Description
The present invention relates to a light irradiation unit for irradiating line-shaped light and a light irradiation apparatus using the light irradiation unit.
また、液晶パネルや有機EL(Electro Luminescence)パネル等、FPD(Flat Panel Display)回りの接着剤として、紫外線硬化樹脂が用いられている。 Conventionally, as an ink for offset sheet-fed printing, an ultraviolet curable ink that is cured by irradiation with ultraviolet light has been used. Further, an ultraviolet curable resin is used as an adhesive around an FPD (Flat Panel Display) such as a liquid crystal panel or an organic EL (Electro Luminescence) panel. For curing such UV-curable inks and UV-curable resins, generally, an ultraviolet light irradiation device that irradiates ultraviolet light is used. However, particularly in offset sheet-fed printing and FPD applications, a wide irradiation region is irradiated. Therefore, an ultraviolet light irradiation apparatus that irradiates linear irradiation light is used.
As an ultraviolet light irradiation device, a lamp type irradiation device using a high-pressure mercury lamp, a mercury xenon lamp, or the like as a light source has been conventionally known, but in recent years, there has been a demand for reduction in power consumption, longer life, and downsizing of the device size. Therefore, in place of the conventional discharge lamp, an ultraviolet light irradiation device using an LED (Light Emitting Diode) as a light source has been developed. Such an ultraviolet light irradiation apparatus is described in
An ultraviolet light irradiation device (line light illumination device) described in
The ultraviolet light irradiation device (irradiation module) described in Patent Literature 2 includes a plurality of main body units each having an LED and a cylindrical lens disposed in the optical path of the LED. Each main unit is configured to condense the ultraviolet light emitted from the LED into a line shape by a cylindrical lens, and is long from the ultraviolet light irradiation device by arranging a plurality of main units in a line at a predetermined interval. Line-shaped illumination light is emitted.
According to the ultraviolet light irradiation apparatus described in
In addition, when a single long rod lens or cylindrical lens is used as in the configuration described in
Such a problem can be solved by using a configuration in which ultraviolet light emitted from a plurality of main body units is connected in a line, as in the ultraviolet light irradiation device described in Patent Document 2. However, in the case of the configuration described in Patent Document 2, it is necessary to adjust the alignment of each main body unit so that the ultraviolet light emitted from each main body unit is arranged in a line.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a light irradiation unit that emits line-shaped irradiation light that is easy to assemble and install, and a light irradiation apparatus using the light irradiation unit. To do.
In order to achieve the above object, the light irradiation unit of the present invention irradiates the irradiation surface with linear light extending in the first direction and having a predetermined line width in the second direction orthogonal to the first direction. According to such a configuration, it is possible to easily align the focal lines of the cylindrical surface in the same straight line.
The second surface of each lens is a cylindrical surface, and at least one of the first and second tongue pieces is integrally movable in the third direction and has a plurality of tip portions that make point contact with the cylindrical surface. The virtual straight line connecting the plurality of tip portions can be configured to be parallel to the first direction.

Further, it is desirable that the light includes light having a wavelength that acts on the ultraviolet curable resin.
From another viewpoint, the light irradiation apparatus of the present invention includes a plurality of any of the light irradiation units described above, and the plurality of light irradiation units are arranged in a rectangular frame shape on a predetermined reference plane. Consists of.
As described above, according to the present invention, a light irradiation unit that emits line-shaped irradiation light that is easy to assemble and install, and a light irradiation apparatus using the light irradiation unit are realized.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same or an equivalent part in a figure, and the description is not repeated.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
As shown in FIG. 3, each
The four
The
The
As described above, the
FIG. 4 is a plan view showing an example of a
As described above, in each
なお、シリンドリカルレンズ収容部41の材料としては、アルミニウム等の金属に代えて、PEEK(Poly-Ether-Ethe-Keton)、PPS(Poly Phenylene Sulfide)、PEKEKK(Poly-Ether-Keton-Ether-Keton-Keton)、PAI(Polyamid Imide)、PI(Polyimide)、PES(Poly Ether Sulfone)等、耐熱性及び耐紫外線性に優れた有機樹脂材料を使用することも可能である。
The cylindrical

The cylindrical
As shown in FIG. 7, the cylindrical
As described above, since the straight portions 421as and 421bs parallel to the Y-axis direction are formed at the tips of the
As described above, in the present embodiment, a plurality of

(Third embodiment)
FIG. 9 is a plan view showing a part of the cylindrical
(Fourth embodiment)
FIG. 10 is a plan view showing a part of the cylindrical
(Fifth embodiment)
FIG. 11 is a plan view showing a part of a cylindrical
(Sixth embodiment)
FIG. 12 is a plan view showing a part of the cylindrical
As described above, in the first to sixth embodiments, the configuration of the cylindrical
(Seventh embodiment)
