Claims (16)
- 2つの成分を混合するために管状ミキサ・ハウジング(99)に設置するためのスタティック・ミキサ用の混合要素(100)であって、前記混合要素(100)が長手方向軸線(10)を有し、前記長手方向軸線(10)に沿って、少なくとも1つの第1の設置本体(1)と少なくとも1つの第2の設置本体(101)とが連ねて配置され、入口要素(50)が、前記第1の設置本体(1)の上流に配置されるように提供され、前記入口要素(50)及び前記第1の設置本体(1)が接続要素(60)を介して互いに接続され、前記入口要素(50)が、前記ミキサ・ハウジング(99)内に封止的に周方向に取り込まれることができる本体(57)を有し、前記本体(57)が、第1の入口経路(51)と第2の入口経路(52)とを有し、前記第1の入口経路(51)が、第1の進入開口(53)と第1の出口開口(55)とを有し、前記第2の入口経路(52)が、第2の進入開口(54)と第2の出口開口(56)とを有し、それによって、対応する成分を、対応する入口経路(51、52)を通して前記進入開口(53、54)から前記出口開口(55、56)に導くことができ、また前記第1の入口経路(51)が前記第2の入口経路(52)から空間的に離れて延び、前記第1の入口経路(51)がプレチャンバ(58)に通じ、前記プレチャンバ(58)が、前記本体(57)の出口側(59)と、前記接続要素(60)と、前記ミキサ・ハウジングの内壁と、前記第1の設置本体(1)とによって画定され、前記第2の入口経路(52)が、前記出口開口(56)から前記接続要素(60)の内部空間(61)内へと延び、連続経路(62)が、前記接続要素(60)の前記内部空間(61)から前記第1の設置本体(1)の混合空間(65)に通じ、前記ミキサの入口に位置する長手方向軸線に垂直な断面平面内において、前記連続経路の断面積に対する残りの空所の断面積の比の値が少なくとも4である混合要素(100)。
- 前記第2の入口経路(52)が、前記接続要素(60)の前記内部空間(61)内で収縮している請求項1に記載の混合要素。
- 前記第2の入口経路(52)が、前記接続要素(60)の前記内部空間(61)内で入口側(75)から出口側(76)まで延びており、また前記第2の入口経路(52)が、前記入口側(75)から前記出口側(76)まで連続的に減少する内径を有している請求項1又は請求項2に記載の混合要素。
- 前記第1及び第2の出口開口(55、56)の一方にすぐ続く位置での、対応する成分の入ることのできる空所の断面積の、前記第1及び第2の出口開口(55、56)の他方にすぐ続く位置での、対応する成分の入ることのできる空所の断面積に対する比の値が少なくとも5である請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の混合要素。
- 前記第2の進入開口(54)の断面積に対する前記第1の進入開口(53)の断面積の比の値が少なくとも5である請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の混合要素。
- 前記第1及び第2の進入開口(53、54)の一方の断面積の、対応する前記第1又は第2の出口開口(55、56)に隣接する断面の面積に対する比の値が少なくとも2である請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の混合要素。
- 前記第1の設置本体(1)が第1の壁要素(2)を有し、前記第1の壁要素(2)が、前記長手方向軸線(10)の方向に延び、また第1の側壁(3)と、前記第1の側壁(3)とは反対側に配置された第2の側壁(4)とを有し、前記第1の壁要素(2)が前記接続要素(60)を形成している請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の混合要素。
- 偏向要素(11)が、前記第1の壁要素(2)に隣接して配置され、前記偏向要素(11)が、前記壁要素(2)の両側で前記第1の壁要素(2)に対して横断方向に延びる偏向面を有し、第1の開口(12)が、前記第1の壁要素(2)の前記第1の側壁(3)に面する側で前記偏向面に設けられ、第2及び第3の壁要素(8、9)が、前記第1の開口(12)に隣接して配置され、前記第2及び第3の壁要素(8、9)が、前記長手方向軸線(10)の方向に延び、且つそれぞれ内壁(81、91)と外壁(82、92)を有し、前記内壁及び前記外壁が、前記長手方向軸線(10)の方向に延び、前記内壁(81、91)と外壁(82、92)がそれぞれ、前記第1の壁要素(2)の前記第1又は第2の側壁(3、4)と20°〜160°の角度を成し、前記第1の開口(12)が、前記第2及び第3の壁要素(8、9)の前記内壁(81、91)の間に配置され、第2の開口(13)が、前記第2又は第3の壁要素(8、9)の前記外壁(82、92)の一方の外側に配置され、前記第2の開口(13、14)が、前記第1の壁要素(2)の前記第2の側壁(4)に面する側で偏向面に設けられ、第2の設置本体(101)の第1の壁要素(102)が、前記第2及び第3の壁要素(8、9)に隣接している請求項7に記載の混合要素。
- 前記第2の設置本体(101)が第1の壁要素(102)を有し、前記第1の壁要素(102)が、前記長手方向軸線(10)の方向に延び、且つ、第1の側壁(103)と、前記第1の側壁(103)とは反対側に配置された第2の側壁(104)とを有し、偏向要素(111)が、前記第1の壁要素(102)に隣接して配置され、前記偏向要素(111)が、前記壁要素(102)の両側で、前記壁要素(102)に対して横断方向に延びる偏向面を有し、第1の開口(112)が、前記壁要素(102)の前記第2の側壁(104)に面する側で前記偏向面に設けられ、第2及び第3の壁要素(108、109)が、前記第1の開口(112)に隣接して配置され、前記第2及び第3の壁要素(108、109)が、前記長手方向軸線(10)の方向に延び、且つそれぞれが、前記長手方向軸線(10)の方向に延びる内壁(181、191)と外壁(182、192)とを有し、前記内壁(181、191)及び外壁(182、192)がそれぞれ、前記第1の壁要素(102)の前記第1又は第2の側壁(103、104)と20°〜160°の角度を成し、前記第1の開口(112)が、前記第2及び第3の壁要素(108、109)の前記内壁(181、191)の間に配置され、第2の開口(113)が、前記第2又は第3の壁要素(108、109)の前記外壁(182、192)の一方の外側に配置され、前記第2の開口(113、114)が、前記第1の壁要素(102)の前記第2の側壁(104)に面する側で前記偏向面に設けられ、前記第1の壁要素(102)と、前記偏向要素(111)と、前記第2及び第3の壁要素(108、109)とを含む前記第2の設置本体(101)が、前記長手方向軸線(10)の周りで、前記第1の設置本体(1)に対して10°以上180°以下の角度だけ回転させて配置される請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の混合要素。
- 6つ以上の設置本体が、共通のバー要素(15、16、17、18)を介して互いに接続されている請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の混合要素。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の混合要素(100)と、前記混合要素を取り囲むミキサ・ハウジング(99)とを含むスタティック・ミキサ。
- 2つのカートリッジ出口であって、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の混合要素(100)の前記進入開口(53、54)をそれぞれ受け入れて液密接続するためのカートリッジ出口と、
前記ミキサ・ハウジング(99)を、取り外しが不可能又は困難な態様で受け入れるための保持要素(98)と
を有する多成分カートリッジ。 - 2:1から20:1の範囲の比で混合され得る成分のための、請求項12に記載の多成分カートリッジ。
- 流動可能な成分を混合するための請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の混合要素の使用。
- 多成分接着剤、封止材、又は歯科印象材を混合するための、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の混合要素の使用。
- 4:1から10:1の範囲の比で混合され得る成分のための、請求項13に記載の多成分カートリッジ。
