Description
Claims (13)
- 磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システムであって、
検査領域内の対象者の構造運動をモニターする磁気共鳴信号を取得するように構成された磁気共鳴検査システムと、
前記構造運動と放射線治療計画とに基づいて前記対象者に放射線治療を行うように構成された放射線治療システムであって、前記放射線治療計画は初期品質保証段階で決定される構造運動情報に基づいて最適化され、構造運動情報は前記構造運動自体または前記構造運動により決まる統計的尺度である、放射線治療システムと、を有し
前記放射線治療システムは前記検査領域内の前記対象者に対して放射線源を動かすように構成され、
前記磁気共鳴検査システムは、前記放射線治療の前の品質保証段階においてモニタリングするように構成され、前記品質保証段階は前記放射線治療計画が前記構造運動の下に前記対象者に安全にデリバリできるか決定する段階であり、
前記磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システムは、さらに、
前記品質保証段階においてモニタリングするために取得される磁気共鳴信号に基づき構造トラッキングをするように構成された構造トラッキングソフトウェアであって、動き分析ソフトウェアに構造運動情報を提供するように構成されている構造トラッキングソフトウェアと、
前記初期品質保証段階で読み出される構造運動情報と前記品質保証段階で読み出される構造運動情報との間の比較に基づき、前記放射線治療の品質係数を計算するように構成された動き分析ソフトウェアであって、前記比較の結果は前記結果の予め設定された少なくとも1つの限界と比較されるように構成されている動き分析ソフトウェアとを有することを特徴とする、
磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。 - 前記磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システムは、前記構造運動のリアルタイムモニタリングとトラッキング用に構成されている、請求項1に記載の磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。
- 構造運動情報を表示するように構成されたオーディオ及び/又はビジュアルディスプレイを有する、請求項1または2に記載の磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。
- 構造運動における変化を定量的に表示するように構成された、
請求項3に記載の磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。 - 前記構造運動における変化と、この変化に対して予め設定された限界との比較に基づき前記品質係数を計算するように構成された、請求項1ないし4いずれか一項に記載の磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。
- 動き補償ソフトウェア及び/又はハードウェアにおける限界に基づいて予め設定された少なくとも1つの限界が決定される、請求項1ないし5いずれか一項に記載の磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。
- 前記初期品質保証段階で読み出された構造運動情報と、前記品質保証段階で読み出された構造運動情報との間の比較に基づいて前記動き補償ハードウェアのパラメータを再計算するように構成された、請求項1ないし6いずれか一項に記載の磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。
- 計画通り対象者に照射したときに前記対象者に照射される線量を計算するため、前記品質保証段階で読み出した構造運動情報を放射線治療計画計算器に提供するように構成された、請求項1ないし7いずれか一項に記載の磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。
- 計画通りに前記対象者が照射されたときに前記対象者に照射される線量の少なくとも1つの品質尺度と、前記品質尺度についての予め設定された少なくとも1つの限界とに基づき、前記放射線治療の品質係数を計算するように構成された、
請求項8に記載の磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。 - 新しい放射線治療計画を計算するため、前記放射線治療計画計算器に構造運動情報が提供される、請求項8または9に記載の磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。
- ユーザからのフィードバックを受け取るように構成された、
請求項3ないし10いずれか一項に記載の磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。 - サイクル運動の場合、一運動サイクル中に少なくとも2つのタイプのスキャンをインターリーブするように構成された、請求項1ないし11いずれか一項に記載の磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。
- 構造運動情報を最適化ルーチンに送ることによりリアルタイム計算の必要性を低減するように構成された、請求項1ないし12いずれか一項に記載の磁気共鳴誘導放射線治療システム。
