Description
カム駆動により上昇および下降を繰り返すヨーク上に結合されて上下に動作する上部固定ブロックと、
前記上部固定ブロックが結合するヨーク下部のプリチャンバに結合する下部固定ブロックと、
前記上部固定ブロック上に回転可能に結合され、中央部の直径が両側端部の直径に比べて大きいローラと、
前記下部固定ブロック上に回転可能に結合され、一側の屈曲面が上昇しかつ下降するローラと接触することにより回転するガイドと、
前記下部固定ブロック上に回転可能に結合され、ガイドの回転により前方先端が上昇しかつ下降する作動片と、
前記作動片の前方先端に結合され、作動片の前方先端の下降に伴って下降してガス注入用チェックバルブのスピンドル上端を押圧する押棒を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- カム駆動により上昇および下降を繰り返すヨーク上に結合して上下に動作する上部固定ブロックと、
前記上部固定ブロックが結合するヨーク下部のプリチャンバに結合する下部固定ブロックと、
前記上部固定ブロック上に回転可能に結合し、中央部の直径が両側端部の直径に比べて大きいローラと、
前記下部固定ブロック上に回転可能に結合し、一側の屈曲面が上昇しかつ下降するローラと接触することにより回転するガイドと、
前記下部固定ブロック上に回転可能に結合し、ガイドの回転により前方先端が上昇しかつ下降し、かつ前記ガイドとは別体である、作動片と、
前記作動片前方先端に結合し、作動片前方先端の下降に伴って下降してガス注入用チェックバルブのスピンドル上端を押圧する押棒と、を含むことを特徴とするガス注入用チェックバルブ駆動装置。 - 前記上部固定ブロックは、前面両側に後方につながるボルト締結孔が設けられ、側面に横につながる通孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ駆動装置。
- 前記下部固定ブロックは、上面両側に下部につながるボルト締結孔が設けられ、側面に横につながる通孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ駆動装置。
- 前記ローラは、側面に横につながる貫通孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ駆動装置。
- 前記ガイドは、屈曲面に傾斜部が設けられ、側面に横につながる貫通孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ駆動装置。
- 前記作動片は、後方に下部につながる凹溝が設けられ、側面に横につながる貫通孔が設けられ、前方先端に、内周面が螺旋からなるホールが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ駆動装置。
- 前記押棒は、外面に螺旋が形成され、上端に二重ナットが締結され、下端部が前後左右に遊動可能な形態となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ駆動装置。
- 前記押棒は、下端が半球状になっており、半球状の押棒下端に半球状に対応する形状の収容ホールが形成された押圧部材が結合することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガス注入用チェックバルブ駆動装置。
