Claims (4)
- エンジンの排気管に設けられたNOx吸蔵還元型触媒と、
前記エンジンの吸入空気量を制御して排気ガスをリッチ状態とし、前記NOx吸蔵還元型触媒の脱硫処理を行う脱硫処理制御部と、
を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記脱硫処理制御部は、脱硫処理開始時に吸入空気量を緩やかに減少させるように構成され、
前記脱硫処理制御部は、
前記エンジンのエンジンパラメータを基に目標吸入空気量を求める目標吸入空気量演算部と、
目標吸入空気量と実際の吸入空気量の誤差と、脱硫処理の開始からの経過時間とに基づき変化率係数を求め、前記目標吸入空気量演算部が求めた目標吸入空気量に前記変化率係数を掛け合わせることで過渡目標吸入空気量を求める過渡目標吸入空気量演算部と、
吸入空気量の制御を行う吸入空気量制御部と、を備え、
前記変化率係数は、過渡目標吸入空気量が目標吸入空気量に等しくなるような所定値以上の値に設定され、脱硫処理の開始からの経過時間が大きくなるにしたがって前記所定値に近づくように設定され、
前記吸入空気量制御部は、脱硫処理の開始から変化率係数が前記所定値に到達するまでの期間は、吸入空気量が過渡目標吸入空気量と一致するように制御を行い、変化率係数が前記所定値に到達した後は、吸入空気量が目標吸入空気量と一致するように制御を行う
ことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記変化率係数は、
目標吸入空気量と実際の吸入空気量の誤差が大きいほど大きい値となるように設定される、
請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記脱硫処理制御部は、
目標吸入空気量と実際の吸入空気量の誤差と、脱硫処理の開始からの経過時間と、に応じた変化率係数が設定された変化率係数マップを備える、
請求項1または2記載の排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記変化率係数マップは、前記脱硫処理の開始時に、前記過渡目標吸入空気量が、前記エンジンの吸入空気量と一致するように変化率係数が設定されている
請求項3記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
