Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle braking / driving force control device that independently controls the driving force and braking force of four wheels on the front, rear, left and right sides of a vehicle.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a vehicle braking / driving force control device that independently controls the driving force and braking force of a four-wheel vehicle (referred to collectively as braking / driving force) is known. For example, as an embodiment of an electric vehicle, an in-wheel motor type vehicle is known in which a motor is disposed in or near a wheel of the wheel and the wheel is directly driven by the motor. In an in-wheel motor vehicle, each motor can be individually controlled for power running or regenerative control to individually control the driving torque or braking torque applied to each wheel to generate braking / driving force on the wheel. it can.
Each wheel is suspended from the vehicle body by a suspension. The braking / driving force in the longitudinal direction of the wheel is converted into the vertical direction of the vehicle body by the suspension link mechanism. Therefore, by controlling the braking / driving force of the wheels, it is possible to perform vehicle motion control (for example, suppression of roll motion, pitch motion, heave motion, etc.). For this reason, the target braking / driving force of each wheel is calculated as a resultant force of the driver requested braking / driving force set according to the driver's operation amount and the control braking / driving force for controlling the vehicle motion. The direction of the force generated on the wheels of the control braking / driving force is switched in accordance with the motion state of the vehicle. That is, the control braking / driving force is switched between the driving force and the braking force.
Thus, when the vehicle motion control is performed by the braking / driving force of the wheels, the direction of the target braking / driving force may be reversed depending on the motion state of the vehicle. For example, when the control braking / driving force is opposite to the direction of the driver requested braking / driving force and the magnitude relationship between the magnitudes (absolute values) of both changes, the direction of the target braking / driving force is reversed. In this case, the motor is applied to the wheel from a state where the driving force is generated on the wheel (power running) to a state where the braking force is generated on the wheel (regeneration) or a state where the braking force is generated on the wheel (regeneration). The state is switched to a state (powering) in which driving force is generated. When the motor torque is transmitted to the wheels via the reduction gear, when the direction of the torque generated by the motor is reversed, the backlash causes the braking / driving force generation timing relative to the other wheels. There is a delay. Therefore, in the device proposed in Patent Document 1, the braking / driving force of the other wheels is maintained only during the idle running period in which the backlash of the reduction gear is blocked.
However, when the direction of the motor torque is reversed (hereinafter sometimes referred to as torque zero crossing), abnormal noise is generated when the backlash is clogged. Therefore, the inventors of the present application have considered offsetting the target braking / driving force in order to suppress the occurrence of a zero cross of torque. The target braking / driving force offset is obtained by adding the offset force of the same absolute value in opposite directions to the target braking / driving force of the front wheels and the target braking / driving force of the rear wheels. The target braking / driving force of the four wheels is separated from the origin (zero point) of the motor torque without changing the total braking / driving force. Due to the offset of the target braking / driving force, it is possible to suppress the generation of abnormal noise at the time of zero crossing of the torque.
However, when the target braking / driving force of the wheel is offset, there arises a new problem that the vehicle posture suddenly changes as a result of the offset, causing the driver to feel uncomfortable.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and reduces noise caused by the offset while suppressing abnormal noise generated by zero crossing of the motor torque by offset of the target braking / driving force. With the goal.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized by the fact that the present invention is provided on the front, rear, left and right wheels, and can transmit torque to the wheels via the gears to generate braking / driving force representing driving force and braking force on the wheels. A suspension motor (30) for independently connecting the front and rear wheels and the left and right wheels to the vehicle body, and converting the braking / driving force of the wheels into a vertical force of the vehicle body; A shock absorber (23) provided on the wheel and capable of controlling the damping force of the sprung vibration at least for the front wheel or the rear wheel ; Target braking / driving force calculating means (50, S19) for calculating the target braking / driving force (Fx) of the four wheels including the control braking / driving force (Fc) necessary for damping control , and the target braking / driving Said according to force Motor control means (50, S20) for controlling the operation of the motor, and the target braking / driving force for the front wheels and the target braking / driving force for the rear wheels in order to prevent the direction of the target braking / driving force from being reversed. In addition, offset means (S16, S19) for offsetting the target braking / driving force by adding offset forces having the same absolute value in opposite directions, and an offset of the target braking / driving force by the offset means On the basis of this, there is provided an offset corresponding damping force control means (50, 70, S17, S104, S105, S28, S113, S114) for controlling the damping force of the shock absorber.
In the present invention, the front, rear, left and right wheels are connected to the vehicle body by the suspension link mechanism. Each wheel is provided with a motor. The motor transmits torque to the wheel via the gear, and generates braking / driving force representing driving force and braking force on the wheel. The braking / driving force of the wheel is converted into a vertical force of the vehicle body by the suspension link mechanism. The vehicle motion can be controlled by controlling the force in the vertical direction. For example, it is possible to perform control for suppressing the roll motion, pitch motion, and heave motion of the vehicle.
Each wheel is provided with a shock absorber, and the shock absorber attenuates vibration on the spring (vehicle body). This shock absorber is configured so that the damping force can be controlled at least for the front wheels or the rear wheels, that is, the damping coefficient can be controlled.
The target braking / driving force calculation means includes a driver-requested braking / driving force set based on a driver's operation amount (operation amount for driving the vehicle) and a control braking / driving force necessary for sprung mass damping control. The target braking / driving force of the four wheels including is calculated. The motor control means controls the operation of the motor according to the target braking / driving force.
When the sprung mass damping control of the vehicle is performed by the braking / driving force of the wheel, the direction of the target braking / driving force may be reversed depending on the motion state of the vehicle. In this case, an abnormal noise that closes the backlash of the gear is generated by reversing the motor torque. Therefore, in order to prevent the offset means from reversing the direction of the target braking / driving force, the target braking / driving force for the front wheels and the target braking / driving force for the rear wheels have the same absolute value in opposite directions. The target braking / driving force is offset by adding the offset force. The motor control means controls the operation of the motor according to the offset target braking / driving force. Thereby, it becomes difficult for the motor torque to zero-cross, and the generation of abnormal noise can be suppressed.
If the target braking / driving force is offset in this way, the vehicle's attitude changes suddenly due to the vertical force generated by the addition of the offset force, or the braking / driving that can be used for vehicle motion control. There is a possibility that the driver may feel uncomfortable because the range of the force becomes narrow and the desired motion control cannot be performed. Therefore, in the present invention, the offset corresponding damping force control means controls the damping force of the shock absorber based on the offset of the target braking / driving force. As a result, the driver's uncomfortable feeling caused by the offset can be reduced. For example, when the offset of the target braking / driving force is started, control is performed so that the damping force of the shock absorber is increased in accordance with the start of the offset. Thereby, an undesired vertical movement of the vehicle body can be suppressed. Alternatively, if the braking / driving force used for the vertical motion control of the vehicle is limited by offsetting the target braking / driving force, the damping force of the shock absorber is increased so as to compensate for the lack of vertical force. It can also be controlled.
Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the driver's uncomfortable feeling caused by the offset while suppressing the abnormal noise generated by the zero cross of the motor torque by the offset of the target braking / driving force.
Another feature of the present invention is that the offset corresponding damping force control means increases the damping force of the shock absorber in accordance with the start of the offset of the target braking / driving force.
According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress an undesired vertical movement of the vehicle body and to make it difficult for the driver to feel uncomfortable.
Another feature of the present invention is that the suspension link mechanism (21f, 21r) is configured such that the conversion rate for converting the braking / driving force into the vertical force of the vehicle body is different between the front wheel side and the rear wheel side. The offset-corresponding damping force control means increases the damping force of the shock absorber in accordance with the start of the offset of the target braking / driving force, thereby increasing the pitch direction generated in the vehicle body by the offset of the target braking / driving force. It is to slow down the speed of posture change.
The suspension link mechanism of the present invention is configured such that the conversion rate for converting the braking / driving force into the vertical force of the vehicle body is different between the front wheel side and the rear wheel side. For example, in the side view of the vehicle, the conversion rate is a value according to the size of the angle formed by the line connecting the ground contact point of the wheel and the instantaneous rotation center of the suspension link mechanism that connects the wheel and the ground horizontal plane. . Therefore, the angle between the ground plane and the line connecting the ground contact point on the front wheel and the instantaneous center of rotation in the suspension link mechanism, and the line between the ground plane and the ground line connecting the ground point on the rear wheel and the instantaneous center of rotation in the suspension link mechanism are formed. The angle is not the same. For this reason, when an offset force is applied to the target braking / driving force, the vertical force generated on the vehicle body by the offset force of the front wheels and the vertical force generated on the vehicle body by the offset force of the rear wheels are not equal to each other. At the moment when the target braking / driving force is offset, the posture of the vehicle body changes in the pitch direction. That is, the posture change of the vehicle body about the left-right axis (pitch axis) passing through the center of gravity of the vehicle occurs.
Therefore, the offset-adaptive damping force control means increases the damping force of the shock absorber in accordance with the start of the offset of the target braking / driving force, so that the speed of posture change in the pitch direction generated in the vehicle body due to the offset of the target braking / driving force. To slow down. This can make it difficult for the driver to feel uncomfortable. In this case, for example, the damping force of the shock absorber may be increased only in the direction of the force acting on the shock absorber (extension side or contraction side) due to the posture change in the pitch direction of the vehicle body. According to this, it is possible to suppress a decrease in riding comfort due to an increase in damping force.
The offset-adaptive damping force control means is not limited to controlling the damping force of the shock absorber on the front wheel side and the rear wheel side, but only the damping force of the shock absorber on the front wheel side or the shock absorber on the rear wheel side. The configuration may be such that only the damping force is controlled. Although it is preferable to control the damping force of the shock absorbers for the front and rear wheels, the speed of the posture change of the vehicle body can be reduced even if the damping force of the front wheel or the rear wheel is controlled.
Another feature of the present invention resides in that the offset-corresponding damping force control means increases the damping force of the shock absorber as the offset force increases.
The force that changes the posture of the vehicle body generated by the offset of the target braking / driving force increases as the offset force increases. Therefore, in the present invention, the offset-corresponding damping force control means performs control so that the damping force of the shock absorber increases as the offset force increases. Therefore, the speed of the posture change of the vehicle body can be made appropriate, and it can be made difficult for the driver to feel uncomfortable.
Another feature of the present invention is that the shock absorber is configured to be capable of independently controlling a damping force that attenuates the vertical vibration on the spring of the front wheel and a damping force that attenuates the vertical vibration on the spring of the rear wheel, The offset-corresponding damping force control means is configured so that a vertical force generated on the vehicle body by the action of the suspension link mechanism of the front wheel and an up-and-down force generated on the vehicle body by the action of the suspension link mechanism of the rear wheel are offset by the offset of the target braking / driving force. According to the relationship, the damping force on the spring of the wheel connected by the suspension link mechanism on the side where the vertical force is larger than the damping force on the spring of the wheel connected by the suspension link mechanism on the side where the vertical force is small. The damping force of the shock absorber is controlled so as to increase.
The shock absorber of the present invention is configured to be capable of independently controlling a damping force that attenuates vertical vibration on the front wheel spring and a damping force that attenuates vertical vibration on the rear wheel spring. The vertical force generated in the vehicle body by the action of the suspension link mechanism (the action of converting the braking / driving force into the vertical force of the vehicle body) due to the offset of the target braking / driving force is different between the front wheel side and the rear wheel side. Therefore, the offset-adaptive damping force control means has a damping force on the wheel spring connected by the suspension link mechanism on the side where the vertical force is large, on the spring of the wheel connected by the suspension link mechanism on the side where the vertical force is small. The damping force of the shock absorber is controlled so as to be larger than the damping force. As a result, a damping force corresponding to the vertical force generated on the front wheel side and the vertical force generated on the rear wheel side due to the offset of the target braking / driving force can be generated by the front wheel shock absorber and the rear wheel shock absorber. it can. Accordingly, the damping force generated by the front wheel shock absorber and the damping force generated by the rear wheel shock absorber can be appropriately controlled, and the posture change of the vehicle body in the pitch direction can be well controlled. As a result, it is possible to make it more difficult for the driver to feel uncomfortable.
Another feature of the present invention is that the offset-corresponding damping force control means increases the damping force of the shock absorber in accordance with the start of the offset of the target braking / driving force, and the change in the posture of the vehicle body is settled from the start of the offset. When the set time assumed to elapse has elapsed, the damping force of the shock absorber is returned to the state before the increase.
The change in the posture of the vehicle body caused by the offset of the target braking / driving force occurs when the offset of the target braking / driving force is started, and thereafter converges to the posture corresponding to the offset force. For example, the posture change in the pitch direction of the vehicle body occurs due to an imbalance between the vertical force due to the offset force of the front wheels and the vertical force due to the offset force of the rear wheels when the offset of the target braking / driving force is started. , It converges to the vehicle posture (forward leaning or bottom-down) according to the imbalance. Therefore, the offset-corresponding damping force control means returns the damping force of the shock absorber to the state before the increase when a set time after which it is assumed that the change in the posture of the vehicle body is settled from the start of the offset. As a result, the damping force of the shock absorber is increased only during the period when it is necessary to suppress the posture change, and when the posture change of the vehicle body is settled, the damping force of the shock absorber is restored and the riding comfort is restored to the original good state. Can be returned. Therefore, the period during which the ride comfort is reduced can be shortened.
Another feature of the present invention is that when the magnitude of the target braking / driving force offset by the offset means exceeds the driving limit of the motor, the offset corresponding damping force control means The damping force of the shock absorber is controlled so as to compensate for the vertical force that is insufficient by exceeding the drive limit.
When the target braking / driving force is offset, the origin of control of the target braking / driving force is deviated from the origin of the motor torque by the offset force, so a large input acts on the vehicle and a large braking / driving force for control is generated. If set, the offset target braking / driving force may exceed the motor drive limit (output limit). For this reason, the range of the braking / driving force for control that can be used for motion control is narrowed. Therefore, in the present invention, when the magnitude of the offset target braking / driving force exceeds the driving limit of the motor, the offset-corresponding damping force control means causes the upper and lower levels that are insufficient due to the target braking / driving force exceeding the driving limit. The damping force of the shock absorber is controlled to compensate for the force. For example, when suppressing the vertical movement of the vehicle body, the force that is insufficient for the braking / driving force of the motor is compensated by increasing the damping force of the shock absorber. Thereby, vehicle motion control can be performed favorably. As a result, the noise generated by the zero crossing of the motor torque can be suppressed by the offset of the target braking / driving force, and the driver's uncomfortable feeling caused by the offset can be reduced.
In general, when the input acting on the vehicle is large, the vibration frequency of the vehicle body is low, and when the input acting on the vehicle is small, the vibration frequency of the vehicle body is high. Therefore, at the time of offset, the present invention can perform vehicle motion control by a motor for small inputs and vehicle motion control by a shock absorber for large inputs. In general, the response of the vehicle motion control by the motor is superior to the response of the damping force control of the shock absorber. Therefore, the motor and the shock absorber can be properly used depending on the type of vibration.
Another feature of the present invention is that when the direction of the target braking / driving force offset by the offset means is reversed, the target braking / driving force is corrected so that the target braking / driving force is within a range where the target braking / driving force is not reversed. Target braking / driving force correction means (S25) is provided, and the offset-corresponding damping force control means controls the damping force of the shock absorber so as to compensate for the vertical force that is insufficient by correcting the target braking / driving force ( S26, S113, S114).
The target braking / driving force offset is performed in order to prevent the direction of the target braking / driving force from being reversed, but when a large input is applied to the vehicle and a large braking / driving force for control is set, Even if offset is applied, the direction of the target braking / driving force may be reversed. Therefore, when the direction of the offset target braking / driving force is reversed, the target braking / driving force correcting means corrects the target braking / driving force so that the target braking / driving force is within a range where the target braking / driving force is not reversed. For example, the target braking / driving force is corrected to a value before being reversed, and thus the magnitude thereof is reduced. For this reason, when the target braking / driving force is corrected, the vertical force acting on the vehicle body is reduced by that amount, and the force for suppressing the vertical movement of the vehicle body is insufficient. Accordingly, the offset-corresponding damping force control means controls the damping force of the shock absorber so as to compensate for the vertical force that is insufficient by correcting the target braking / driving force. For example, the shortage of the force that suppresses the vertical movement of the vehicle body is compensated by increasing the damping force of the shock absorber. Thereby, vehicle motion control can be performed favorably. As a result, the noise generated by the zero crossing of the motor torque can be suppressed by the offset of the target braking / driving force, and the driver's uncomfortable feeling caused by the offset can be reduced.
In addition, at the time of offset, the vehicle motion control by the motor can be performed for the small input, and the vehicle motion control by the shock absorber can be performed for the large input. Therefore, depending on the type of vibration, the motor and the shock absorber Can be properly used.

The operation
As shown in FIG. 6, the suspension 20 for suspending each wheel 10 has an instantaneous rotation center Cf (the instantaneous center of the
In such a configuration (geometry) of the link mechanism 21, when a driving torque is applied to the
Therefore, by controlling the driving force or braking force of the wheel 10, a vertical force can be applied to the vehicle body B, and the motion state of the vehicle can be controlled. Hereinafter, the driving force and the braking force are both simply referred to as driving force unless it is necessary to distinguish between the driving force and the braking force. In this case, the braking force may be handled as a negative driving force. Further, when discussing the magnitudes related to the driving force and the braking force, the absolute values thereof are to be expressed.

Hereinafter, when specifying the driving force of each wheel 10 for each driving force, at the end of the sign of the driving force, fl for the left front wheel, fr for the right front wheel, rl for the left rear wheel, right rear wheel Is attached with rr. Further, when specifying the driving force of the front wheel and the driving force of the rear wheel, “f” is attached to the sign of the driving force and “r” is attached to the rear wheel.
The shock absorber 23 provided in the suspension 20 is provided with a damping force variable mechanism (not shown) in all four wheels, and the damping force can be controlled. For example, the shock absorber 23 includes a piston provided between the sprung and unsprung parts, and a valve that varies the opening of the oil passage that connects the upper chamber and the lower chamber of the piston. By switching to a plurality of stages, the damping force (damping coefficient) is changed to a plurality of stages. Further, the damping force depends on the direction in which the shock absorber 23 extends (the direction in which the distance between the sprung and unsprung increases) and the direction in which the shock absorber 23 contracts (the direction in which the distance between the sprung and unsprung decreases). The damping force can be controlled independently.
The shock absorber 23 is connected to the damping force control
The damping
When the
If the target driving force Fx is offset in this way, the posture of the vehicle body B may change suddenly and give the driver a sense of discomfort. The reason will be described below.
As shown in FIG. 6, the magnitude of the vertical force acting on the vehicle body B is a value obtained by multiplying the driving force Ff (Ff1 or Ff2) by tan (θf) on the
When the driving force of each wheel 10 is offset, for example, when an offset force Fs in the driving direction is applied to the
Thus, in the vehicle braking / driving device of the present embodiment, when the target driving force Fx is offset, the damping force of the shock absorber 23 is controlled to suppress a sudden change in the posture of the vehicle body B in the pitch direction. , Try not to make the driver feel as uncomfortable as possible.
In the present embodiment, such a problem is solved by the cooperation of the
Subsequently, in step S12, the
Subsequently, in step S13, the
Subsequently, in step S14, the
Subsequently, in step S15, the
The target driving force Fx of each wheel 10 is basically calculated as a total value of a driver requested driving force Fd and a control driving force Fc described later, but when the offset is executed, the target driving force Fx is calculated as the target value. The driving force Fx is offset by the offset force Fs. In this case, since the total of the target driving force Fx of each wheel 10 should not be changed by execution of the offset, at the time of execution of offset, the target driving force Fxf of the
The offset of the target driving force Fx can be considered as the offset of the driver required driving force Fd. For example, when the target driving force Fxf of the
The control driving force Fc changes between positive and negative. For this reason, when the driver requested driving forces Fdf and Fdr are close to the origin of the motor torque, the direction of the target driving force Fx is reversed, that is, the zero crossing of the motor torque is likely to occur. However, by offsetting the driver requested driving force Fd, as shown in FIG. 5, the driver requested driving forces Fdf ′ and Fdr ′ after the offset are separated from the origin of the motor torque, and the zero crossing of the motor torque is suppressed. be able to.
The direction in which the offset force Fs is added (referred to as the offset direction) is the power running direction of the motor 30 for the
In step S16, the
Subsequently, in step S18, the
For example, the control driving force Fc for each wheel 10 is a target roll moment Mx for suppressing the roll motion of the vehicle body B around the longitudinal axis (roll axis) passing through the center of gravity Cg of the vehicle and the left-right direction passing through the center of gravity Cg of the vehicle. A target pitch moment My that suppresses the pitch motion of the vehicle body B around the axis (pitch axis), a target yaw moment Mz that turns the vehicle around a vertical axis (yaw axis) passing through the center of gravity Cg of the vehicle, and a center of gravity Cg of the vehicle. The calculation is performed using the target heave force Fz that suppresses the heave motion that is the vertical motion at the position. For the calculation of these target values, various known calculation methods can be employed. For example, the
In this case, the
Fxfl=Fdf+Fcfl+Fs
Fxfr=Fdf+Fcfr+Fs
Fxrl=Fdr+Fcrl−Fs
Fxrr=Fdr+Fcrr−Fs
Subsequently, in step S19, the
Fxfl = Fdf + Fcfl + Fs
Fxfr = Fdf + Fcfr + Fs
Fxrl = Fdr + Fcrl−Fs
Fxrr = Fdr + Fcrr−Fs
Subsequently, in step S20, the
When the
When the target driving force Fx is offset in this way, the zero crossing of the motor torque is suppressed and the generation of abnormal noise due to the backlash of the
FIG. 3 shows a damping force control routine executed by the damping
When the damping
If the damping
When the damping
In the present embodiment, the conversion rate for converting the driving force into the vertical force of the vehicle body B is different between the front wheel link mechanism 21f and the rear wheel link mechanism 21r, and the rear wheel link mechanism 21r has a conversion rate. It is getting bigger. Accordingly, the vertical force acting on the vehicle body B converted by the rear wheel link mechanism 21r is larger than the vertical force acting on the vehicle body B converted by the front wheel link mechanism 21f. Therefore, the offset corresponding added damping force Fab1r of the rear wheel shock absorber 23r provided on the
For example, the damping
Subsequently, in step S105, the damping
Further, it is preferable to increase the damping force of the shock absorber 23 only in the direction of the force acting on the shock absorber 23 due to the posture change of the vehicle body B in the pitch direction. For example, in the example of FIG. 8, with respect to the front wheel shock absorber 23f, the damping force on the extension side (operation in which the separation between the sprung and unsprung portions expands) is the value obtained by adding the offset-corresponding additional damping force Fab1f to the normal damping force Fab0. And the damping force on the contraction side (operation in which the distance between the sprung and unsprung portions becomes narrow) is set to the normal damping force Fab0. For the rear wheel shock absorber 23r, the contraction-side damping force is set to a value obtained by adding the offset-corresponding addition damping force Fab1r to the normal damping force Fab0, and the expansion-side damping force is set to the normal damping force Fab0. In this case, since the damping force is increased only in the direction in which the posture of the vehicle body B changes due to the offset, it is possible to minimize a decrease in riding comfort.
The damping
According to the braking / driving force control device for a vehicle according to the present embodiment described above, the zero crossing of the motor torque is suppressed because the target driving force is offset when the motion state quantity of the vehicle exceeds the reference value. Thereby, generation | occurrence | production of the noise by the backlash of the
Further, an offset corresponding additional damping force Fab1f proportional to the vertical force acting on the vehicle body B by the action of the front wheel link mechanism 21f, and an offset corresponding additional damping force Fab1r proportional to the vertical force acting on the vehicle body B by the action of the rear wheel link mechanism 21r, Therefore, the posture change of the vehicle body B in the pitch direction can be favorably controlled. Therefore, it is possible to make it more difficult for the driver to feel uncomfortable.
Further, since the period during which the damping force of the shock absorber 23 is increased is limited to the set time after the offset is started, when the posture change of the vehicle body B in the pitch direction is settled, the ride comfort is restored to the original. It can return to a good state. Therefore, the period during which the ride comfort is reduced can be shortened.
Second Embodiment
Next, a second embodiment will be described. Hereinafter, the above-described embodiment is referred to as a first embodiment. When the target driving force Fx is offset, the origin of control of the target driving force Fx is shifted from the origin of the motor torque by the offset force, so that a large input is applied to the vehicle and a large control driving force Fc is generated. If set, the offset target driving force Fx may exceed the driving limit of the motor 30 in some cases. Therefore, the range of the control driving force Fc that can be used for motion control is narrowed. For example, in the example shown in the upper left part of FIG. 9, the offset target drive force Fxf exceeds the motor torque output limit Fmax by ΔFx1 for the
On the contrary, the offset target driving force Fx may be zero-crossed. For example, in the example shown in the lower right part of FIG. 9, with respect to the
In 2nd Embodiment, the said subject is solved by cooperation with motor ECU50 and damping-force ECU70. First, processing performed by the
Subsequently, in step S21, the
Subsequently, in step S24, the
If there is a wheel 10 at which the target driving force Fx crosses zero, the
Subsequently, in step S27, the
When the process of step S28 is executed, the
Next, processing of the damping
If the damping
Subsequently, in step S114, the damping
The damping
According to the vehicle braking / driving force control device of the second embodiment described above, the target driving force Fx is insufficient when the target driving force Fx exceeds the output limit Fmax during the period in which the target driving force Fx is offset. The damping force of the shock absorber 23 is controlled in a direction to increase so as to compensate for the vertical force. Thereby, vehicle motion control can be performed favorably. In addition, when the inversion of the target driving force Fx is detected during the period in which the target driving force Fx is offset, the target driving force Fx is corrected so that it falls within the range where the target driving force Fx does not invert. At the same time, the damping force of the shock absorber 23 is controlled to increase so as to compensate for the vertical force that is insufficient due to the correction. Thereby, the zero crossing of the motor torque can be prevented and the vehicle motion control can be performed satisfactorily. As a result, it is possible to reduce the driver's uncomfortable feeling caused by the offset while suppressing the abnormal noise generated in the motor 30 due to the offset of the target driving force Fx.
In general, when the input acting on the vehicle is large, the vibration frequency of the vehicle body is low, and when the input acting on the vehicle is small, the vibration frequency of the vehicle body is high. Therefore, in the vehicle braking / driving force control device of the second embodiment, when the offset is executed, the vehicle motion control by the motor 30 is performed for the small input, and the vehicle motion control by the shock absorber 23 is performed for the large input. It can be performed. In general, the response of the vehicle motion control by the motor 30 is superior to the response of the damping force control of the shock absorber 23. Therefore, the motor 30 and the shock absorber 23 can be properly used depending on the type of vibration.
The vehicular braking / driving force control apparatus according to this embodiment has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the object of the present invention.
For example, in the second embodiment, the posture change of the vehicle body B in the pitch direction is not suppressed. However, the offset corresponding addition attenuation that is set according to the offset force Fs by combining the first embodiment. A configuration may be adopted in which the force Fab1 is added to the offset-corresponding addition damping force Fab2, and the offset-corresponding addition damping force Fab (= Fab1 + Fab2) is used to perform offset-corresponding damping force control. In this case, the
In the present embodiment, the offset force Fs is set to increase as the vertical vibration state quantity X increases, but may be a constant value, for example.
In the first embodiment, the offset corresponding added damping force Fab1r of the rear wheel shock absorber 23r is used as the offset corresponding added damping force of the front wheel shock absorber 23f according to the magnitude relationship of the vertical force generated in the vehicle body B by the action of the link mechanism 21. Although it is set larger than Fab1f, it is not always necessary to do so. For example, the offset-corresponding addition damping force Fab1r and the offset-corresponding addition damping force Fab1f may be set to the same value. Even in this case, the speed of the posture change of the vehicle body B in the pitch direction can be reduced.
The shock absorber 23 used in the present embodiment is of a type that switches the damping force to a plurality of stages, but may be of a type that linearly changes the damping force, for example. Further, a so-called full active type shock absorber that generates a propulsive force in addition to a damping force may be employed.
In the present embodiment, the shock absorbers 23 capable of controlling the damping force are provided for all four wheels. For example, only the front wheels or only the rear wheels of the four wheel shock absorbers have the damping force. It may be of a controllable type. Even in this case, the speed of the posture change of the vehicle body B can be slowed, and the lack of vertical force can be compensated.
In the present embodiment, the
For example, in the present embodiment, the conversion rate of the rear wheel suspension 20r (tan (θr)) is applied to a vehicle that is larger than the conversion rate of the front wheel suspension 20f (tan (θf)). The present invention can also be applied to a vehicle in which the rate (tan (θf)) is equal to or higher than the conversion rate (tan (θr)) of the rear wheel suspension 20r.
In this embodiment, since the conversion rate (tan (θr)) of the rear wheel suspension 20r is larger than the conversion rate (tan (θf)) of the front wheel suspension 20f, an offset of the vehicle body B is caused by the offset. Although the posture change in the pitch direction occurs, even if the vehicle has a conversion rate (tan (θr)) of the rear wheel suspension 20r comparable to the conversion rate (tan (θf)) of the front wheel suspension 20f, it is offset. As a result, the posture change in the heave direction (vertical direction) of the vehicle body B may occur, which may give the driver a feeling of strangeness. Therefore, not only the posture change of the vehicle body B in the pitch direction but also a configuration in which the posture change speed is slowed by increasing the damping force of the shock absorber 23 with respect to the posture change of the vehicle body B in the heave direction. . This can also reduce the driver's uncomfortable feeling. Even in this case, the damping force generated by the shock absorber 23 may be controlled in the same manner as in the first embodiment. For example, a configuration in which the damping force of the shock absorber 23 is increased as the offset force Fs is increased, and the damping force of the shock absorber is increased in accordance with the start of the offset, so that the posture change of the vehicle body is assumed to be settled from the start of the offset. A configuration in which the damping force of the shock absorber is returned to the state before the increase when time elapses can be employed.
