Description
また、積層窓ガラスを、国際規格ANSIZ26に従ったフロントガラス衝撃試験に供した。6つの2.1/1.0積層体の試験サンプルのすべてが、試験に合格した。
さらに、本発明の構成品2.1/1.0および標準の2.1/2.1構成品の両方に関し、石衝撃試験を行った。その方法は、質量2グラム±10%の小さな花こう岩片を用い、フロントガラスが車両にはめられる角度(垂直から約60°)とほぼ同一の角度で取り付けられた試験フロントガラス上に、64kphで投射するものであった。各構成における6つのフロントガラスを、フロントガラス当たり30の衝撃を用いて試験した。衝撃に関連するひび割れを記録し、ひび割れ率(ひび割れ損傷をもたらした衝撃の割合)を算出した。本発明による2.1/1.0の構成品が、標準の2.1/2.1の構成品よりも、この試験におけるひび割れ率がかなり低いことを示すことを明らかに示す結果として、図7を参照されたい。
ガラス−PVB中間層−ガラスのサンプルを(上述のとおり)製造した。次いで、これらのサンプルの(非対称構成における)厚いプライ上に、衝撃を与えた。サンプルには、700および1150mmの落下高さに相当する2つの速度で衝撃を与えた。
同一モデル(形状および設計)の積層フロントガラスに衝撃を与えた。各落下高さ(750mmおよび1150mm)で、228の衝撃(108を周辺領域に、および120を中央本体領域に)を行った。中央本体領域とは、幅100mmの周辺バンドを除くフロントガラス上のいずれかの場所を指す。中央本体の衝撃は、領域全体にわたり均一に間隔をあけるべきである。周辺領域の衝撃は、ガラス縁部から内側へ3点の距離での衝撃部位を確保するよう、テンプレートを用いて行った。距離は内側へ7mm、14mmおよび21mmである。合計108の周辺衝撃における3分の1(36の衝撃)を、これらの内側への各距離で行った。
Claims (9)
- 1.95〜2.25mmの範囲内の厚さを有する厚いフロートガラスプライと、
0.38〜1.1mmの厚さを有するポリマー中間層と、
0.9〜1.15mmの範囲内の厚さを有する薄いフロートガラスプライと
を具える積層窓ガラスであって、該窓ガラスの相対光強度が、積層前の前記厚いガラスプライの単一ガラスおよび積層前の前記薄いガラスプライの単一ガラスの反射光強度の平均値から予測されるであろうものよりも少なくとも10%小さく、前記窓ガラスが、10以上のワイブル係数を備えることを特徴とする、積層窓ガラス。 - 前記厚いガラスプライが、2.0〜2.2mmの範囲内の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記薄いガラスプライが、0.9〜1.1mmの範囲内の厚さを有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記ポリマー中間層が、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチルビニルアセテート(EVA)、または熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)を含む、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 車両窓ガラスとして取り付けられる、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記薄いプライが、取り付けられる際に車両の内側に位置する、請求項5に記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 前記積層窓ガラスの耐石衝撃性が、2.1mm厚のガラスプライを有する対称積層体よりも良好である、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の積層窓ガラス。
- 1.95〜2.25mmの範囲内の厚さを有する厚いフロートガラスプライを準備する工程と、
0.38〜1.1mmの厚さを有するポリマー中間層を準備する工程と、
0.9〜1.15mmの範囲内の厚さを有する薄いフロートガラスプライを準備する工程と、
該厚いプライ、中間層および薄いプライを、8バール〜15バールの範囲内の加圧下および110℃〜150℃の範囲内の温度で積層する工程と
を具える、ガラスの積層方法。 - 1.95〜2.25mmの範囲内の厚さを有する厚いフロートガラスプライおよび0.38〜1.1mmの厚さを有するポリマー中間層をさらに具える積層窓ガラスにおける、0.9〜1.15mmの範囲内の厚さを有するフロート薄いガラスプライの使用であって、
i)積層前の前記厚いガラスプライの単一ガラスおよび積層前の前記薄いガラスプライの単一ガラスの反射光強度の平均値から予測されるであろうものよりも少なくとも10%小さな窓ガラスの相対光強度、および、
ii)低エネルギーダーツ衝撃強度に関して、前記厚いガラスプライおよび前記薄いガラスプライの両方の厚さが2.1mmである窓ガラスの構成でもたらされるものよりも大きなワイブル係数
をもたらすための、使用。
