An object of the present invention is to provide an interior device for a vehicle that can suppress a substrate from being bent due to a load applied when a design member is assembled to a base member.

The present invention for achieving the above object is as follows.
(1) a base member having a recess that opens to the passenger compartment side;
A switch is provided on the side surface of the passenger compartment, and a substrate disposed in the recess so that the back surface faces the bottom wall of the recess,
A knob for operating the switch during operation; an attachment member for fixing the substrate to the base member;
A design member that is disposed so as to block at least part of the opening of the recess and is assembled to the base member;
Have
The bottom wall of the concave portion of the base member protrudes from the bottom wall toward the substrate side, and contacts the back surface of the substrate to prevent the substrate from being bent when the design member is assembled to the base member. There are multiple abutment ribs ,
The mounting member is fixed to the base member by claw engagement,
The substrate is fixed to the base member by being sandwiched between the mounting member and the abutment rib,
At least one of the plurality of the abutting ribs is an interior device for a vehicle in which a protruding end is crushed by the substrate .
(2) The vehicle interior device according to (1), wherein at least a front end portion in the projecting direction of the abutment rib is tapered toward the front end in the projecting direction.
(3) The vehicle interior device according to (1) or (2) , wherein at least one of the plurality of the contact ribs is disposed on a back side of the switch .

According to the vehicle interior device of the above (1), when the design member is assembled to the base member on the bottom wall of the recess of the base member, protruding from the bottom wall to the substrate side and contacting the back surface of the substrate Since a plurality of the abutting ribs for suppressing the bending of the design member are provided, it is possible to suppress the substrate from being bent due to the load applied when the design member is assembled to the base member.
In addition, since at least one of the plurality of the abutting ribs is crushed by the substrate in the protruding direction, the tolerance of the interval between the abutting rib and the substrate can be absorbed by the abutting rib.

According to the vehicle interior device of the above (2), since at least the front end portion in the protruding direction of the abutment rib is tapered toward the front end in the protruding direction, compared to a case where the front end is not tapered toward the front end in the protruding direction. The contact between the contact rib and the substrate can be brought close to a point contact. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the influence of the contact rib on the pattern disposed on the back surface of the substrate, and to maintain a high degree of freedom in arranging the substrate pattern.

According to the vehicle interior device of ( 3 ) above, since at least one of the plurality of abutment ribs is arranged on the back side of the switch, the switch is operated by operating the knob when the vehicle interior device is in use. It is possible to prevent the substrate from being bent even when it is done.

Below, the interior device for vehicles of the example of the present invention is explained with reference to drawings. In the figure, UP indicates the upper side (vehicle compartment side).

The vehicle interior device (hereinafter also simply referred to as an interior device) 10 of the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, a switch for a map lamp or the like installed on the vehicle interior ceiling on the vehicle front side is provided. It is the overhead console apparatus for vehicles provided.

As illustrated in FIG. 1, the interior device 10 includes a base member 20, a substrate 30, a mounting member 40, a design member 50, and a contact rib 60.

The base member 20 is made of resin and is a molded product. As shown in FIG. 2, the base member 20 is disposed in a hole 71 provided in the passenger compartment ceiling material 70 (roof head lining). The base member 20 is fixedly attached to a metal bracket 72 provided on the vehicle body using a resin clip 21. For example, a total of four clips 21 are provided on the base member 20 on the front side and the rear side of the base member 20 with two in the vehicle left-right direction.

As shown in FIG. 1, the base member 20 includes a box-shaped recess 22 that opens to the passenger compartment side (downward). The recess 22 is a portion surrounded by the four side walls 22 a and the bottom wall 22 b of the recess 22. Since the base member 20 includes the box-shaped recess 22, the rigidity (bending rigidity in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction) of the base member 20 is extremely higher than when the base member 20 has a flat plate shape (including a substantially flat plate shape). It has become.

The board 30 is a so-called printed board. The board | substrate 30 is provided with the compartment side surface (front surface) 30a and the back surface (back surface) 30b.

The board | substrate 30 is provided with the at least 1 switch 31 and the at least 1 light source 32 in the compartment side surface 30a. The switch 31 is a push switch, and four switches are provided in the illustrated example. When the switch 31 is pushed, the light source 32 is turned on and off, and the luminance and color of the light source 32 are switched. The light source 32 is provided for lighting of the driver seat and the passenger seat, and for example, a total of two light sources 32 are provided for the driver seat and the passenger seat.

The substrate 30 is disposed in the recess 22 such that the back surface 30 b faces the bottom wall 22 b of the recess 22. As shown in FIG. 3, a board-side connector 33 connected to (connected to) the vehicle wire harness-side connector 73 is attached to the board 30.

The attachment member 40 is made of resin, for example. As shown in FIG. 2, the attachment member 40 includes a knob 41 for operating (pushing) the switch 31 of the substrate 30 when operated by the user of the apparatus 10. The knob 41 is a push-type knob, for example. However, the knob 41 may be a sliding knob. The attachment member 40 is fixed to the base member 20. The attachment member 40 is fixed to the base member 20 by, for example, providing an engagement claw (not shown) on the attachment member 40 and engaging the engagement claw with an engagement receiving portion (not shown) provided on the base member 20. The By fixing the mounting member 40 to the base member 20, the substrate 30 is sandwiched between the abutment rib 60 and the mounting member 40, and as a result, the substrate 30 is fixed to the base member 20 without using screws or the like. Fixed.

The substrate 30 is provided with, for example, two through holes 34, and a positioning pin 23 that protrudes from the bottom wall 22 b of the recess 22 of the base member 20 toward the vehicle compartment is inserted. For this reason, the substrate 30 is prevented from being displaced from a predetermined position in the in-plane direction of the substrate 30 between the base member 20 and the mounting member 40.

The design member 50 is a member that constitutes a part of the design of the apparatus 10. The design component 50 is arranged so as to close at least a part of the opening on the vehicle compartment side of the recess 22 and is assembled to the base member 20. The design member 50 includes a plate-like (including substantially plate-like) bezel 51 made of a light-impermeable resin material and a plate-like (including substantially plate-like) lens 52 made of a light-transmissive resin material. And comprising.

The bezel 51 is provided with a knob operation hole 51a so that the user of the apparatus 10 can operate the knob 41 of the mounting member 40 from the vehicle compartment side. The lens 52 is disposed in a portion including the passenger compartment side of the light source 32, and can transmit the light from the light source 32 and irradiate the passenger compartment.

The substrate 30, the mounting member 40, and the design member 50 are assembled to the base member 20 from the vehicle compartment side (front side) in this order. For this reason, an assembly load when the design member 50 is assembled is applied to the substrate 30. In order to suppress the bending of the substrate 30 at that time, the contact rib 60 is provided in the present invention.

The abutment rib 60 is provided on the bottom wall 22b of the recess 22 of the base member 20 so as to protrude from the bottom wall 22b to the substrate 30 side (vehicle compartment side, downward). The contact rib 60 is provided so as to protrude from the bottom wall 22 b in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the substrate 30. The contact rib 60 is in contact with the back surface 30b of the substrate 30 at the tip in the protruding direction. The abutment rib 60 may be formed separately from the base member 20 and fixedly attached to the base member 20, but is formed integrally with the base member 20 in order to reduce the number of parts and the number of assembly steps. It is desirable.

A plurality of the contact ribs 60 are provided as shown in FIG. Although the number of the abutting ribs 60 may be two, it is desirable that three or more abutting ribs 60 are provided for improving the holding stability of the substrate 30. The abutment rib 60 is arranged in a dot-like manner (dot-like arrangement) on the bottom wall 22 b of the recess 22. The contact rib 60 has a columnar shape whose cross-sectional shape is a polygon including a triangle or more, a circle including an ellipse, and the like, and positively aims to make contact with the substrate 30 not a surface contact or a line contact but a point contact. The shape is different.

The abutment ribs 60 are not linearly arranged on the bottom wall 22b of the recess 22 in the vehicle front-rear direction or the vehicle left-right direction, and are not planarly arranged (regional arrangement) on the bottom wall 22b of the recess 22. . This is because the base member 20 includes the box-shaped recess 22 and has high rigidity, and the rigidity of the base member 20 can be secured without using the abutment rib 60.

The abutting rib 60 may have a constant cross-sectional area in the projecting direction, but at least the projecting direction front end portion (vehicle compartment side end portion, lower end portion) of the abutting rib 60 is tapered toward the projecting direction front end. It is desirable. This is because the contact area between the contact rib 60 and the substrate 30 can be reduced, and the influence on the pattern of the substrate 30 provided on the back surface 30b of the substrate 30 can be reduced. In order to make the tip end portion of the contact rib 60 in the protruding direction tapered, for example, the lower end surface of the contact rib 60 is formed into a spherical surface (semispherical surface).

It is desirable that the tip end of the abutment rib 60 is crushed by the substrate 30. It suffices that at least one of the plurality of contact ribs 60 is crushed by the substrate 30, and all the protrusion direction tips of the plurality of contact ribs 60 may be crushed by the substrate 30.

As shown in FIG. 2, it is desirable that at least one of the plurality of abutment ribs 60 is disposed on the back side (true back) of the switch 31 of the substrate 30. This is because the substrate 30 can be prevented from being bent by a load applied to the substrate 30 when the switch 31 is operated by operating the knob 41. For this reason, the abutment rib 60 is desirably disposed on the back side of all the switches 31.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, it is desirable that the abutment rib 60 is also disposed around the board-side connector 33. This prevents the board 30 from being damaged by a relatively large load applied to the board 30 around the board-side connector 33 when the board-side connector 33 is connected to or disconnected from the connector 73 on the vehicle wire harness side. It is to do.

Next, the operation and effect of the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the design member 50 is assembled to the base member 20 by protruding to the bottom wall 22b of the recess 22 of the base member 20 from the bottom wall 22b toward the substrate 30 and coming into contact with the back surface 30b of the substrate 30. Since a plurality of the abutting ribs 60 for suppressing the bending of the substrate 30 are provided, the load when the design member 50 is assembled to the base member 20 is applied to the substrate 30 and the substrate 30 is bent as compared with the conventional case. Can be suppressed.

Since at least the leading end of the abutting rib 60 tapers toward the leading end in the projecting direction, the contact between the abutting rib 60 and the substrate 30 is more effective than when the leading rib 60 is not tapered toward the leading end in the projecting direction. Can be close to point contact. Therefore, the influence of the abutment rib 60 on the pattern disposed on the back surface 30b of the substrate 30 can be reduced, and the degree of freedom in disposing the pattern on the substrate 30 can be maintained high.

Since at least one of the plurality of the abutting ribs 60 is crushed in the protruding direction by the substrate 30, the tolerance of the interval between the abutting rib 60 and the substrate 30 can be absorbed by the abutting rib 60.

Since at least one of the plurality of the abutment ribs 60 is disposed on the back side of the switch 31, the substrate 30 is bent even when the switch 31 is operated by operating the knob 41 when the vehicle interior device 10 is used. Can be suppressed.

Since the abutment ribs 60 are also arranged around the board-side connector 33, the board-side connector 33 can be connected to the vehicle wire harness-side connector 73 without performing screwing or the like to assemble the board 30 to the base member 20. It is possible to prevent the substrate 30 from being damaged by a relatively large load applied to the substrate 30 around the substrate-side connector 33 when connecting to or disconnecting from the connector 73.
