Description
電極の空気イオン化部を清掃する清掃装置であって、
前記電極の前記空気イオン化部に物理的に接して設けられた清掃部材であって、前記電極の前記空気イオン化部と前記清掃部材とは互いにスライドするように設けられている、清掃部材と、
前記電極の前記空気イオン化部と前記清掃部材との間で相対的な運動を行わせるアクチュエータと
を有する清掃装置である。
本発明の目的は上記の技術及び従来技術を改善することである。この目的は、電極の空気イオン化部を清掃する清掃装置を提供する本発明の第1の形態により達成され、本装置は、電極の空気イオン化部と物理的に接触して設けられた清掃部材を有し、電極の空気イオン化部及び清掃部材は互いにスライドするように設けられている。清掃装置はアクチュエータを更に有し、アクチュエータは電極の空気イオン化部と清掃部材との間で相対的な動きを行わせるために設けられている。
以下、現時点で好ましいと思われる本発明の実施の形態を示す添付図面と共に本発明を詳細に説明する。
Claims (15)
- 電極の空気イオン化部を清掃する清掃装置であって、前記電極の空気イオン化部がニードルチップ又は細線を有し、当該清掃装置は、
前記電極の前記ニードルチップ又は前記細線の部分の周辺と物理的に接するように可動ピストンアセンブリに設けられた清掃部材であって、前記電極の前記空気イオン化部と前記清掃部材とは互いにスライドするように設けられている、清掃部材と、
前記電極の前記空気イオン化部と前記清掃部材との間で相対的な運動を行わせるアクチュエータであって、前記空気イオン化部の少なくとも一部を包囲し、前記可動ピストンアセンブリとともに可動である円筒磁石と、前記円筒磁石の少なくとも一部を包囲し、前記可動ピストンアセンブリを付勢するスプリングと、前記円筒磁石に電磁力を及ぼす電線コイルとを有する、アクチュエータと
を有する清掃装置。 - 前記電極は前記清掃装置の支持基板に固定されている、請求項1に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記スプリングが螺旋スプリングである、請求項2に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記清掃部材が、前記スプリングの作用に起因して、前記電極の前記空気イオン化部に対して第1の位置及び第2の位置の間で可動であるように前記可動ピストンアセンブリに接続されており、前記第1の位置は第1の圧縮度の前記スプリングに対応し、前記第2の位置は第2の圧縮度の前記スプリングに対応している、請求項3に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記電線コイルに電流を流すことで前記アクチュエータが電磁的に活性化された場合に前記第2の位置が維持され、前記電線コイルから前記電流を止めることで前記アクチュエータが電磁的に不活性化された場合に前記第1の位置が維持される、請求項4に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記第1の位置及び前記第2の位置は、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置へ又は逆向きに動く場合に、前記清掃部材が前記電極の空気イオン化部を所定の距離にわたってスライドするように設定されており、前記所定の距離は前記第1及び第2の位置の間の距離である、請求項4又は5に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記清掃部材は少なくとも1つの穿孔を伴うシート又はフォイルを有し、前記電極の前記空気イオン化部は前記穿孔を通ってスライドする、請求項1に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記穿孔は、中央の穴、中央の十字形及び/又は中央の三角交差部であり、該穿孔を介して前記電極の前記空気イオン化部が出入りする、請求項7に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記シートが切り込みのある柔軟なフォイルである、請求項7又は8に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記清掃部材が柔軟な多孔質繊維材料を含む、請求項1−9の何れか1項に記載の清掃装置。
- 前記清掃部材が支持された粒状材料を含む、請求項1−10の何れか1項に記載の清掃装置。
- 請求項1−11の何れか1項に記載の清掃装置及び空気イオン化部を有するイオン化電極。
- 請求項12に記載のイオン化電極を有する微粒子センサ。
- 請求項12に記載のイオン化電極を有する空気イオン化装置。
- 請求項12に記載のイオン化電極を有する静電空気清浄器。
