Description
The present invention relates to a refrigerator.
As a conventional refrigerator, one having a cooling fan is known in order to circulate air in a machine room in which a compressor is arranged. Conventionally, when the internal temperature of the refrigerator is high or the external temperature of the refrigerator is high, the cooling fan is driven to increase the heat radiation amount of the condenser. Conventionally, the power consumption of the refrigerator has been reduced by driving the fan in this way. Conventionally, the fan is stopped when the temperature inside the refrigerator is low or when the temperature outside the refrigerator is low.
However, conventionally, during the cooling operation of the refrigerator, even when the condenser capacity is low, the cooling fan is stopped when the temperature inside the refrigerator is low or the temperature outside the refrigerator is low. It was. For this reason, in the conventional refrigerator, when the condensing capacity of the condenser is low, the power consumption of the refrigerator is increased.
Further, conventionally, during the cooling operation of the refrigerator, even when the condenser has a high condensing capacity, the cooling fan is driven when the temperature inside the refrigerator is high or the temperature outside the refrigerator is high. It was. For this reason, conventionally, when the condenser has a high condensing capacity, there has been a problem that the power consumption of the refrigerator is increased and noise is generated.
This invention was made in order to solve said subject, The objective is to obtain the refrigerator which can reduce power consumption and can also achieve noise reduction.
The refrigerator according to the present invention includes a refrigeration cycle having a compressor, a radiator, a condensing pipe, and a cooler, a heat dissipating fan that promotes heat dissipation in the radiator, and a heat dissipating member that promotes heat dissipation in the condensing pipe. The heat dissipating fan starts driving with the start of driving of the compressor and is after the time when the state of the refrigerant flowing through the refrigeration cycle is stabilized, and the heat dissipating member The driving is stopped before the time when the temperature becomes uniform.
According to this invention, it is possible to obtain a refrigerator that reduces power consumption and achieves quietness.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted or simplified as appropriate.
The
The
In the
As shown in FIG. 1, the condensation pipe (heat radiating pipe) 16 is disposed between the
The
The
The surface plate including the
As shown in FIG. 1, the dew
The
The
The
In the
Next, the refrigerating cycle of the
As shown in FIG. 3, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant compressed by the
In the example shown in FIG. 3, the cycle heat radiation amount QH necessary for maintaining the cooling in the cooler 24 is determined by the sum of the heat absorption amount QC in the cooler 24 and the input W of the
However, for example, immediately after driving the
Specifically, while the state of the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant circuit changes transiently, the
t1=M/Gr・・・(数式1)
The time t1 from the start of driving of the
t1 = M / Gr (Expression 1)
For example, during stable operation at an outside air temperature of 30 ° C., the refrigerant flow rate Gr of the
In the above example, the time t1 from the start of driving of the
When the heat of the refrigerant flowing through the condensing
The time t2 until the temperature of the heat radiating member composed of the
t2=L2/2a・・・(数式2)
As shown in FIG. 4, adjacent condensing
t2 = L 2 / 2a (Formula 2)
As shown in
In the example shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the interval L between the
When the temperature of the entire surface of the
The operating cycle of the
FIG. 5 shows the analysis result of the temperature change in the
Next, an example of the operation of the
In addition, from time T0 to time T2, the heat radiation surface temperature (minimum temperature at the heat radiation member) of the heat radiation member (side plate 52) rises, and at time T2, the heat radiation surface temperature of the heat radiation member reaches the refrigerant condensation temperature. It becomes constant. That is, at time T2, the heat radiation surface temperature of the heat radiation member reaches the condensation temperature of the refrigerant, and after time T2, the heat radiation surface temperature of the heat radiation member is uniform.
After time T2, the
As described above, in this embodiment, when the cycle heat radiation amount QH cannot be secured after the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, when the heat radiation amount in the
