Claims (10)
- オーバーモールド(4)を備える噴射弁(1)を製造する方法において、
噴射モジュール(2)の管状部分(20)に円板状のアライメント部材(3)を外嵌し、前記アライメント部材(3)は十分な柔軟性を有するためにスリットを有しており、
前記噴射モジュール(2)の前記管状部分(20)に前記アライメント部材(3)を溶接結合し、続いて溶接結合のステップ中に前記アライメント部材(3)に剛性を与えるために前記スリットの少なくとも1つの部分も溶接閉止した後、前記噴射モジュール(2)に前記オーバーモールド(4)を射出成形する
噴射弁(1)の製造方法。
- 溶接結合のステップ中に前記噴射モジュール(2)を前記アライメント部材(3)に溶接結合させた後に回転させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アライメント部材(3)が前記噴射モジュール(2)の前記管状部分(20)に溶接結合される溶接平面(S1)と、前記スリット(31)が溶接閉止される溶接平面(S2)とは互いに離れている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記アライメント部材(3)は、縁部領域(37)に舌部(30)を有しており、かつ、前記舌部(30)に隣接して底面領域(36)に配置された第1のラグ(38)および/または第2のラグ(39)を有しており、
前記舌部(30)は、溶接結合のステップのときに前記第1のラグおよび/または前記第2のラグ(38,39)と溶接結合される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 溶接結合のステップはレーザを用いて行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 噴射弁のためのアライメント部材において、
前記アライメント部材の軸方向(X−X)に突出する鍔部(35)と、
前記鍔部(35)に半径方向で後続する底面領域(36)と、
前記底面領域(36)に半径方向で後続する縁部領域(37)と、
周回する前記鍔部(35)で区切られた中央の貫通孔(40)と、
前記貫通孔(40)から半径方向外側に向かって延びる第1のスリット(31)と、
円周方向に沿って形成される円弧状の第2のスリット(32)と、
前記縁部領域(37)を起点として半径方向内側に向かって前記第1のスリット(31)に突入する舌部(30)と、
前記舌部(30)に隣接して前記底面領域(36)に配置され、前記底面領域(36)から軸方向(X−X)で前記舌部(30)と同方向に折り曲げられ、一定の幅を有する第1および/または第2のラグ(38,39)と
を含んでおり、
前記スリット(31、32)は軸方向(X−X)で連続するように、かつ、溶接閉止可能に構成されている
アライメント部材。
- 前記第1および前記第2のスリット(31,32)は互いに交わっている
請求項6に記載のアライメント部材。
- 前記貫通孔(40)から半径方向外側に向かって延びる第3のスリット(33)および/または円周方向に沿って形成される円弧状の第4のスリット(34)をさらに含み、
前記第3および/または前記第4のスリットは軸方向(X−X)で連続するように構成される
請求項6又は7に記載のアライメント部材。
- 請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載のアライメント部材(3)と、アライメント面(8)を備えるオーバーモールド(4)とを含んでいる噴射弁。
- 前記オーバーモールド(4)は前記アライメント部材(3)を完全に包囲する
請求項9に記載の噴射弁。
