Claims (4)
- 底面とそれを囲む壁面により長ドーム型を成す金属製の耐圧容器とその開口端に気密に固着される蓋板とで耐圧密閉容器を構成し、
蓋板に穿たれた2つの貫通孔の各々に導電端子ピンが電気絶縁性充填材によって気密に絶縁固定され、
一方の導電端子ピンには固定接点が接続固定され、
他方の導電端子ピンにはヒーターの一端が固着されるとともにヒーターの他端は蓋板に接続固定され、
長ドーム型の耐圧容器の底面内部には一方に可動接点を固着し中央付近を皿状に絞り成形され所定の温度で急跳反転するように設定した熱応動板が導電的に接続固定され、
熱応動板の可動接点は前記固定接点と一対の開閉接点を構成する如く配され、
耐圧容器の熱応動板の固定部近傍を変形することにより動作温度を較正し、
接点の溶着時にはヒーターが溶断して電路を遮断することを可能にした熱応動開閉器に於いて、
ヒーターを平板状の抵抗材で構成するとともに、その発熱部の面を耐圧容器壁面に対して対向させて配置している事を特徴とする密閉形電動圧縮機用熱応動開閉器。 - ヒーターの発熱部の面を含む平面と、熱応動板を含む平面が直交し、ヒーターの主要発熱部の輻射熱を熱応動板に伝わりにくくしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉形電動圧縮機用熱応動開閉器。
- ヒーターには平板の両側面から交互に切れ込みを入れることで実質的な幅と長さを調整していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の密閉形電動圧縮機用熱応動開閉器。
- ヒーターの発熱部は蛇行した平面形状とされていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の密閉形電動圧縮機用熱応動開閉器。
