Description
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも70質量%の混和材料を含有する混合セメントと骨材と水と混和剤とを混合することにより製造されるコンクリート材料であって、
前記コンクリート材料の配合を、セメントのみを使用してコンクリート材料を製造する場合に必要とされる所定の水セメント比、単位水量、細骨材率および混和剤の添加量とし、前記混和剤として、一定量の増粘剤を含有したAE減水剤を使用することを特徴とする、コンクリート材料。 - 前記混和材料は、高炉スラグ微粉末である、請求項1に記載のコンクリート材料。
- 前記混合セメントは、70質量%〜90質量%の前記高炉スラグ微粉末と、10質量%〜30質量%の普通ポルトランドセメントとから構成され、前記骨材の最大粒径は20mm〜25mmとされ、前記細骨材率を45体積%〜50体積%とし、前記水セメント比を45質量%〜50質量%とし、前記単位水量を160kg/m 3 〜175kg/m 3 とし、前記一定量の増粘剤を含有した前記AE減水剤を前記混合セメントに対して0.5質量%〜2質量%含有するように配合される、請求項2に記載のコンクリート材料。
- 前記増粘剤は、前記AE減水剤に対して0.025質量%〜0.4質量%含有される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のコンクリート材料。
