Description
The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a tire and a pneumatic tire using the same.
Since an automobile tire uses a rubber composition made of natural rubber or a diene synthetic rubber as a raw material, cracks may occur due to the progress of deterioration in the presence of ozone. In order to suppress the occurrence and progress of cracks in the presence of ozone, for example, an antioxidant (N- (1,3-dimethylbutyl) -N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (6PPD), poly (2 , 2,4-trimethyl-1,2-) dihydroquinoline (TMDQ), etc.) and additives such as petroleum waxes are blended in the rubber composition.
The anti-aging agent and petroleum wax act to protect rubber from ozone by shifting (blooming) from vulcanized rubber to the surface of rubber such as tires. However, excessive blooming of the anti-aging agent and petroleum wax in a short period of time causes white discoloration. Moreover, the anti-aging agent deteriorated by ozone causes tea discoloration. Similarly, excessive blooming causes brown discoloration. Further, when the wax or the like deposited on the tire surface is uneven, light irregular reflection occurs, making the brown discoloration due to the deteriorated anti-aging agent more noticeable, and the tire gloss is lost.
Patent Document 1 describes that deterioration of the appearance of a tire can be prevented by blending an ether type nonionic surfactant of polyoxyethylene. However, there is room for improvement in terms of improving discoloration resistance and tire appearance while maintaining or improving good steering stability, crack resistance and ozone resistance.
The present invention solves the above-described problems, and maintains or improves good steering stability, crack resistance, and ozone resistance, while improving discoloration resistance and tire appearance, and uses the rubber composition for tires. An object of the present invention is to provide a pneumatic tire.
In the present invention, the total content of butadiene rubber, natural rubber, and isoprene rubber is 90% by mass or more in 100% by mass of the rubber component, and contains sulfur, and the pluronic-type nonionic surface activity with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component. The present invention relates to a tire rubber composition containing 0.1 to 5.0 parts by mass of an agent and 2 to 70 parts by mass of carbon black.
The tire rubber composition preferably contains 0.1 to 6.0 parts by mass of the sulfur with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.
In the tire rubber composition, the content of the butadiene rubber is preferably 30% by mass or more in 100% by mass of the rubber component.
The tire rubber composition preferably contains 0 to 40 parts by mass of silica with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.
The tire rubber composition is preferably used as a sidewall rubber composition, a clinching rubber composition, and / or a wing rubber composition.
The present invention also relates to a pneumatic tire having a tire member produced using the rubber composition.
It is preferable that the tire member is a sidewall, clinch, and / or wing.
According to the present invention, the total content of butadiene rubber, natural rubber, and isoprene rubber is 90% by mass or more in 100% by mass of the rubber component, contains sulfur, and is a pluronic nonionic with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component. Since it is a rubber composition for tires containing 0.1 to 5.0 parts by weight of surfactant and 2 to 70 parts by weight of carbon black, it maintains or improves good steering stability, crack resistance and ozone resistance. On the other hand, discoloration resistance and appearance of the tire can be improved, and a pneumatic tire excellent in handling stability, crack resistance, ozone resistance, discoloration resistance and tire appearance can be provided.
In the tire rubber composition of the present invention, the total content of butadiene rubber, natural rubber, and isoprene rubber is 90% by mass or more in 100% by mass of the rubber component, contains sulfur, and 100 parts by mass of the rubber component. 0.1 to 5.0 parts by mass of pluronic-type nonionic surfactant and 2 to 70 parts by mass of carbon black are included.
In the present invention, in a rubber composition containing a specific rubber component, a specific amount of carbon black, and sulfur, a specific amount of a specific nonionic surfactant is added to the tire surface formed by precipitation of wax or the like. The unevenness of the (bloom layer) is smoothed, and irregular reflection of light is suppressed. Thereby, discoloration resistance, such as reducing the above-mentioned brown discoloration and white discoloration, is also improved. In addition, the tire appearance is improved by giving the tire surface an appropriate black appearance and gloss. At the same time, good steering stability, crack resistance, and ozone resistance can be maintained or improved.
In addition, as a result of appropriately controlling the compatibility between the rubber composition and the specific nonionic surfactant by blending the specific nonionic surfactant, the rubber composition, as described above, It is presumed that the tire appearance can be improved while maintaining or improving the steering stability, crack resistance, and ozone resistance.
In the rubber composition of the present invention, at least one rubber selected from the group consisting of butadiene rubber (BR), natural rubber (NR), and isoprene rubber (IR) is used. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Among these, NR and BR are preferable because the effect of the present invention can be more suitably obtained, and NR and BR are more preferably used in combination.
As the NR, for example, those commonly used in the tire industry such as SIR20, RSS # 3, TSR20 and the like can be used. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
When the rubber composition contains NR, the content of NR in 100% by mass of the rubber component is preferably 20% by mass or more, more preferably 30% by mass or more, and further preferably 40% by mass or more. The NR content is preferably 80% by mass or less, more preferably 60% by mass or less. When the content of NR is within the above range, the effect of the present invention can be more suitably obtained.
The IR is not particularly limited, and those commonly used in the tire industry can be used. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
When the said rubber composition contains IR, content of IR in 100 mass% of rubber components becomes like this. Preferably it is 5 mass% or more, More preferably, it is 10 mass% or more. The IR content is preferably 40% by mass or less, more preferably 25% by mass or less. When the IR content is within the above range, the effects of the present invention can be more suitably obtained.
The BR is not particularly limited. BR (SPB-containing BR) containing 1,2-syndiotactic polybutadiene crystals (SPB) such as VCR412, VCR617, etc. manufactured by Ube Industries, Ltd. . These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Among these, SPB-containing BR is preferable because the effects of the present invention can be obtained more suitably. Moreover, it is more preferable to use BR other than SPB-containing BR (for example, high cis content BR or low cis content BR) and SPB-containing BR in combination because the effect of the present invention can be more suitably obtained.
In the SPB-containing BR, the 1,2-syndiotactic polybutadiene crystal (SPB) is not simply dispersed in the SPB-containing BR, but is chemically bonded to the SPB-containing BR and dispersed in a non-oriented manner. It is preferable. When the crystals are chemically bonded to the rubber component and then dispersed, the generation and propagation of cracks tend to be suppressed.
The content of 1,2-syndiotactic polybutadiene crystals in the SPB-containing BR is preferably 2.5% by mass or more, and more preferably 8% by mass or more. If it is less than 2.5% by mass, there is a tendency that sufficient hardness (steering stability) of the rubber composition cannot be obtained. The content is preferably 22% by mass or less, more preferably 18% by mass or less, and further preferably 15% by mass or less. The effect of this invention is acquired more suitably as this content rate exists in the said range.
When the said rubber composition contains SPB containing BR, content of SPB containing BR in 100 mass% of rubber components becomes like this. Preferably it is 5 mass% or more, More preferably, it is 15 mass% or more. The content of the SPB-containing BR is preferably 50% by mass or less, more preferably 35% by mass or less. The effect of this invention is acquired more suitably as content of SPB containing BR is in the said range.
When the rubber composition contains BR, the content of BR in 100% by mass of the rubber component is preferably 30% by mass or more, and more preferably 40% by mass or more. The BR content is preferably 70% by mass or less, more preferably 60% by mass or less. The effect of this invention is acquired more suitably as content of BR is in the said range.
In the rubber composition of the present invention, the total content of butadiene rubber, natural rubber, and isoprene rubber (preferably the total content of butadiene rubber and natural rubber) is 90% by mass or more, preferably 95% in 100% by mass of the rubber component. It may be 100% by mass or more. If it is less than 90% by mass, crack resistance and ozone resistance deteriorate.
