Description
電極リードが一方向に整列されるように垂直に積層された二つ以上の板状型電池セルを含み、外部と連結される電池モジュール側端子部が形成された二つ以上の電池モジュール;
電極端子が一方向に整列された状態で電池モジュールが上面に搭載されるモジュール収納部を含み、外周面に上向きに折り曲げられた構造の側壁が形成されているベースプレート(base plate);
電池モジュールの電極端子を基準に両側に下向きに折り曲げられた側壁を含み、ベースプレート上に固定されてモジュールアセンブリーの上面を形成する上部カバープレート(upper cover plate);
電池モジュールの上面に搭載されて電池モジュールに締結され、ケーブルを固定する板状型のアセンブリーカバー(assembly cover);及び
電池セルの電極リード上に装着され、ベースプレートとアセンブリーカバーに締結固定される電気絶縁性のモジュールカバー;
を含む。

Claims (13)
- 電極リードが一方向に整列されるように垂直に積層された二つ以上の板状型電池セルを含み、外部と連結される電池モジュール側端子部が形成された二つ以上の電池モジュール;
電極端子が一方向に整列された状態で電池モジュールが上面に搭載されるモジュール収納部を含み、外周面に上向きに折り曲げられた構造の側壁が形成されているベースプレート(base plate);
電池モジュールの電極端子を基準に両側に下向きに折り曲げられた側壁を含み、ベースプレート上に固定されてモジュールアセンブリーの上面を形成する上部カバープレート(upper cover plate);
電池モジュールの上面に搭載されて電池モジュールに締結され、ケーブルを固定する板状型のアセンブリーカバー(assembly cover)であって、前記上部カバープレートが、前記アセンブリーカバーの外面に装着される、アセンブリーカバー;及び
電池セルの電極リード上に装着され、ベースプレートとアセンブリーカバーに締結固定される電気絶縁性のモジュールカバー;
を含むことを特徴とする、電池モジュールアセンブリー。 - 前記電池セルは角形二次電池またはパウチ型二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記パウチ型二次電池は樹脂層と金属層を含むラミネートシートに電極組立体が密封された構造になっていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記電池モジュールにおいて電池セルは並列連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記並列連結は‘L’字形または‘コ’字形バスバー(bus bar)によって達成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記電池セルはカートリッジフレーム(cartridge frame)に固定され、前記電池モジュールはカートリッジフレームの積層構造になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記モジュールカバーは、電池モジュールの電極端子と連結されるケーブルを固定する第1フック(hook)、前記アセンブリーカバーとかみ合って固定される位置固定用突起、及び電池モジュールに装着固定される第2フックを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記第1フックは、ケーブル側端子部の離脱及び回転を防止するための一つ以上の突出部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記モジュールカバーは、電池モジュールの電極端子を外部から電気的に遮断する絶縁性保護カバーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記絶縁性保護カバーには、モジュールカバーを固定するための一つ以上の第3フック(hook)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記モジュールカバーは、ベースプレートに装着固定されるためのブッシング(bushing)挿入口をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 請求項1の電池モジュールアセンブリーを電源として含むことを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、非常用電源装置、電算室電源装置、携帯用電源装置、医療設備電源装置、消火設備電源装置、警報設備電源装置または避難設備電源装置であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
