Description
The present invention relates to a laser processing apparatus or the like that processes a workpiece by irradiating a laser beam.
Conventionally, a laser processing apparatus is configured to perform processing by irradiating a processing target with laser light, and sequentially sets the irradiation position of the laser light so as to be an arbitrary position on the processing target. It is controlled and processed to draw characters and symbols. The control related to the irradiation position of the laser beam may be affected by a problem such as a power supply. For example, when a power failure occurs during laser processing, the processing may be interrupted. In this case, after resolving the problem of the power supply, etc., when resuming the machining with the laser beam, the irradiation position on the object to be machined cannot be matched with the stage of machining, and the machining can be resumed smoothly. There was a case that could not be.
For example, an invention described in
However, in the mechanical device described in
The present disclosure has been made in view of the above-described problems, and relates to a laser processing apparatus or the like that processes a workpiece by irradiating a laser beam, in which laser processing is interrupted due to environmental conditions. Has an oscillator for emitting a certain pulse laser, wherein the control unit on the basis of the detection result of changes in the environmental conditions by the detecting unit, determines whether to interrupt the processing by the laser beam, the When it is determined that the processing by the laser beam is interrupted, the emission unit and the scanning unit are stopped to stop the processing by the laser beam, and the work status indicating the processing order at the time of the processing interruption is stored in the storage unit. After storing the work status in the storage unit, the excitation data for exciting the laser medium when it is determined that the processing of the workpiece is not interrupted based on the detection result of the detection unit Is read from the storage unit, and is a predetermined period before the timing of executing the control corresponding to the work status at the time of the processing interruption stored in the storage unit , On the basis of the excitation data, characterized in that to emit the excitation light to the semiconductor laser unit.

The contents of the processing at the time when the interruption reason occurs can be specified.
Further, according to the laser processing apparatus, the emitting unit includes a semiconductor laser unit and an oscillator having a laser medium. When the laser medium receives and excites the excitation light, the pulse laser Are automatically emitted. Therefore, according to the laser processing apparatus, there may be a time lag between the time when the laser medium receives the excitation light and the time when the pulse laser is emitted. In this regard, according to the laser processing apparatus, when it is determined that the processing of the processing object is not interrupted based on the detection result of the detection unit after storing the work status in the storage unit, Data is read from the storage unit, and the semiconductor laser unit is stored in the semiconductor laser unit based on the excitation data from a predetermined period before the timing of executing the control corresponding to the work status at the time of the processing interruption stored in the storage unit. Since the excitation light is emitted, the laser medium can be sufficiently excited before reaching the interrupted portion, and the intensity of the pulse laser used for subsequent processing can be increased. As a result, the laser processing apparatus does not have an insufficiently processed portion in the processing after the reason for interruption is resolved, and can reliably reduce the difference in processing quality before and after the processing is interrupted. Thereby , according to the said laser processing apparatus , even if it is a case where the process by a laser beam has been interrupted, it is not necessary to prepare a process target newly, and the process target at the time of a process interruption can be used effectively. . According to the laser processing apparatus, the predetermined period is a period required from when the laser medium starts to receive the excitation light to when a pulsed laser capable of processing the object to be processed is emitted. A passive Q switch is a crystal having a property that the transmittance becomes 80% to 90% when the light energy stored inside exceeds a certain value.
The

The

The

The main board 60 includes a
The
The
The

The
The
The power
The predetermined voltage value Vl is determined based on the operating voltage of a safety device (not shown) used in the

Each point constituting the drawing data is specified by a relative positional relationship based on a coordinate origin that is an intersection of the X axis and the Y axis according to an orthogonal coordinate system including the X axis and the Y axis (see FIG. 6). . The X coordinate data indicates the X coordinate related to one point constituting the drawing data. The Y coordinate data indicates the Y coordinate related to one point constituting the drawing data.

On the other hand, when the voltage is lower than the predetermined voltage value Vl (S8: YES), or when the
In S12, the
On the other hand, when the processing interruption process (S11) is finished, the
After the processing related to self refresh of the SDRAM 62 (S12, S13), the

(Control contents of the laser processing apparatus of the first embodiment when the reason for interruption is resolved)
Next, in the
If it is determined in S16 and S17 that the reason for interruption has been resolved, the
When it is determined in S18 and S19 that the reason for interruption has been resolved and the origin coordinate data is received from the
When the work status is received from the FPGA 64 (S26), the
When drawing data corresponding to the past by a predetermined number of times from the occurrence of the interruption reason is received from the CPU 61 (S33), the
Here, in the
In this regard, according to the
As described above, the
According to the
According to the
According to the
Further, according to the
Furthermore, according to the
(Second Embodiment)
Next, an embodiment (second embodiment) different from the above-described first embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The
(Control contents of the laser processing apparatus of the first embodiment when the reason for interruption is resolved)
Subsequently, in the
When it is determined in S16 and S17 that the reason for interruption has been resolved (see FIG. 8), the
When it is determined in S18 and S19 that the reason for interruption has been resolved and the origin coordinate data is received from the
When the work status is received from the FPGA 64 (S46), the
When drawing the work status drawing data when the interruption reason occurs from the CPU 61 (S52), the
Thereafter, the
Here, the excitation data in the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In the second embodiment, the excitation data is data defining that the excitation
When the excitation light having a constant intensity Lp is emitted from the excitation
In the second embodiment, when the scanning position of the
Returning to FIG. 10, the processing after the excitation data is input to the excitation
Thereafter, the
As described above, the
As described above, the
According to the
According to the
The
In this regard, according to the
As a result, the
Further, according to the
Furthermore, according to the
