Description
表1及び表2は、ベース樹脂として重合度1300のポリ塩化ビニル樹脂を用い、このベース樹脂に対して、可塑剤、柔軟樹脂を表中で示す質量比で配合して電線被覆材料を作製した場合の評価を示す。表1は本発明の実施例1〜8を、表2は比較例1〜4を示す。
「スクレープ摩耗性」の全てにおいて良好な結果となっている。すなわち、温度に対する損失弾性率の変化曲線にピークを有するポリ塩化ビニル樹脂をベース樹脂とした場合においても、可塑剤または柔軟樹脂を配合することによりピークを有しない組成物とすることができる。これにより低温における屈曲性の低下を防止することができ、屈曲試験評価も良好で、スクレープ摩耗性も良好となる。

Claims (2)
- ポリ塩化ビニルを含有する組成物を用い、前記組成物は、温度に対する損失弾性率の変化曲線が、電線の使用環境温度範囲である−30℃〜60℃の範囲内でピークを示さない電線被覆材料において、
前記ポリ塩化ビニル100質量部に対し、可塑剤25〜50質量部配合し、
メルトフローレイト(MFR)が1.0g/10min以下である柔軟樹脂1〜30質量部を配合することを特徴とする電線被覆材料。 - 請求項1に記載の電線被覆材料と、この電線被覆材料によって被覆された導体とによって形成されていることを特徴とする被覆電線。
