Claims (16)
- ヒトの母乳を搾り出すための装置であって、前記装置は、母親の***にあてる***シールド(4)、真空を発生させる真空ポンプ(1,9,9’)、前記真空ポンプ(1,9,9’)を前記***シールド(4)に接続し、発生した真空を前記***シールド(4)へ移送することを意図されたライン(2)、及びチャンバー(133,112;8)を有し、前記ライン(2)のポンプ側は、前記チャンバー(133,112;8)の第一のポート(130,130’)で終わり、前記チャンバー(133,112;8)は、乳収集容器(7)へ接続するための第二のポート(131,131’)を有し、前記チャンバー(133,112;8)の2つのポート(130,130’,131,131’)は、流体連結によって互いに接続され、搾出操作の間、前記ライン(2)は前記***シールド(4)において搾り出された母乳を前記チャンバー(133,112;8)へ移送するための乳ラインを形成し、
前記装置は、当初の空気圧ポンピングシステムから水圧ポンピングシステムへと変化し、当該両システムは、同一の前記ライン(2)を使用し、絞り出された乳を、***からさらに乳を絞り出すための前記水圧ポンピングシステムの作動流体として使用し、
前記チャンバー(133,112;8)を駆動部側領域(112,80)と***側領域(133,81)に分離する隔壁(14,14’)が備えられ、前記第一及び第二のポート(130,130’,131,131’)が前記***シールド側領域(133,81)に配置され、

ことを特徴とするヒトの母乳を搾り出すための装置。 - 前記真空ポンプ(1)が隔壁ポンプであり、前記チャンバー(133,112)が前記真空ポンプ(1)のポンプチャンバーであり、前記隔壁(14’)が前記チャンバー(133,112)を、上述の2つの領域に分離する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記隔壁(14)の駆動が、前記ポンプチャンバー(133,112)における真空の発生と、乳の流れの運搬を同時に行う役割を果たす請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記隔壁(14,14’)が実質的に丸い輪郭を有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記隔壁(14,14’)が、その中央領域、好ましくはその中央で駆動される請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記第二のポート(131,131’)に、吸引された乳が前記乳収集容器(7)から前記チャンバー(133,112;8)へ流れ戻ることを防止する一方向弁(5)を備えた請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記***シールド(4)が管状コネクター(40)とその上に一体的に形成されて母親の***上に置かれることを意図される漏斗状部(42)を有し、前記漏斗状部(42)は前記コネクター(40)から離れるその自由な側に向かって広がり、通路(43)があり、この通路は前記漏斗状部(42)の***側端部から前記コネクター(40)の、前記***側端部の反対側のポンプ側端部まで連続して延び、かつ母親の***に真空を適用して、搾り出された母乳を流れ出させるための役割を果たし、前記漏斗状部(42)は前記コネクター(40)よりも柔軟なデザインであり、前記漏斗状部(42)は、前記通路(43)の第一開口角(α1)を備えたその長さの大部分にわたって延びる主領域(420)と、前記通路(43)の第二開口角(α2)を備えた***側端部領域(421)を有し、使用していないときに、前記第一開口角(α1)は、前記第二開口角(α2)よりも小さく、使用状態において、少なくとも前記第一開口角(α1)は、前記***シールド(4)上の軸方向の圧力によって拡大され得る請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記***シールド(4)は、管状コネクター(40)とその上に一体的に形成され、母親の***に置かれることを意図される漏斗状部(42)とを有し、前記漏斗状部(42)は5mm〜40mmの***側直径(D)と、10mm〜40mmの長さ(L)を有し、使用状態において、乳首及び最大で乳輪が前記***シールド(4)によって囲まれる請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記***シールド(4)が、接続部(3)に配置され、この接続部(3)は当該接続部の上部領域を示す印を有しており、この上部領域が、前記ライン(2)の接続のためのポート(31)を有する請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- ***シールド(4)によってヒトの母乳を搾り出すための真空ポンプ(1)であって、前記真空ポンプ(1)は、駆動部(11,12)と、この駆動部(11,12)によって周期的に駆動され得る隔壁(14)を有し、前記隔壁(14)は、チャンバー(133,112)に配置され、前記チャンバー(133,112)を駆動側部分(112)と***シールド側部分(133)に分離し、前記***シールド側部分(133)は前記***シールド(4)への接続を作り出すためのライン(2)のための真空ポート(130)を有し、前記チャンバー(133,112)の***シールド側部分(133)はさらに乳収集容器(7)への接続を作り出すための乳ポート(131)を有し、前記真空ポート(130)と前記乳ポート(131)は前記チャンバー(133,112)の***シールド側部分(133)を通じて流体連結によって互いに接続され、
前記真空ポンプは、搾出動作の間に、当初の空気圧ポンピングシステムから水圧ポンピングシステムへと変化し、当該両システムは、同一の前記真空ポート(130)及び同一の前記ライン(2)を使用し、絞り出された乳を、***からさらに乳を絞り出すための前記水圧ポンピングシステムの作動流体として使用し、
前記隔壁は、前記空気圧ポンピングシステムにおいて真空を生成し、かつ、前記水圧ポンピングシステムにおいて乳を運ぶように形成される真空ポンプ。 - 前記真空ポンプは隔壁ポンプ(1)であり、前記チャンバー(133,112)が真空を発生するために用いられる前記隔壁ポンプ(1)のポンプチャンバーであり、前記隔壁(14)が前記隔壁ポンプ(1)の隔壁である請求項10に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記ライン(2)が柔軟ラインである請求項10又は11に記載の真空ポンプ。
- ヒトの母乳を搾り出すための装置の操作方法であって、真空ポンプ(1,9,9’)によって真空が***シールド(4)内に発生し、発生した真空は、第一のポート(130,130’)を有するチャンバー(133,112;8)から、前記第一のポート(130,130’)が端部となるライン(2)を通じて***シールド(4)へ導かれ、搾り出された乳が前記***シールド(4)を通じて乳収集容器(7)に集められ、搾出操作の間、真空を移送するために用いられる同じライン(2)が、前記***シールド(4)で搾り出された乳を前記チャンバー(133,112;8)へ運び、搾出操作の間、乳はさらに前記チャンバー(133,112;8)から、当該チャンバー(133,112;8)に備えられる第二のポート(130,130’)を通じて運ばれ、
前記チャンバー(133,112;8)を駆動部側領域(112,80)と***側領域(133,81)に分離する隔壁(14,14’)が備えられ、前記第一及び第二のポート(130,130’,131,131’)が前記***シールド側領域(133,81)に配置され、
