Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明にかかる実施の形態1の配電系統システムの一例を示す図である。図1において、電圧制御機器7は、例えば変電所に設置された配電用変圧器としてのLRT(Load Ratio control Transformer:負荷時タップ切替器付変圧器)である。電圧制御機器7の二次側には母線8が接続されている。母線8には2本の配電線9−1,9−2が並列に接続されている。配電線9−1,9−2は、高圧系統の配電線である。なお、図1では、2本の配電線が接続される例を示しているが、母線8に接続される配電線の数は2本に限定されない。

Claims (11)
- 日射計により計測された計測値である日射量を、電力量を計測するスマートメータの計測値が収集される周期であるデータ収集周期より短い周期で取得する取得部と、
前記日射量に基づいて、高圧系統の配電線に接続された複数の太陽光発電設備のそれぞれの発電量を推定する発電量算出部と、
を備えることを特徴とする発電量推定装置。 - 前記取得部は、前記日射量を、前記スマートメータの計測値を収集するために用いられるネットワークであるスマートメータネットワークを介して取得することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発電量推定装置。
- 前記取得部は、前記日射量を、高圧系統の配電線の電圧および潮流を計測する高圧センサーからデータを収集するための通信ネットワークを介して取得することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発電量推定装置。
- 前記取得部は、前記日射量を、前記日射計から前記日射量を収集して前記日射量を前記通信ネットワークを介して前記発電量推定装置へ送信する日射計用親局装置を介して取得することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の発電量推定装置。
- 前記日射計用親局装置は、前記高圧センサーが設置される電柱に設置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の発電量推定装置。
- 前記日射計の計測値を、該日射計との距離が一定値以下の範囲に設置された日射計の計測値に基づいて補正することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の発電量推定装置。
- 前記日射計は、電柱に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の発電量推定装置。
- 前記日射計は、柱上変圧器が設置される電柱に設置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の発電量推定装置。
- 前記発電量に基づいて、前記配電線に接続される電圧制御機器の制御量を決定する電圧制御部、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の発電量推定装置。 - 高圧系統の配電線と、
前記配電線に接続される複数の太陽光発電設備と、
日射量を計測する日射計と、
発電量推定装置と、を備え、
前記発電量推定装置は、
前記日射計により計測された計測値である日射量を、電力量を計測するスマートメータの計測値が収集される周期であるデータ収集周期より短い周期で取得する取得部と、
前記日射量に基づいて、高圧系統の配電線に接続される複数の太陽光発電設備のそれぞれの発電量を推定する発電量算出部と、
を備えることを特徴とする配電系統システム。 - 発電量推定装置が、日射計により計測された計測値である日射量を、電力量を計測するスマートメータの計測値が収集される周期であるデータ収集周期より短い周期で取得する第1のステップと、
発電量推定装置が、前記日射量に基づいて、高圧系統の配電線に接続される複数の太陽光発電設備のそれぞれの発電量を推定する第2のステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする発電量推定方法。
