Claims (6)
- 一対の偏光素子と、
前記一対の偏光素子間に配置される一対の電極基材層であって、それぞれ樹脂フィルムと当該樹脂フィルムに対して固定される電極部とを有する一対の電極基材層と、
前記一対の電極基材層間に配置される一対の配向膜と、
前記一対の配向膜間に配置される液晶層と、
前記一対の配向膜間において、前記液晶層と隣り合って配置されるシール材と、を備え、
前記シール材を構成する成分の少なくとも一部は、前記一対の配向膜の少なくともいずれか一方のうち、前記シール材側の端面から、前記一対の配向膜及び前記シール材の積層方向に関して30ナノメートル以上離間した部分にまで浸透している調光セル。 - 前記シール材は、熱硬化性成分を含み、
前記一対の配向膜の少なくともいずれか一方に浸透する前記シール材を構成する成分は、前記熱硬化性成分を含む請求項1に記載の調光セル。 - 前記熱硬化性成分は、エポキシ樹脂である請求項2に記載の調光セル。
- 前記一対の配向膜は、有機化合物を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の調光セル。
- 前記有機化合物は、ポリイミドである請求項4に記載の調光セル。
- 前記シール材は、光硬化性成分を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の調光セル。
