Description
実施例1では、有効容積2Lの第1処理槽を準備して、第1処理槽に供給する鉄塩の添加量を変化させた時の油脂含有排水中の油脂分解の効果を試験した。実施例1の処理対象となる油脂含有排水としては、工業用水に市販のマヨネーズをノルマルヘキサン抽出物質(n−Hex)濃度で800mg/Lとなるように添加したものを用いた。なお、工業用水中には0.01mg/Lの鉄が含まれており、鉄/n−Hexは0.13×10−4であった。また、第1処理槽には曝気装置を設置して、第1処理槽内の溶存酸素を1.0mg/L程度とした。また、第1処理槽の温度を20℃、pHを7.0から7.5、滞留時間を12時間とした。第1処理槽に供給する鉄塩としては、硫酸鉄(II)七水和物を用いた。
密閉ネジ口ガラス瓶に食品工場からの排水及び鉄塩を投入し、気相を酸素で置換して、排水中の油脂分解処理を行った。密閉ネジ口ガラス瓶に投入する鉄塩の添加量は、鉄/n−Hex比で25.3×10−3になるようにした。処理前の排水中のノルマルヘキサン濃度は400mg/Lであり、鉄塩を添加する前の排水中の鉄/n−Hex比は0.7×10−3であった。また、実施例2の処理時間を18時間とした。表1に、排水の性状と、処理時間、処理後のノルマルヘキサン抽出物質濃度を表1にまとめた。
密閉ネジ口ガラス瓶に食品工場からの排水を投入し、気相を酸素で置換して、排水中の油脂分解処理を行った。処理前の排水中のノルマルヘキサン濃度は400mg/Lであり、鉄/n−Hex比は0.7×10−3であった。また、比較例の処理時間を18時間とした。表1に、排水の性状と、処理時間、処理後のノルマルヘキサン抽出物質濃度を表1にまとめた。
Claims (2)
- 食品工場由来の油脂含有排水を好気性生物処理する第1処理槽及び第2処理槽を少なくとも有する処理槽ユニットと、
前記第1処理槽に鉄塩を供給する鉄塩供給手段と、を備え、
前記第1処理槽に供給される重金属塩としては、前記鉄塩供給手段により供給される鉄塩のみであり、前記鉄塩供給手段は、油脂含有排水単位体積当たりの鉄の総量が、同じ油脂含有排水単位体積当たりのノルマルヘキサン抽出物質の負荷量に対する鉄の重量比で1.0×10−3以上となるように、前記第1処理槽に鉄塩を供給することを特徴とする油脂含有排水の生物処理装置。 - 少なくとも第1処理槽及び第2処理槽を有する処理槽ユニットにより食品工場由来の油脂含有排水を好気性生物処理する油脂含有排水の生物処理方法であって、
油脂含有排水単位体積当たりの鉄の総量が、同じ油脂含有排水単位体積当たりのノルマルヘキサン抽出物質の負荷量に対する鉄の重量比で1.0×10−3以上となるように、前記第1処理槽に鉄塩を供給し、
前記第1処理槽に供給される重金属塩としては前記鉄塩のみであることを特徴とする油脂含有排水の生物処理方法。
