is improved. The protrusions 60 are provided by adjusting their intervals arbitrarily according to the size of the lower nut 38. Also in this case, attachment is possible even if a member such as the locking piece shown in each embodiment is not particularly required. Other configurations, attachment procedures, and operational effects are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment. In addition, this protrusion 60 may be formed also about Examples 1-6, Thereby, since pressing with the tool of the lower nut 38 becomes unnecessary, workability | operativity improves.

(Eighth embodiment)
25 to 27 show an eighth embodiment. In the eighth embodiment, a U-shaped engagement frame 62 is pivotally supported at the upper part of both side portions 23g and 24g of the hanger box 2g, and is indicated by arrows A above and laterally above the upper side portion 21g. Thus, it is attached so as to be swingable and slidable in the vertical direction of the side portions 23g and 24g. The engaging frame body 62 includes both side portions 63 and connecting portions 64 that connect the both side portions. A rivet 65 or the like is formed on both side portions 23g and 24g of the hanger box 2g at the lower end portion of the both side portions 63. It engages with the hole 66, engages with the lower end of the long hole 66 at the time of attachment, and then stands up, and then engages with the upper surface of the upper side part 21g so as to engage with the upper end of the long hole. It is possible. A substantially U-shaped engagement groove 67 similar to the engagement groove 25g is cut out in the connecting portion 64 at a position corresponding to the engagement groove 25g. Then, in a state where the engagement groove 67 of the engagement frame body 62 and the engagement groove 25g of the upper side portion 21g of the hanger box 2g are inserted through the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1, the connecting portion 64 of the engagement frame body 62 is connected. The upper side 21g of the hanger box 2g is clamped and fixed between the lower nut 38 and the upper nut 37 from above and below. In FIG. 26, 68a is an engagement hole provided on the other side of the engagement groove 25g in the upper side part 21g of the hanger box 2g, and the engagement protrusion provided in the connection part 64 of the engagement frame body 62 in this hole. The portion 68b (FIG. 27) is fitted and engaged so that the engagement is not released. The engagement holes 68a and the engagement protrusions 68b constitute a mechanism for preventing the engagement frame body 62 from being disengaged. At the time of attachment, when the engaging groove 67 of the engaging frame body 62 is engaged with the shaft portion of the upper suspension bolt B1 from the outside, the engaging protrusion 68b is fitted into the engaging hole 68a and the both are not disengaged. It becomes like this. The mechanism having the detachment prevention function shown here is just an example as described above, and it goes without saying that another mechanism having the same effect may be used. Other configurations, attachment procedures, and operational effects are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment. Therefore, in the case of this embodiment, attachment can be performed by performing a simple operation of swinging and sliding of the engagement frame body 62.

<Second Embodiment>
(First embodiment)
In the second embodiment, the shape of the member corresponding to the hanger box is not a box shape as in the first embodiment in the front view, that is, a square shape, and either the upper side portion 81 and the lower side portion 82 are left or right. The basic configuration is different in that it is composed of a frame body (hanger frame) 72 that is bent and processed into a U-shape having a side portion 83. 28 to 29 show the first embodiment. In the first embodiment, the upper side 81 of the hanger frame 72 has a substantially U-shaped engagement groove 85 having a predetermined width (W = 25 mm in the illustrated embodiment) that can be inserted through the shaft of the upper suspension bolt B1 from the horizontal direction. Is cut out. Unlike the engagement groove 25 and the like of the first embodiment, the engagement groove 85 has a notch opening not on the box opening side but on the side without the side part (side facing the edge part). The notch is formed. A locking portion 86 that is bent downward is provided at the edge of the upper side portion 81 of the hanger frame 72 that is the opening side of the engagement groove 85. Further, in the lower side portion 82 of the hanger frame 72, a round hole having a predetermined diameter (diameter φ = 15.5 mm in the illustrated embodiment) into which the lower suspension bolt B2 can be loosely fitted, as in the respective examples of the first embodiment. 83 is drilled.

At the time of attachment, the operator lifts the device into the engaging groove 85 formed in the upper side portion 81 of the hanger frame 72 that is previously attached to a vibration device such as an air conditioner via the lower suspension bolt B2, and the nut 37 of the bolt B1 is lifted. , 38 from the horizontal direction. When the upper side portion 81 of the hanger frame 72 is placed on and engaged with the lower hex nut 38, the locking portion 86 functions to prevent the nut from coming out, and the subsequent device is prevented from falling off. Thereafter, the upper hex nut 37 is screwed in this engaged state, the shaft is lowered, and the upper side portion 81 of the hanger frame 72 is fastened and fixed with the lower hex nut 38 to complete the attachment.

(Second embodiment)
30 and 31 show a second embodiment. In the second embodiment, a plurality of ribs 88 are provided along the longitudinal direction of the side portion 83a of the hanger frame 72a. In this embodiment, the ribs 88 are provided on both sides in the width direction of the side portion 83a as shown in the drawing, but such a configuration is not necessarily required. The number is arbitrary as long as it is plural, and may be one. By providing the rib 88, the strength of the side portion 83a of the hanger frame 72a can be strongly maintained. Other configurations and attachment procedures are the same as those of the first embodiment, such as a locking portion 86a bent downward at the edge on the opening side of the engagement groove 85a formed on the upper side 81a of the hanger frame 72a. It is the same. In the first and second examples of this embodiment, the configuration shown as the seventh example in FIG. 24 may be provided. That is, the protrusion which prevents rotation of the lower nut 38 is formed by cutting and raising so that the engagement grooves 85 and 85a are sandwiched between the back surfaces of the upper side portions 81 and 81a of the hanger frames 72 and 72a. As a result, a similar effect can be expected.

As described above, in the first and second embodiments of the present invention, the air conditioner is exemplified as the vibration device, but the vibration device may be a pipe or the like.

In addition, the shape, structure, etc. of each structural member shown in the drawings as the suspension-type vibration isolator according to the first and second embodiments of the present invention show a preferable example to the last. Needless to say, the design can be appropriately changed. In particular, a concrete slab placed on a deck plate in an S-structure building was illustrated as a structural frame, but the present invention is not limited to this. A floor concrete slab in an RC structure, a steel beam in an S-structure, etc. The present invention can be applied to any structural housing capable of supporting a vibrating device, such as a beam or roof rafters or diagonal members.
