Claims (4)
- 蛍光顕微鏡に備えられピエゾアクチュエータにより駆動される対物レンズに生じる光軸色収差の補正方法であって、
前記ピエゾアクチュエータに対し、前記対物レンズを観察対象の焦点位置に移動させる変位電圧よりも大きいパルス電圧を、前記対物レンズが前記焦点位置の手前まで移動する所定時間印加する第1工程と、
前記第1工程後に前記変位電圧を前記ピエゾアクチュエータに印加し前記対物レンズを静定させる第2工程と、
を有することを特徴とする対物レンズの駆動制御方法。 - 前記第1工程において、前記パルス電圧として前記変位電圧の逓倍の電圧が印加されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の対物レンズの駆動制御方法。
- 光源と、
前記光源から発せられる光線を観察対象に導く対物レンズと、
前記対物レンズを光軸方向に駆動するピエゾアクチュエータと、
前記対物レンズを前記観察対象の焦点位置に移動させる変位を生じる変位電圧よりも大きいパルス電圧を、前記対物レンズが前記焦点位置の手前まで移動する所定時間、前記ピエゾアクチュエータに印加した後、前記変位電圧を前記ピエゾアクチュエータに印加し前記対物レンズを静定させる駆動部と、
を備えることを特徴とする蛍光顕微鏡システム。 - 前記駆動部は前記パルス電圧として前記変位電圧の逓倍の電圧を印加することを特徴とする請求項3記載の蛍光顕微鏡システム。
