Claims (1)
- 物質を貯留及び撹拌するための槽本体、及び、前記槽本体の上壁に形成された軸挿通口を有する撹拌槽と、
前記軸挿通口を通って前記内部空間で上下方向に延在する回転軸、及び前記回転軸に垂直に保持されて前記内部空間に配置される複数段のパドル翼を有する撹拌翼であって、隣接する2段のパドル翼を上下方向にオーバーラップさせるようにして並べてパドル翼の全体としての高さを前記撹拌槽の内径の0.7倍以上とし、最下段のパドル翼の翼径が前記撹拌槽の前記内径の1/2以上に設定された撹拌翼と、
前記軸挿通口において前記撹拌槽の内部を外部からシールするメカニカルシールとしての軸封装置と、を備えた化学反応装置の運転方法であって、
前記撹拌槽の内部に物質を投入する投入工程と、
前記撹拌槽に貯留されている物質の液面が最上段のパドル翼よりも上方に位置する状態で、前記回転軸を所定回転速度で回転させることにより物質を撹拌する撹拌工程と、
前記撹拌槽から物質を排出する排出工程と、を備え、
前記所定回転速度[rps]は、前記液面が前記最下段のパドル翼を通過する状態での前記回転軸の空気中での固有振動数[Hz]の半分よりも小さく、
前記投入工程及び前記排出工程の両方において、前記撹拌槽で貯留されている物質の液面が前記複数段のパドル翼を通過するときに、前記回転軸を前記所定回転速度で回転させる、化学反応装置の運転方法。
