Description
The present invention relates to a power generation system that combines a fuel cell, a gas turbine, and a steam turbine, and a method for operating the power generation system.
BACKGROUND ART A solid oxide fuel cell (hereinafter referred to as SOFC) is known as a highly efficient fuel cell having a wide range of uses. Since this SOFC has a high operating temperature in order to increase the ionic conductivity, it can be used as air (oxidant) that supplies air discharged from the compressor of the gas turbine to the air electrode side. In addition, the SOFC can use high-temperature fuel and exhaust heat that could not be used as fuel and oxidizing gas in the combustor of the gas turbine. In addition to SOFC, a molten carbonate fuel cell is known as a fuel cell having a high operating temperature, and exhaust heat utilization in cooperation with a gas turbine is being studied in the same manner as SOFC.
For this reason, for example, as described in
In the conventional power generation system described above, the gas turbine compresses air and supplies it to the combustor, and supplies a part of it to the SOFC, and supplies exhaust air from the SOFC to the combustor. The gas turbine supplies fuel gas to the combustor and also supplies exhaust fuel gas from the SOFC to the combustor. In this case, in the SOFC, it is necessary to make the pressure of the supplied air and the pressure of the fuel substantially uniform. However, in the gas turbine, when the pressure loss of the fuel injection nozzle is taken into consideration, it is necessary to set the fuel pressure higher than the pressure of the supplied air. Therefore, in the power generation system that links the gas turbine and the SOFC, it is difficult to control the pressure balance between the air and the fuel gas.
The present invention solves the above-described problems, and a power generation system capable of improving power generation efficiency by appropriately adjusting the pressure of oxidizing gas and the pressure of fuel gas between a gas turbine and a fuel cell. And it aims at providing the operating method of an electric power generation system.
In order to achieve the above object, a power generation system according to the present invention includes a gas turbine having a compressor and a combustor, a fuel cell having an air electrode and a fuel electrode, and the combustion of a compressed oxidizing gas compressed by the compressor. A first compressed oxidant gas supply line for supplying to the vessel; a second compressed oxidant gas supply line for supplying at least a part of the compressed oxidant gas compressed by the compressor to the air electrode; and the second compressed oxidant. An oxidizing gas booster provided in the oxidizing gas supply line, an exhaust oxidizing gas supply line that supplies the oxidizing gas discharged from the air electrode to the combustor, and a first fuel gas to the combustor. A first fuel gas supply line for supplying, a second fuel gas supply line for supplying a second fuel gas to the fuel electrode, and an exhaust fuel gas for supplying exhaust fuel gas discharged from the fuel electrode to the combustor. With supply line Exhaust fuel gas booster provided in the exhaust fuel gas supply line, and driving control of the oxidizing gas booster and the exhaust fuel gas booster so that the pressure of the air electrode and the pressure of the fuel electrode are made uniform And a control unit.
Accordingly, an oxidizing gas booster is provided in the second compressed oxidizing gas supply line, and an exhaust fuel gas booster is provided in the exhaust fuel gas supply line so that the control unit can equalize the air electrode pressure and the fuel electrode pressure. Thus, the oxidizing gas booster and the exhaust fuel gas booster are driven and controlled. Therefore, in consideration of the difference between the fuel gas pressure at the gas turbine combustor inlet and the oxidizing gas pressure, the fuel gas is supplied via the fuel cell via the exhaust fuel gas supply line and the exhaust oxidizing gas supply line. By properly adjusting the pressure of the fuel gas and the pressure of the oxidizing gas, it is possible to efficiently operate the gas turbine and the fuel cell in a coordinated manner, and the power generation efficiency can be improved.
In the power generation system of the present invention, the control unit drives and controls the oxidizing gas booster to boost the compressed oxidizing gas from the compressor to a predetermined pressure and supply it to the air electrode. The exhaust gas from the fuel electrode is boosted by driving and controlling a gas booster and supplied to the combustor.
Therefore, by compressing the compressed oxidizing gas and supplying it to the air electrode, the fuel cell and the gas turbine can be properly operated even if pressure loss occurs at the air electrode, and the exhaust fuel gas is boosted. By supplying the fuel to the combustor, the fuel cell and the gas turbine can be properly operated even if a pressure loss occurs in the combustor.
In the power generation system of the present invention, the control unit boosts at least the pressure loss of the compressed oxidizing gas from the compressor by drivingly controlling the oxidizing gas booster.
Therefore, by increasing the pressure loss of the compressed oxidizing gas, the pressure of the exhaust oxidizing gas discharged from the air electrode becomes equal to the pressure of the compressed oxidizing gas compressed by the compressor, and the exhaust oxidizing gas is reduced. It can return to a combustor appropriately and can operate a combustor stably.
In the power generation system of the present invention, a fuel gas recirculation line for returning the exhaust fuel gas discharged from the fuel electrode to the fuel electrode is provided, and a recirculation fan is provided in the fuel gas recirculation line, and the control unit Is characterized in that the amount of recirculated fuel gas is adjusted by driving and controlling the recirculation blower.
Accordingly, the control unit easily adjusts the pressure of the fuel electrode and the exhaust fuel gas supplied to the combustor to an appropriate pressure in order to adjust the pressure of the fuel electrode by driving and controlling the recirculation fan. Can do.
In the power generation system of the present invention, a control valve is provided in the exhaust fuel gas supply line, and the control unit adjusts the pressure of the fuel electrode by controlling an opening degree of the control valve. .
Therefore, the pressure of the fuel electrode can be easily adjusted by adjusting the opening of the control valve.
In the power generation system of the present invention, a first detector that detects the pressure of the air electrode and a second detector that detects the pressure of the fuel electrode are provided, and the control unit is detected by the first detector. The oxidizing gas booster and the fuel gas booster are driven and controlled so that the first pressure and the second pressure detected by the second detector become the same pressure.
Therefore, by performing feedback control using the pressure of the air electrode and the pressure of the fuel electrode, the pressure of the air electrode and the pressure of the fuel electrode can be adjusted with high accuracy.
The power generation system of the present invention is characterized in that a cooler is provided on the upstream side in the flow direction of the oxidizing gas from the oxidizing gas booster in the second compressed oxidizing gas supply line.
Therefore, after the compressed oxidizing gas compressed by the compressor is cooled by the cooler, the pressure is increased by the oxidizing gas booster, and the driving force of the oxidizing gas booster is reduced by supplying it to the air electrode. Can do.
The power generation system operating method of the present invention includes a step of supplying a compressed oxidizing gas compressed by a compressor to a combustor of a gas turbine, a step of supplying fuel gas to the combustor, and a compression by the compressor. Supplying a part of the compressed oxidative gas to the air electrode of the fuel cell, supplying the fuel gas to the fuel electrode of the fuel cell, and discharging the exhaust oxidant gas discharged from the air electrode to the combustor Supplying to the combustor, and supplying the air electrode so that the pressure of the air electrode and the pressure of the fuel electrode are made uniform. Adjusting the pressure of the compressed oxidizing gas and the pressure of the exhaust fuel gas supplied to the combustor.
Power generation efficiency can be improved.
According to the power generation system and the operation method of the power generation system of the present invention, the driving of the oxidizing gas booster and the exhaust fuel gas booster is controlled so that the pressure of the air electrode and the pressure of the fuel electrode are made uniform. And the fuel cell can be efficiently linked and the power generation efficiency can be improved.

In the first embodiment, as illustrated in FIG. 2, the power generation system 10 includes a
The
The
The
The
Further, the
In addition, the
The
Here, the operation of the power generation system 10 of the first embodiment will be described. When starting the electric power generation system 10, after starting the
First, in the
In the
On the other hand, in the
When the pressure on the air electrode side of the
Thereafter, when the pressure control of the
Here, the power generation by the
By the way, in a general power generation system, the
Therefore, in the power generation system 10 of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the second compressed
That is, the
Specifically, the
Further, a fuel
In this case, the
The operation method of the power generation system according to the first embodiment includes a step of supplying the compressed air A1 compressed by the
More specifically, the
The fuel electrode of the
Therefore, the
In the
In this case, the
The
As described above, in the power generation system according to the first embodiment, the
Therefore, in consideration of the difference between the fuel gas pressure at the gas turbine combustor inlet and the oxidizing gas pressure, the fuel gas is supplied via the fuel cell via the exhaust fuel gas supply line and the exhaust oxidizing gas supply line. By properly adjusting the pressure of the fuel gas and the pressure of the oxidizing gas, it is possible to efficiently operate the gas turbine and the fuel cell in a coordinated manner, and the power generation efficiency can be improved.

In the power generation system 10 of the third embodiment, the control device drives and controls the
Specifically, the control device drives and controls the

The 1.9 Mpa exhaust fuel gas L3 discharged from the fuel electrode of the
Therefore, the
As described above, in the power generation system according to the third embodiment, the
Therefore, in consideration of the difference between the fuel gas pressure at the gas turbine combustor inlet and the oxidizing gas pressure, the fuel gas is supplied via the fuel cell via the exhaust fuel gas supply line and the exhaust oxidizing gas supply line.
