Claims (8)
- 電解装置用のバイポーラプレート(2)であって、中心領域(3)、並びに、中心領域(3)を囲む周辺領域(5)からなり、前記中心領域(3)は金属板(4)からなり、前記周辺領域(5)は合成樹脂フレーム(6)で成形され、さらに、前記合成樹脂フレーム(6)は熱可塑性樹脂で成形され、前記金属板(4)の周りに成形され、ここで、分配流路(8a、8b、8c、8d)の間には、前記合成樹脂フレーム(6)の高い剛性と強度を実現するために複数のリブ要素(10)が設けられることを特徴とする、バイポーラプレート。
- 合成樹脂フレーム(6)にのみ作動媒体用の分配流路(8a、8b、8c、8d)が一体結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバイポーラプレート。
- 合成樹脂フレーム(6)に少なくとも一つの溝(12、14)がシール部材の挿入用に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバイポーラプレート。
- 合成樹脂フレーム(6)にシール部材が成形されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバイポーラプレート。
- 合成樹脂フレーム(6)が複数の種類の合成樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のバイポーラプレート。
- 前記金属板(4)がチタン製又はステンレス鋼製であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のバイポーラプレート。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のバイポーラプレート(2)を少なくとも1枚有する電解装置。
- 前記金属板(4)が加工され、合成樹脂フレーム(6)が前記金属板(4)の周りに成形される、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のバイポーラプレート(2)の製造方法。
