Description
The present invention relates to a spray nozzle used in the manufacturing industry and a nozzle filter attached to the spray nozzle, and more particularly, to a nozzle filter technique optimal for a small-diameter spray nozzle.
In order to prevent nozzle clogging of the spray nozzle, a filter (strainer) is arranged. The arrangement of the filters can be broadly classified into a filter independent type that is attached to a supply pipe that is connected to a nozzle and supplies a fluid, and a nozzle integrated type that is directly attached to a spray nozzle.
In general, both types of filters can be applied to spray nozzles with a large nozzle diameter, but many nozzles are often arranged at a small pitch with respect to the header for spray nozzles with a small nozzle diameter. From the viewpoint of cost, it is common to use a filter independent type arranged in the supply pipe.
However, in order to prevent clogging of the spray nozzle having a small nozzle diameter, the nozzle integrated type is preferable to the filter independent type.
As a spray nozzle equipped with a nozzle-integrated filter, for example, there is one described in Patent Document 1. This spray nozzle has a structure in which a cylindrical filter tube is connected to the inflow side of a cylindrical nozzle body. Further, a screw is cut on the outer diameter surface of the rear end portion of the nozzle body. The spray nozzle is screwed to the fluid supply pipe via the screw. In this conventional example, the nozzle body and the filter tube are integrally formed.
When employing a structure in which a filter is directly attached to a small-diameter spray nozzle, one of the following two structures is common. That is, the first structure is a structure in which a spray nozzle and a filter are integrally formed by cutting out from a small-diameter round bar. The second structure is a structure in which the spray nozzle and the filter are manufactured separately and assembled together by screwing.
Here, since the size of the nozzle body is small in the small-diameter spray nozzle, the above structure has a problem that the flow path cannot be made larger than the nozzle diameter. Also, if the filter length is increased, the fluid resistance may increase and the fluid pressure may increase due to the small inner diameter.
That is, in the first structure (integrated molding structure), it is easy to cause clogging at an early stage because the problem that the filter length cannot be made long as described above and the pitch of the openings opening in the filter needs to be increased. There is a problem.
Further, in the case of the second structure, since it is necessary to cut the screw with respect to the small-diameter shaft, it is necessary to form a thicker portion, so that the inner diameter through which the fluid passes becomes smaller and the fluid resistance. However, there is a problem that threading is necessary.
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a spray nozzle nozzle filter and a spray nozzle that can be easily provided while ensuring the performance as a filter.
In order to solve the above problems, the invention described in claim 1 of the present invention is such that a rear end portion in which the fluid inlet is formed is attached to an opening formed in a wall portion of a pipe through which the fluid passes. in the spray nozzle projecting outwardly of the pipe with are, attached to the inlet of the fluid to a nozzle filter projecting into the interior of the pipe, rounding a plate having a plurality of holes are opened in a tubular shape, its One end of a rounded plate is fitted into the inflow port to form the nozzle filter, and the nozzle filter has a force that expands the diameter of the tube by the elastic force of the plate itself. The other end side of the plate that is fixed to the cylinder and rounded into a cylindrical shape is crushed or bent so that the other end side is sealed .
Next, the invention described in

According to the invention which concerns on Claim 1 or Claim 3 , since a nozzle filter is comprised by rounding the board which the hole opened, a nozzle filter can be provided easily.
According to the invention of
Moreover, according to the invention which concerns on Claim 1 , it becomes possible to attach a nozzle filter with the spring force which spreads with the elastic force of board itself .
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a view showing a nozzle filter of this embodiment and a spray nozzle in a state where the nozzle filter is mounted.

As shown in FIG. 1, the spray nozzle 1 has a flow passage through which a fluid (gas, liquid, powder, etc.) passes. As the flow passage, a
Further, a

Further, the
The
The structure of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the rear end portion of the
