Description
本発明の一実施形態に係る低騷音型油圧打撃装置10は、図3に示すように、打撃部300に形成されてピストン100の内部の収容部120に挿入される衝撃バー200を含む点は従来と同様である。
Claims (8)
- 打撃部300に形成されてピストン100の内部の収容部120に挿入される衝撃バー200を含む油圧打撃装置であって、
前記収容部120の内部の両側面は前記衝撃バー200方向に行くほど直径が増加するように傾斜して形成され、
前記衝撃バー200は前記収容部120に収容されてピストン100と接触するものであって、前記収容部120方向に行くほど直径が減少するように形成されて前記収容部120の内部の両側面と特定距離だけ離隔し、
前記収容部120の底面として前記衝撃バー200に接触する接触部130は、前記衝撃バー200方向に一定高さ突出し、かつ前記接触部130の両側は一定曲率で凹設された緩衝溝140が形成され、
前記緩衝溝140は、前記接触部130と前記衝撃バー200の衝撃による衝撃波の伝播を抑制することを特徴とする、低騷音型油圧打撃装置。 - 前記収容部120の内部の一側面には遮音材160が設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低騷音型油圧打撃装置。
- 前記衝撃バー200の外側面は多数個の騷音減殺用段付220が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低騷音型油圧打撃装置。
- 前記収容部120の接触部130が衝撃バー200を打撃する時、前記衝撃バー200の外側面として前記ピストン100の底面110aと対向する接触面230は、前記底面110aと一定間隔離隔するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低騷音型油圧打撃装置。
- 前記底面110aと接触面230との間に配置される緩衝部400をさらに含み、かつ、
前記緩衝部400はスプリングを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の低騷音型油圧打撃装置。 - 前記底面110aと接触面230との間に配置される緩衝部400をさらに含み、かつ、
前記緩衝部400は特定断面を有する弾性材質の中空の円筒形状であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の低騷音型油圧打撃装置。 - 前記収容部120の内側面または前記衝撃バー200の外側面に設置される多数個のヒートシンク500を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の低騷音型油圧打撃装置。
- 前記ヒートシンク500の高さは相互に相異するように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の低騷音型油圧打撃装置。
