Description
The present invention relates to a radiant tube burner. In particular, a fuel gas guide pipe for guiding the fuel gas is provided in the radiant tube, and combustion air supplied into the radiant tube is guided to the outer peripheral side of the fuel gas guide pipe, and the combustion air is supplied to the radiant tube. In a radiant tube burner provided so that a combustion cylinder to be mixed and burned with fuel gas ejected from a fuel gas guide tube extends into the radiant tube from the tip of the fuel gas guide tube. The radiant tube is configured such that the combustion air guided to the outer peripheral side of the guide tube and the fuel gas ejected from the fuel gas guide tube are quickly mixed in the combustion cylinder so that the fuel gas is burned appropriately. This is characterized in that it is possible to appropriately prevent the generation of soot (smoke) during combustion without melting or melting.
Conventionally, in an industrial heating furnace, a heat treatment furnace, and the like, in order to prevent a flame from coming into contact with a heated object and heating the heated object when the heated object is heated, Patent Document 1 As described above, a radiant tube burner in which a fuel gas is mixed with combustion air and burned in the radiant tube is used.
Here, in such a radiant tube burner, when fuel gas is mixed with combustion air and burned, NOx is generated, and NOx is contained in the combustion exhaust gas and may be discharged.
For this reason, in Patent Document 2, combustion is performed by returning the combustion exhaust gas to a combustion cylinder in which fuel gas is mixed with combustion air and combusted. In Patent Document 3, the fuel gas is converted into combustion air. A part of the combustion air is introduced to the downstream side of the combustion cylinder to be mixed and burned to perform two-stage combustion, thereby slowing the combustion and lowering the temperature of the flame and preventing the generation of NOx Has been shown to do.
However, when the fuel gas is burned by slowing down the combustion and lowering the temperature of the flame in this way, soot tends to be generated, and in particular, the amount of combustion air relative to the fuel gas is reduced, and the air ratio When combustion was performed with μ (actual air amount / theoretical air amount) being 1.0 or less, there was a problem that soot generation increased.
Further, conventionally, as disclosed in Patent Document 4, a fuel gas and combustion air are supplied into a radiant tube in a swirling state around an axis and burned. Yes.
Here, when the fuel gas and the combustion air are supplied in a swirling state around the axis as described above, the fuel gas and the combustion air are quickly mixed and burned, and soot generation is suppressed. However, there is a problem in that the radiant tube is partially melted due to local overheating of the vicinity of the fuel ejection part where the combustion is performed and the temperature of the flame is increased and the combustion is performed. It was.
This invention makes it a subject to solve the above problems in a radiant tube burner.
The combustion air guided to the outer peripheral side of the guide tube and the fuel gas ejected from the fuel gas guide tube are quickly mixed in the combustion cylinder so that the fuel gas is burned appropriately, and the radiant It is an object of the present invention to appropriately prevent the generation of soot during combustion without causing the tube to melt.
In the radiant tube burner according to the present invention, in order to solve the above-described problems, a fuel gas guide tube for guiding the fuel gas is provided in the radiant tube, and combustion air supplied into the radiant tube is used. A combustion cylinder that is guided to the outer peripheral side of the fuel gas guide tube and burns by mixing the combustion air with the fuel gas ejected from the fuel gas guide tube, rather than the tip of the fuel gas guide tube. In the radiant tube burner provided to extend into the radiant tube, the combustion air is guided between the combustion tube and the radiant tube on the outer periphery of the combustion tube on the combustion air introduction side. A deterrence plate for deterrence is provided, and combustion air guided to the outer peripheral side of the fuel gas guide tube is swung between the combustion cylinder and the fuel gas guide tube. The other side not visible swirl vanes to be mixed with the fuel gas while a plurality in the circumferential direction is inclined with respect to the axial direction of the fuel gas guide tube, swirl vanes adjacent partially overlap along the radial direction was so that is arranged so.
Here, in this radiant tube burner, the combustion air supplied into the radiant tube is suppressed by the suppression plate provided on the outer periphery of the combustion cylinder on the combustion air introduction side, and the cross-sectional area of the flow path Since the combustion air is guided between the combustion cylinder and the fuel gas guide pipe in a state where the amount of gas is reduced, the flow velocity of the combustion air increases. The combustion air is inclined with respect to the axial direction of the fuel gas guide tube as described above, and a plurality of the combustion airs are provided in the circumferential direction, and adjacent swirl vanes partially overlap along the radial direction so that the opposite side cannot be seen. The fuel gas jetted from the tip of the fuel gas guide tube is quickly mixed in the combustion cylinder while being swirled at a high speed by the swirling blades arranged in this manner. So that the generation of soot during combustion is suppressed. In order to prevent the combustion cylinder from melting at this time, it is preferable to set the diameter and length of the combustion cylinder so that the combustion cylinder does not exceed the heat-resistant temperature due to the combustion.
Further, in the radiant tube burner of the present invention, when the swirl vane for swirling the combustion air is provided between the combustion cylinder and the fuel gas guide tube, the swirl vane is connected to the fuel gas guide tube for guiding the fuel gas. It is preferable to provide in the vicinity of the tip. In this way, the combustion air swirled by the swirl vanes is more quickly mixed with the fuel gas immediately after being ejected from the tip of the fuel gas guide tube, so that the generation of soot during combustion is further suppressed. become.
Also, as described above, the swirl vanes are inclined with respect to the axial direction of the fuel gas guide tube, and a plurality of swirl vanes are provided in the circumferential direction so that adjacent swirl vanes partially overlap along the radial direction so that the opposite side cannot be seen. was Ru when the is, the inclination angle θ of the swirl vane inclined with respect to the axial direction of the fuel gas guide tube is preferably in the range of 15 ° to 45 °. This is because if the inclination angle θ of the swirl vane is less than 15 °, it becomes difficult to sufficiently swirl the combustion air by the swirl vane and quickly mix with the fuel gas, while the inclination angle θ of the swirl vane is 45 If it exceeds °, the flow of combustion air becomes uneven, making it difficult to properly mix with the fuel gas, and in any case, it is difficult to sufficiently suppress the generation of soot during combustion. It is to become.
In the radiant tube burner of the present invention, a cooling ventilation portion that cools the combustion cylinder by guiding a part of the combustion air to the outer periphery of the combustion cylinder can be provided on the suppression plate. In this way, when the combustion air is rapidly mixed with the fuel gas while being swirled by the swirl vanes as described above, and the fuel gas is burned in the combustion tube, the combustion tube is locally overheated. Is suppressed so that the combustion cylinder does not reach the heat-resistant temperature or higher, and the combustion cylinder is prevented from being partially melted.
Further, in the radiant tube burner of the present invention, when the combustion air is mixed with the fuel gas and burned in the combustion cylinder, even when the air ratio μ is 1 or less, the combustion air is While being swirled by the swirl vane, the fuel gas ejected from the tip of the fuel gas guide tube is quickly mixed in the combustion cylinder so that the fuel gas is sufficiently combusted in the combustion cylinder. Occurrence of wrinkles is sometimes suppressed.
In the radiant tube burner according to the present invention, as described above, the combustion air is guided between the fuel gas guide tube and the combustion cylinder provided on the outer peripheral side thereof, and the combustion gas is swirled by the swirl vane while the fuel gas is swirled. The fuel gas ejected from the tip of the guide tube and the combustion gas are mixed and burned in the combustion cylinder, so that the combustion air and the fuel gas are quickly mixed and burned in the combustion cylinder. The generation of wrinkles at the time is suppressed, and the radiant tube is prevented from being melted.
Hereinafter, a radiant tube burner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The radiant tube burner according to the present invention is not limited to those shown in the following embodiments, and can be implemented with appropriate modifications within a range not changing the gist of the invention.

Here, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the outer diameter of the

As shown in FIG. 4, when the
Then, the combustion air guided between the
