Thereby, the quantity of an expensive solar cell element can be reduced, maintaining the output of a solar cell module. That is, power generation can be performed with excellent efficiency by an inexpensive solar cell module.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings attached to the present specification, for the sake of illustration and ease of understanding, the scale, the vertical / horizontal dimension ratio, and the like are appropriately changed and exaggerated from those of the actual product.
1-7 is a figure for demonstrating one embodiment of this invention. Among these, FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are longitudinal sectional views or plan views showing the solar cell modules, respectively. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a light control layer of the solar cell module. FIG. 4 is a perspective view schematically illustrating the solar cell module for explaining the operation of the solar cell module.
The
For this reason, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
In the present specification, the “panel surface (layer surface, sheet surface, plate surface)” means that the target sheet-shaped (layered, sheet-shaped, plate-shaped) member is viewed overall and globally. It refers to a surface that coincides with the planar direction of the target member. In the present embodiment, the planar directions of the
Further, in the present specification, the “thickness direction” is a normal direction to the panel surface of the
Further, as used herein, terms specifying shape and geometric conditions, such as “parallel”, “orthogonal”, “symmetric”, “trapezoid”, “square pyramid”, etc., are strictly Without being bound by meaning, it should be interpreted with an error to the extent that a similar function can be expected.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
Next, the
The
1 and 4 are cross-sections (hereinafter also referred to as a main cut surface of the solar cell module) along the one direction of the
In the illustrated example, as described above, the
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the
Next, the cross-sectional shape of the
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, in the main cut surface of the solar cell module, the top portion (tip portion) 51 a farthest from the
In the illustrated example, the top 51a is formed as a vertex. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and the outer contour of the
In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the width W 2 of the
In the example illustrated in FIG. 1, the inclination angle θa of the
In such a modification, as shown in FIG. 8, in the main cut surface of the solar cell module, the inclination angle θa of the
In the illustrated example, in the main cut surface of the solar cell module, the outer contour of the
sin−1(n2/n1)<θa
45°<θa
By the way, in the reflective

When this equation is satisfied, the light traveling in the thickness direction dt is totally reflected at the refractive index interface between the

The
Such a
On the other hand, in the illustrated example, the
Next, the operation of the
The
Of the light incident on the
Further, as can be understood from FIG. 2, in the plan view of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
According to total reflection, there is no reflection loss, and reflection with a reflectivity of 100% can be caused theoretically. That is, light traveling from the light incident side to the back surface side through the
sin−1(n2/n1)<θa
Incidentally, from this point of view, as described above, the inclined portion with respect to the refractive index n 1 of the first portion 40, the refractive index n 2 of the second portion 50, the light
sin −1 (n 2 / n 1 ) <θa
When this equation is satisfied, the light traveling in the thickness direction dt is totally reflected at the refractive index interface between the
In addition, the inclination angle θa of the
In addition, if the
According to the present embodiment as described above, a large amount of light can be incident on each
Here, the investigation results of the light receiving rate of the
The
The
The
For comparison, a simulation was also performed for a solar cell module (condition I in Table 1) in which the

Various modifications can be made to the above-described embodiment. Hereinafter, an example of modification will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description and the drawings used in the following description, the same reference numerals as those used for the corresponding parts in the above embodiment are used for the parts that can be configured in the same manner as in the above embodiment. A duplicate description is omitted.
In embodiment mentioned above, although the cross-sectional shape of the
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the example in which the
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the example in which only the
As shown in FIG. 9, the
From the viewpoint of effectively guiding the light L6 traveling between the
An example of the
In the above-described embodiment, the
Furthermore, in embodiment mentioned above, the reflection laminated
Moreover, it replaces with the modification shown by FIG. 13, and the
In addition, although the some modification with respect to embodiment mentioned above was demonstrated above, naturally, it is also possible to apply combining several modifications suitably.
