Claims (3)
- 帯状薄鋼板から所定の形状に打抜き形成された鉄心薄板を積層接着してなる積層鉄心の製造装置であって、
上金型と下金型とを有し、間欠移送される帯状薄鋼板から鉄心薄板を順次打抜く順送り金型手段と、
前記下金型内に設けられ、前記帯状薄鋼板の前記鉄心薄板に対応する部位に接着剤を塗布する接着剤塗布手段とを備え、
前記接着剤塗布手段は、
前記帯状薄鋼板を前記下金型の上面に当接された状態での前記帯状薄鋼板の接着剤塗布面に対して所定の間隙をおいて対向する上面を具備し、前記上面に複数の吐出孔が開口したノズルブロックを含む接着剤吐出部と、
前記接着剤吐出部に対して所定の圧力で接着剤を供給することにより、前記複数の吐出孔から接着剤を吐出させる接着剤供給部とを有し、
前記接着剤吐出部は一定容積の接着剤溜まりを更に含み、
前記接着剤供給部は前記接着剤溜まりを介して前記複数の吐出孔から接着剤を常時吐出し、
前記上金型が降下して前記帯状薄鋼板を前記下金型の上面へと当接させた際に、前記接着剤吐出部から吐出される前記接着剤を前記帯状薄鋼板に転写させることを特徴とする積層鉄心の製造装置。 - 前記接着剤塗布手段は、前記接着剤吐出部における前記接着剤に対する加圧力を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層鉄心の製造装置。
- 前記接着剤塗布手段は、前記接着剤吐出部を前記帯状薄鋼板の接着剤塗布面に対して進退動させる進退駆動部を更に有する請求項1または2に記載の積層鉄心の製造装置。
