Claims (7)
- インバータの中へ物理的に一体化されるか前記インバータの近くに置かれる複数のサージ保護デバイスを備え、前記複数のサージ保護デバイスが前記インバータの直流側へ接続される太陽光発電システムのために、前記インバータのサージ保護を行う方法であって、
前記インバータは、最大電力点(MPP)範囲での動作へ動作点を調整または追従するために、カスケード接続された前記複数のサージ保護デバイスの中から、所望の応答電圧を生じるサージ保護デバイスを活性化する制御信号を供給し、
前記複数のサージ保護デバイス全体の応答電圧が前記制御信号に基づいて指定、調整、または選択されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記複数のサージ保護デバイスはカスケード接続の形態に配列され、前記指定、調整、または選択は、前記サージ保護デバイスの各々に対して並列に接続されたスイッチングデバイスを制御することによって達成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スイッチングデバイスは、継電器または半導体スイッチとして構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記インバータの中に設けられたプロセッサが、それぞれのMPP電圧に基づいて前記サージ保護デバイスのそれぞれの応答電圧を検出し、この後で、前記サージ保護デバイスは追加的にオンへ切り替えられ、切断され、および/または短絡されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 避雷器の応答電圧に対する選択信号を提供するため、MPP追従信号が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- インバータの中へ物理的に一体化されるか前記インバータの近くに置かれる複数のサージ保護デバイスを備え、前記複数のサージ保護デバイスが前記インバータの直流側へ接続される太陽光発電システムのために、前記インバータのサージ保護を行う配列であって、
前記複数のサージ保護デバイスが前記インバータの中でカスケード接続され、
カスケード接続された各サージ保護デバイスの各々に対してスイッチングデバイスが並列に接続され、
各スイッチングデバイスのスイッチング状態により複数のサージ保護デバイス全体の応答電圧が決定されることを特徴とする配列。 - 前記複数のサージ保護デバイスは所定数のバリスタ、抑圧ダイオード、および/または火花ギャップを備え、これらのバリスタ、抑圧ダイオード、および/または火花ギャップは、カスケード接続され、これらのバリスタ、抑圧ダイオード、および/または火花ギャップの各々に対してスイッチングデバイスが並列に接続されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の配列。
