Description
The technology of the present disclosure relates to an exhaust purification system that supplies ozone and ammonia gas obtained by decomposing urea water to an exhaust passage.
Conventionally, as disclosed in
By the way, in the exhaust gas purification system described in
An object of the technology of the present disclosure is to provide an exhaust purification system that suppresses precipitation of urea in a urea reformer.
An exhaust purification system that solves the above problems includes an ozone generator that generates ozone supplied to an exhaust passage of an engine, a urea reformer that decomposes urea water into ammonia gas supplied to the exhaust passage, and the ozone A first introduction pipe for introducing the raw material gas of ozone into the generator; a second introduction pipe for branching from the first introduction pipe and introducing the raw material gas into the flow path of the urea water in the urea reformer; A first supply pipe for supplying the ozone generated by the ozone generator to the exhaust passage; and the ammonia gas generated by the urea reformer connected in the middle of the first supply pipe. A second supply pipe that supplies the first supply pipe, and the first supply pipe is directed to the ozone generator between a connection portion to which the second supply pipe is connected and the ozone generator. The first to prevent the flow of fluid Comprising a stop valve, and a second check valve to prevent the flow of fluid toward the connection portion between the exhaust passage and the connecting portion.
According to the above configuration, part of the raw material gas flowing through the first introduction pipe is introduced into the urea water flow path in the urea reformer through the second introduction pipe. Thereby, the urea water in the urea reformer is discharged into the exhaust passage together with the raw material gas. As a result, precipitation of urea in the urea reformer is suppressed.
According to this configuration, ozone and ammonia gas are supplied to the exhaust passage through the common supply pipe. Therefore, the configuration of the exhaust purification system is simplified compared to the case where ozone and ammonia gas are supplied to the exhaust passage through separate supply pipes.
According to this configuration, since urea water is prevented from flowing into the ozone generator, precipitation of urea in the ozone generator and the ozone circulation path is suppressed.
The exhaust purification system further includes an on-off valve that opens and closes the second introduction pipe, and a control unit that controls opening and closing of the on-off valve and driving of the urea reformer, and the control unit includes the opening and closing unit. It is preferable that the opening condition of the valve includes stopping the decomposition of the urea water by the urea reformer.
According to this configuration, the raw material gas is introduced into the flow path of the urea water under the condition that the urea reformer is stopped. As a result, compared with the case where the raw material gas is continuously introduced into the urea water flow path, the decomposition of the urea water into ammonia gas by heating is performed with high efficiency and the consumption of the raw material gas is suppressed.
The exhaust purification system further includes a temperature detection unit that detects the temperature of the exhaust gas that is downstream of the supply position of the ammonia gas to the exhaust passage and upstream of the selective catalytic reduction catalyst disposed in the exhaust passage. The control unit preferably stops the urea water decomposition by the urea reformer on condition that the temperature detected by the temperature detection unit reaches a temperature at which the urea water is decomposed into ammonia gas.
According to this configuration, even if the urea water remaining in the urea reformer is supplied to the exhaust passage in the form of urea water, it is decomposed into ammonia gas by the heat of the exhaust. As a result, the urea water discharged from the urea reformer can be effectively used in purifying the exhaust gas.
The exhaust purification system includes a first on-off valve that opens and closes the first introduction pipe, and a second on-off valve that opens and closes the second introduction pipe, and the control unit opens and closes the first on-off valve. Controlling the opening and closing of the second on-off valve, the first on-off valve being disposed on the ozone generator side with respect to the branch portion where the second introduction pipe branches, and the second on-off valve It is preferable that the on-off valve is controlled to be opened when the on-off valve is in the closed state.
According to this configuration, the second on-off valve is controlled to be opened when the first on-off valve is in the closed state. That is, all of the raw material gas flowing into the first introduction pipe is introduced into the urea reformer through the second introduction pipe. As a result, since the raw material gas is vigorously introduced into the urea reformer, the urea water remaining in the urea reformer is easily discharged into the exhaust passage.
An exhaust purification system that solves the above problems includes an ozone generator that generates ozone supplied to an exhaust passage of an engine, a urea reformer that decomposes urea water into ammonia gas supplied to the exhaust passage, and the ozone A first introduction pipe for introducing the raw material gas of ozone into the generator; a second introduction pipe for branching from the first introduction pipe and introducing the raw material gas into the flow path of the urea water in the urea reformer; A first on-off valve for opening and closing the first introduction pipe, a second on-off valve for opening and closing the second introduction pipe, opening and closing of the first on-off valve, opening and closing of the second on-off valve, and urea modification A control unit that controls driving of the mass device, wherein the first on-off valve is disposed closer to the ozone generator than the branching unit from which the second introduction pipe branches, and the control unit includes the first 2 Urea water by the urea reformer is used as the open / close valve condition. The decomposition is stopped, and includes the first on-off valve is in the closed state.
Further, according to this configuration, the raw material gas is introduced into the flow path of the urea water on the condition that the urea reformer is stopped. As a result, compared with the case where the raw material gas is continuously introduced into the urea water flow path, the decomposition of the urea water into ammonia gas by heating is performed with high efficiency and the consumption of the raw material gas is suppressed.
Further, according to this configuration, the second on-off valve is controlled to be opened when the first on-off valve is in the closed state.

The

As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
NO + O 3 → NO 2 + O 2 (Reaction Formula 2)
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the

As shown in FIG. 1, the
NO + NO 2 + 2NH 3 → 2N 2 + 3H 2 O (reaction formula 3)
4NO + 4NH 3 + O 2 → 4N 2 + 3H 2 O (reaction formula 4)
6NO 2 + 8NH 3 → 7N 2 + 12H 2 O (reaction formula 5)
Among these, the reaction of the reaction formula 3 in which NO and NO 2 required for the progress of the reaction are equal proceeds most rapidly.

Next, with reference to FIG. 4, an electrical configuration related to the assist
As shown in FIG. 4, the
(A) The first exhaust temperature Tmp1 is lower than the activation temperature TB (b) The second exhaust temperature Tmp2 is lower than the hydrolysis temperature TC
The
The
In addition, the
Further, the
(C) The first exhaust temperature Tmp1 has reached the activation temperature TB (d) The second exhaust temperature Tmp2 has reached the hydrolysis temperature TC
In the stop process, the
Next, a driving process of the
First, the
On the other hand, when the activation condition is satisfied (step S12: YES), the
In the next step S14, the
In the next step S16, the
On the other hand, when the stop process condition is satisfied (step S16: YES), the
In the
As described above, according to the
(1) The urea water is discharged from the urea
(2) The power sources of the
(3) The
(4) Since the
(5) The
(6) The condition for opening the second on-off
(7) The stop processing condition includes that the second exhaust temperature Tmp2 has reached the hydrolysis temperature TC. Therefore, even if the urea water in the urea
(8) The second on-off
(9) The
(10) The
In addition, the said embodiment can also be suitably changed and implemented as follows.
The first opening / closing

In addition, the suppression valve is not limited to the

In the
In the
