The insertion slit 20B having a downward opening is inserted and joined to each other to form an endless circular shape.

The protection frame 10 in FIG. 8 is different from the protection frame 10 in FIGS. 1 to 3 in that the frame body 11 can enclose each of the plurality of articles 1 and has two (or three or more) sections 11A. 11B is provided. Each of the sections 11A and 11B can enclose one article 1 or two or more articles 1 together.

In the protective frame 10 of FIG. 8, the glued piece 21 provided at one end of the long material 20 constituting the frame 11 is joined to the outer periphery of the intermediate side defining the section 11 </ b> A of the long material 20 by the adhesive A. Has been. The other end of the long material 20 may be joined to the inner periphery of the intermediate side defining the section 11B of the long material 20 by the adhesive B, or may simply be attached without being joined.

According to the protective frame 10 of the present embodiment, each of a plurality of articles 1 can be individually protected while being individually packaged.

The protection frame 50 in FIGS . 9 and 10 is different from the protection frame 10 in FIGS. 1 to 3 in that the frame body 51 is formed in a rectangular shape and extends from the corner portion 52 of the frame body 51 to both peripheral portions. That is, at least one cut 53 extending in the direction is formed. In this embodiment, cuts are formed in the two corners 52 on the diagonal line, but cuts may be formed in all the corners.

The protrusion 54 can be provided inside the frame 51 by pushing into the corner 52 using the notch 53. By adjusting the length of the cut 53, the protrusion length (protrusion amount) of the protrusion 54 can be changed.

In this embodiment, two cuts 53 are formed at the corner 52. The number of cuts 53 can be selected according to the article 1 stored in the protective frame 50. In the present embodiment, the protrusion 54 is provided at the middle position in the height direction. However, in the drawing, the protrusion 54 may be provided only at the upper position, only at the lower position, or at a combination position thereof.

The protective frame 50 of the present embodiment is suitable for a circular article 1 such as a CD or a DVD. The length of the notch 53 is changed according to the article 1 stored in the protective frame 50 so that the protrusion 54 is brought into contact with the peripheral edge of the article 1. Thereby, the contact with the periphery of the article | item 1 increases compared with the frame 10 without the protrusion part 54. FIG. In FIG. 10, black dots indicate locations in contact with the article 1. If it is the protective frame 10, it will contact the article 1 at four points, but if it is the protective frame 50 provided with the protrusions 54 at the two corners 52 as in this embodiment, it will contact the article 1 at six points. . In the embodiment in which the protrusions 54 are provided in all the corners 52, the article 1 comes into contact with eight points. Even if the protective frame 50 does not contact the article 1 at all contacts, it is considered that the number of contacts will increase. Therefore, the protective frame 50 is suitable for fixing the article 1 and stress acting on the periphery of the article 1. Can be reduced. Moreover, since the protrusion part 54 has a cushion function, there also exists an effect which prevents the damage of the periphery of the article | item 1 in which stress tends to concentrate by an impact.

11 and 12 is different from the protective frame 10 of FIGS. 1 to 3 in that the frame body 61 is formed in a rectangular shape and extends from the corner 62 of the frame body 61 to both peripheral portions. A plurality of cuts 63 extending in the direction are formed. In this embodiment, cuts are formed in the two corners 62 on the diagonal line, but cuts may be formed in all the corners.

The protrusion 64 can be provided inside the frame body by being pushed into the corner 62 using the notch 63. By adjusting the length of the notch 63, the protrusion length (protrusion amount) of the protrusion 64 can be changed. Further, the number of the cuts 63 is not limited to the four illustrated.

The protective frame 60 of the present embodiment is suitable for the rectangular article 1. Each corner 62 divided in the height direction by the notch 63 can be displaced inward. In the article 1 whose thickness is not different from that of the protective frame 60, the article 1 rarely swings and dances within the protective frame 60. However, since the article 1 having a thickness different from that of the protective frame 60, in particular, the thin article 1 is displaced in the protective frame 60, an impact is likely to occur on the article 1 during transportation.

In this embodiment, a plurality of cuts 63 extending in the length direction from the corner portion 62 to both peripheral portions are formed, and the protruding portion 64 is formed on the upper surface (or lower surface) of the article 1 according to the thickness of the article 1. Since it can be made to contact, the article 1 is prevented from being displaced in the height direction of the frame body 61 by the protrusion 64. Various articles 1 are stored in the protective frame 60. By providing the protrusions 64 according to the thickness of the article 1, a space in the height direction in which the articles 1 are stored can be freely selected.

FIG. 13 uses a sandwich type packaging bag 200. The packaging bag 200 includes rectangular sheets 201A and 201B made of paper or plastic on the front and back sides. The frame 11 of the protective frame 10 that encloses and holds the article 1 is arranged at the approximate center of the back sheet 201B (FIG. 14), and the front sheet 201A is placed on the back sheet 201B, and between the sheets 201A and 201B. The outer periphery of the inner surface of the front sheet 201A with the pressure-sensitive adhesive or the like is sandwiched between the outer periphery of the inner surface of the back sheet 201B and the inner surface of the protective frame 10 with the pressure-sensitive adhesive or the like. By bonding and sealing, the article 1 and the protective frame 10 are stored in the packaging bag 200. At this time, the height t0 of the frame 11 of the protective frame 10 sandwiched between the front and back sheets 201A and 201B of the packaging bag 200 is set to be greater than the thickness t1 of the article 1 enclosed by the frame 11.

Further, in the present embodiment, the front and back sheets 201A and 201B of the packaging bag 200 are made of corrugated cardboard in which an inner member 202 having a plurality of protrusions 202A arranged at equal intervals is bonded to an outer liner as shown in FIG. Each protrusion 202A has a curved wave shape (each protrusion 202A may be straight). And as shown in FIG. 15, the end surface of the height direction of the frame 11 of the protection frame 10 which contact | connects the sheet | seats 201A and 201B of the front and back of the packaging bag 200, two square frame-shaped frame bodies 11 in this embodiment are opposed to each other. Concave and convex engaging portions 12 are provided on the end surfaces of the vertical sides. With the frame 11 of the protective frame 10 being sandwiched between the front and back sheets 201A and 201B of the packaging bag 200, the locking portion 12 of the frame 11 is the inner material 202 of the sheets 201A and 201B of the packaging bag 200. The protrusions 202 </ b> A adjacent to each other are engaged with the concavo-convex portions to prevent movement of the protective frame 10 relative to the front and back sheets 201 </ b> A and 201 </ b> B of the packaging bag 200.

According to the protective frame 10 of the present embodiment, the movement of the protective frame 10 relative to the front and back sheets 201A and 201B of the packaging bag 200 is prevented, and the protective frame 10 is provided approximately at the center of the front and back sheets 201A and 201B of the packaging bag 200. Positioning and the article 1 can be stably protected by the protective frame 10.

The protective frame 10 may be provided with the above-described concavo-convex engaging portions 12 on the other two horizontal sides of the frame body 11 as well as the two vertical sides of the rectangular frame-shaped frame body 11. The vertical and horizontal concave and convex engaging portions 12 of the frame 11 of the protective frame 10 are locked to the concave and convex portions formed by the vertical and horizontal protrusions 202A and the like provided on the inner material 202 of the front and back sheets 201A and 201B of the packaging bag 200. If it does, the shift | offset | difference of the protection frame 10 with respect to the front and back sheets 201A and 201B of the packaging bag 200 can be prevented in both the vertical and horizontal directions.

FIG. 16 shows the buffering effect of the protective frame 10 when the packaging bag 100 or 200 using the protective frame 10 of the present invention is dropped.

That is, in the process in which the packaging bag 100 containing the article 1 such as a cosmetic bottle and the protective frame 10 falls in the air, the frame 11 of the protective frame 10 is placed between the sheets 101A and 101B on the front and back of the packaging bag 100. As shown in FIG. 16, the bottom portion that is sandwiched and held and positioned substantially at the center of the sheets 101A and 101B by the friction and catching with the sheets 101A and 101B, Through a certain space K. Therefore, even if the bottom of the packaging bag 100 falls to the ground in the state of FIG. 16 in which the article 1 is placed on the lower side of the rectangular frame 11 of the packaging bag 10 due to the action of gravity, the reaction force of the fall Is difficult to reach the bottom of the packaging bag 10 and thus the article 1 due to the presence of the space K described above, and is buffered.

Further, the frame 11 of the protective frame 10 is sandwiched and held between the front and back sheets 201A and 201B of the packaging bag 200, and the movement shift of the protective frame 10 with respect to the front and back sheets 201A and 201B of the packaging bag 200 is prevented as described above. In the case where the packaging bag 200 is dropped, the concavo-convex engaging portions 12 of the frame 11 of the protective frame 10 are formed with the protrusions 202A of the inner members 202 of the sheets 201A and 201B and the like. Lock to the uneven part. Thereby, the above-mentioned space K is reliably interposed between the frame 11 of the protective frame 10 and the bottom of the packaging bag 200. At this time, the cushioning effect of the article 1 by the protective frame 10 sandwiched and held between the front and back sheets 201A and 201B of the packaging bag 200 becomes more remarkable.

The embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the specific configuration of the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and even if there is a design change or the like without departing from the gist of the present invention.
