A through hole 52 is formed at a position corresponding to the through hole 53 of the rotating shaft portion 10 at substantially the center of the square shaft 7. By inserting a pin-shaped fastener 54 into the through holes 52, 53, The square shaft 7 is fixed to the rotating shaft portion 10.

Next, the operation of the anti-panic lock according to the present embodiment when the indoor handle 1 is operated will be described.

First, when the operation unit 4 is not pressed, the operation unit 4 and the shaft 2 are slid most indoors by the biasing force of the compression spring 3 as shown in FIGS. And the outer end of each driven portion 6 engages with each engaging recess 38 of the stopper member 36, thereby rotating the indoor handle 1. Is regulated. Thus, since the indoor handle 1 cannot be rotated when the operation unit 4 is not pressed, it is possible to prevent a young child or the like from going out of the room without permission and to improve crime prevention. Can be planned.

On the other hand, when the operation portion 4 is pressed against the urging force of the compression spring 3, the operation portion 4 and the shaft 2 slide to the outdoor side, and the inner end portion of each driven portion 6 is the first engagement portion. It moves away from 32 and above or below the second engagement portion 33. Therefore, when the indoor handle 1 is rotated in this state, the inclined portion 44 of the locking recess 38 comes into contact with the outer end portion of the driven portion 6 and pushes the driven portion 6 inward, so that the driven portion 6 2 engages with the engaging portion 33 and does not protrude outward from the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft portion 10. Accordingly, the locked state between the outer end of each driven portion 6 and each locking recess 38 of the stopper member 36 is released, and the rotation of the indoor handle 1 is allowed. Therefore, when the indoor handle 1 is rotated while pressing the operating portion 4, the locking mechanism converts the turning force of the indoor handle 1 into the backward movement of the latch member from the small edge of the door. Can be unlocked.

Next, an anti-panic lock according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Here, FIG. 1 is a front view showing the indoor side operation mechanism portion of the anti-panic lock according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1 in the anti-panic lock according to the present embodiment. FIG. 5 is a front view of the anti-panic lock according to the present embodiment as viewed from the outdoor side, and shows a state in which the outdoor member is removed from the stopper member 36. In the following description, for simplification of description, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 2 and 3 are used for the same configuration as the anti-panic lock according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The detailed explanation is omitted.

The anti-panic lock according to the present embodiment is engaged with the shaft 2, the compression spring 3, the operation portion 4, the action portion 60 formed at the outdoor end of the shaft 2, and the action portion 60. Four driven parts 61 provided so as to be slidable in a direction orthogonal to the sliding direction in accordance with the sliding operation of the shaft 2 and the angular shaft 7 are provided.

The action portion 60 of the shaft 2 includes a first engaging portion 62 having a small diameter on the distal end side and a second engaging portion formed on the indoor side from the first engaging portion 62 and having a larger diameter than the first engaging portion 62. 63, and an inclined surface 64 is formed between the first engaging portion 62 and the second engaging portion 63.

The driven part 61 is divided into an inner part 65 and an outer part 66, and is accommodated in the four driven part accommodating holes 14 so as to be slidable in the radial direction. The inner portion 65 has a pin shape in which an inner end portion is bent into a spherical shape and an outer end portion is formed in a flat shape. The outer portion 66 has a pin shape in which an inner end contacting the outer end of the inner portion 65 is formed in a flat shape, and a spring accommodating recess 67 is formed at the outer end.

A stopper member 68 is provided around the rotating shaft portion 10 at a position corresponding to the driven portion 61, and the stopper member 68 is an insertion hole through which the second outer peripheral portion 17 of the rotating shaft portion 10 can be inserted. 69. Locking recesses 70 are formed at four locations corresponding to the respective driven portions 61 on the outer periphery of the insertion hole 69, and an outer portion of the driven portion 61 is accommodated by the springs 71 accommodated in the locking recesses 70 and the spring accommodating recesses 67. 66 is urged toward the inner member 65 side.

Next, the operation of the anti-panic lock according to the present embodiment when the indoor handle 1 is operated will be described.

First, when the operation unit 4 is not pressed, the operation unit 4 and the shaft 2 slide to the innermost side by the urging force of the compression spring 3 as shown in FIG. The end portion engages with the first engaging portion 62 of the action portion 60, and the inner portion 65 moves into the driven portion receiving hole 14 inward from the outer peripheral surface 17 a of the second outer peripheral portion 17 of the rotating shaft portion 10. At the same time, the outer end portion of the outer portion 66 of each driven portion 61 protrudes outward from the outer peripheral surface 17 a of the second outer peripheral portion 17, and is held in a state of being locked to each locking recess 70 of the stopper member 68. At this time, the boundary surface 61a between the inner portion 65 and the outer portion 66 of each driven portion 61 is located inward from the outer peripheral surface 17a of the second outer peripheral portion 17, and the boundary surface 61a and the outer peripheral surface 17a do not match. The rotation of the indoor handle 1 is restricted by the outer portion 66 of the driven portion 61. Thus, since the indoor handle 1 cannot be rotated when the operation unit 4 is not pressed, it is possible to prevent a young child or the like from going out of the room without permission and to improve crime prevention. Can be planned.

On the other hand, when the operation portion 4 is pressed against the urging force of the compression spring 3, the operation portion 4 and the shaft 2 slide to the outdoor side as shown in FIG. The inner end portion of 65 slides along the inclined surface 64 of the action portion 60 and engages with the second engagement portion 63, and the outer portion 66 of each driven portion 61 resists the biasing force of the spring 71. It moves outward and is completely in the respective locking recesses 70 of the stopper member 68. Thereby, since the boundary surface 61a between the inner portion 65 and the outer portion 66 of each driven portion 61 coincides with the outer peripheral surface 17a of the second outer peripheral portion 17, the rotation of the indoor handle 1 is allowed. Therefore, when the indoor handle 1 is rotated while pressing the operating portion 4, the locking mechanism converts the turning force of the indoor handle 1 into the backward movement of the latch member from the small edge of the door. Can be unlocked.

As described above, according to the anti-panic locks according to the first and second embodiments of the present invention described above, the grip portion 9 of the indoor handle 1 is pressed while pressing the operation portion 4 from the outdoor side even in the locked state. Since it can be unlocked by rotating it, it can prevent the child from going out of the room without permission while securing the original function of the anti-panic lock. Can be increased.

Further, in the anti-panic locks according to the first and second embodiments of the present invention described above, when the door is unlocked from the indoor side, it is necessary to press the operation unit 4. In addition to simple operation, the operation unit 4 is disposed on the extension of the rotation shaft 10 of the indoor handle 1, so that the normal handle or the child holding the indoor handle 1 can be gripped by children who are more than elementary school children. When gripping the part 9 by hand, the operation part 4 can be easily pressed with the thumb. Therefore, the unlocking operation from the indoor side does not become difficult as compared with the conventional anti-panic lock.

Furthermore, in the anti-panic lock according to the first and second embodiments of the present invention described above, the driven parts 6 and 61 engaged with the action parts 5 and 60 are provided on the shaft 2 by the pressing operation of the operation part 4. Since it is configured to slide in the radial direction along with the sliding operation, a smooth unlocking operation without backlash can be realized.

The above description of the first and second embodiments of the present invention describes preferred embodiments of the anti-panic lock according to the present invention, and therefore various technically preferable limitations are attached. However, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to these embodiments unless specifically described to limit the present invention. That is, the constituent elements in the first and second embodiments of the present invention described above can be appropriately replaced with existing constituent elements, and various combinations including combinations with other existing constituent elements are possible.
