Description
Claims (14)
- − 互いから少なくとも部分的に隔てられた導電ワイヤと該導電ワイヤに接続された1以上の電子部品とを含み、前記少なくとも部分的に隔てられた導電ワイヤの間に1以上のギャップが形成された電子構造体と、
− 2つの布部分を含む布構造体と、
を有し、
前記電子構造体は前記2つの布部分の間に挟まれ、
前記2つの布部分は接着区域を含む接着パターンに従って結合され、これら接着区域は前記電子構造体における前記ギャップの1以上に、該電子構造体が前記布構造体内において前記接着パターンにより定位置に保持されるように配置される、
電子織物。 - 前記接着区域の接着強度が前記布部分の引裂強度よりも弱い、請求項1に記載の電子織物。
- 前記布部分が溶接により結合される、請求項1に記載の電子織物。
- 前記導電ワイヤ及び前記電子部品が、前記布構造体内において前記2つの布部分により前記接着区域の間に形成される1以上の凹部内に配置される、請求項1に記載の電子織物。
- 前記導電ワイヤ及び/又は前記電子部品が前記布部分から取り外される、請求項1に記載の電子織物。
- 前記接着区域が前記導電ワイヤ及び/又は前記電子部品を隣接する導電ワイヤ及び/又は電子部品から電気的に絶縁する、請求項1に記載の電子織物。
- 前記接着パターンが前記電子構造体の周部の外側に接着区域を更に含む、請求項1に記載の電子織物。
- 前記電子構造体の周部の外側の接着区域の接着強度が、該電子構造体の前記ギャップに配置された接着区域の接着強度よりも強い、請求項7に記載の電子織物。
- 前記電子構造体の周部の外側の接着区域の接着強度が、前記布部分の引裂強度よりも強い、請求項7に記載の電子織物。
- 前記電子構造体が導電ワイヤの1以上の離隔された対を含み、各対内の導電ワイヤは少なくとも部分的に互いから隔てられ、前記電子部品の各々は前記導電ワイヤの対の1つに接続され、前記接着区域が、前記電子構造体における前記各対内の少なくとも部分的に隔てられた導電ワイヤの間に形成されたギャップに、及び前記電子構造体における前記導電ワイヤの対の間に形成されたギャップに配置される、請求項1に記載の電子織物。
- 前記導電ワイヤが裸線である、請求項1に記載の電子織物。
- 電子織物を製造する方法であって、
− 互いから少なくとも部分的に隔てられた導電ワイヤと該導電ワイヤに接続された1以上の電子部品とを含み、前記少なくとも部分的に隔てられた導電ワイヤの間に1以上のギャップが形成された電子構造体を設けるステップと、
− 2つの布部分を含む布構造体を設けるステップと、
− 前記電子構造体を前記2つの布部分の間に挟むステップと、
− 前記2つの布部分を、前記電子構造体における前記ギャップの1以上に配置された接着区域を含む接着パターンに従って結合するステップであって、これにより前記電子構造体が前記布構造体内において前記接着パターンにより定位置に保持されるステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 前記布部分を結合するステップが、溶接により実施される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記導電ワイヤを枠内に配置するステップ、及び、好ましくは、前記布部分を結合するステップに続いて前記導電ワイヤを前記枠から切り離すステップを更に有する、請求項12に記載の方法。
