Description
Claims (13)
- 音を吸収し、昼光の見かけを与える光音響パネルであって、
音を受け取る第1の側と、
光を受け取る第2の側であって、前記第1の側と反対側である当該第2の側と、
サブミリメートルの孔部を有し、光を透過し、前記第1の側に配された微細有孔フォイルであって、前記サブミリメートルの孔部は空洞部の入口孔部である当該微細有孔フォイルと、
前記第1の側を前記第2の側から所定の距離で間隔をあけて配置するための間隔保持構造体と
を有し、
前記間隔保持構造体は、複数の光透過セルを有し、前記光透過セルは、
当該光音響パネルの前記第2の側において受け取られる光の一部を平行光にし、前記第1の側から前記第2の側に向かって伸びており、空気で満たされた光透過チャネルと、
当該光音響パネルの前記第2の側に配された光入力窓と、
少なくとも一部が当該光音響パネルの前記第1の側に配された光出力窓と、
前記光入力窓と前記光出力窓の前記一部との間に介在し、前記光透過チャネルを閉じる壁部であって、この壁部の少なくとも一部は、当該光音響パネルの前記第1の側の法線に対して相対的に大きい光放射角度で青色光の放射を得る所定のスペクトル範囲において反射性又は透過性である当該壁部と
を有する、当該光音響パネル。 - サブミリメートルの孔部を有する他の微細有孔フォイルを有し、前記他の微細有孔フォイルは、光を透過し、前記第2の側に配されている、請求項1記載の光音響パネル。
- 前記第1の側と前記空洞部を閉じる面との距離は、1から10センチメートルまでの範囲内にあり、この距離は前記第1の側に垂直なラインに沿って測定される、請求項1記載の光音響パネル。
- 請求項1を参照する際には、前記微細有孔フォイルの前記サブミリメートルの孔部の径が前記微細有孔フォイルの厚さから15%のずれの区間の範囲内である値を有し、請求項2を参照する際には、前記微細有孔フォイルの前記サブミリメートルの孔部の径が前記微細有孔フォイルの厚さから15%のずれの区間の範囲内である値を有し、前記他の微細有孔フォイルの前記サブミリメートルの孔部の径が、前記他の微細有孔フォイルの厚さから15%のずれの区間の範囲内である値を有する、請求項1又は2記載の光音響パネル。
- 請求項1を参照する際には、前記微細有孔フォイルの総面積と前記微細有孔フォイルのサブミリメートルの孔部の面積との比が0.1よりも小さく、請求項2を参照する際には、前記微細有孔フォイルの総面積と前記微細有孔フォイルのサブミリメートルの孔部の面積との比が0.1よりも小さく、前記他の微細有孔フォイルの総面積と前記他の微細有孔フォイルのサブミリメートルの孔部の面積との他の比が0.1よりも小さい、請求項1又は2記載の光音響パネル。
- 前記光透過セルの前記壁部の第1の部分が、60度よりも大きい光放射角度において実質的に青色の光の放射を得るために、当該光音響パネルの前記第2の側から特定の距離に沿って当該光音響パネルの前記第1の側に向かう領域において所定のスペクトル範囲で反射性又は透過性であり、前記光放射角度は、当該光音響パネルの前記第1の側の法線に対して測定され、前記壁部の第2の部分は透明であり、この第2の部分が前記第1の部分とは異なる、請求項1記載の光音響パネル。
- 前記光透過セルがラスタ構造で配置され、前記壁部の厚さが前記ラスタ構造のピッチの1/3よりも小さく、前記ラスタ構造のピッチは光透過チャネルの中心点から隣接する光透過チャネルの中心点までの最短距離により定義され、前記壁部の前記厚さは、前記光透過チャネルに面している前記壁部の面から隣接する光透過チャネルに面している前記壁部の他の面までの最短距離として定義される、請求項1記載の光音響パネル。
- 前記光学的間隔保持構造体が、細長い層の伸ばされた積層体を有し、連続する層のペアが複数の箇所で接合され、連続する層の連続するペアが異なる箇所で接合されており、前記層は前記光透過チャネルの壁部を形成し、前記光透過チャネルが、前記細長い層の伸ばされた積層体の2つの前記連続する層の間の空間により形成された、請求項1記載の光音響パネル。
- 前記光透過チャネルに面した前記壁部の面が、所定のスペクトル範囲において拡散反射する、請求項1記載の光音響パネル。
- 前記壁部が所定のスペクトル範囲において光を透過する、請求項1記載の光音響パネル。
- 前記光透過チャネルの径と前記光透過チャネルの長さとの比が3.4よりも小さい、請求項1記載の光音響パネル。
- 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の光音響パネルを有する照明器具であって、前記光音響パネルが当該照明器具に連結され、前記光音響パネルの前記第2の側が当該照明器具に対向している、当該照明器具。
- 前記光音響パネルの前記第1の側と前記空洞部を閉じる当該照明器具の面との最短距離が、1から10センチメートルまでの範囲内にある、請求項12記載の照明器具。
