Description
Claims (4)
- 気泡剤と増粘剤とを水に溶解させた起泡材を発泡させて気泡を作製し、
作製された前記気泡を切羽又はチャンバーに向けて注入し、
カッターで掘削された掘削土に前記気泡を混合する気泡シールド工法であって、
礫分を含む地盤の掘削時に前記増粘剤としてキサンタンガムを用いるとともに、前記水に対する前記キサンタンガム添加量を0.15%重量以上に定めることを特徴とする気泡シールド工法。 - 前記掘削土に含まれる礫分が多いほど、前記起泡材中の前記キサンタンガム濃度を高めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気泡シールド工法。
- 前記チャンバーから排出された前記掘削土に、金属塩を含有する水溶液からなる消泡剤をさらに混合することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の気泡シールド工法。
- 前記消泡剤は、3価の鉄塩を含有する水溶液からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の気泡シールド工法。
