Description
本テストは、薄膜引張試験機(米国Instron社製)を用いて引張強度を測定するテストであり、装備の上下部グリップにレジン層のコーティング厚さを1,300μm、横×縦(50mm×100mm)にそれぞれ形成し、上部グリップが上昇しながらロードセルにかかる荷重をリアルタイムで比較観察した結果を示すものである(図6参照)(テスト条件は、1分当たり0.1m)。
本テストは、恒温恒湿チャンバ{THB(Temperature Humidity Bias)、THB SH-641/ESPEC社製(日本)}を用いてチャンバ内に一定の温度と湿度を印加し、これによる恒温及び恒湿特性を比較した。テスト条件は60℃、湿度95%の条件を1,000時間程度保持した後特性を比較した(図2に示したように、プリント回路基板上に反射フィルムとその上部にレジン層が形成された構造を実験対象とした。)。
本テストは、オーブン{HT330/ETAC社製(日本)}内に一定の熱を一定の時間印加して製品の耐熱性を評価して比較したものである。テスト条件は、80℃で240時間後の耐熱及びレジン層の付着特性を比較した。テスト方法は、図2での反射フィルム上にコーティング厚さを1,300μm、横×縦(115mm×175mm)にそれぞれ形成し、上述したテスト条件を印加した後、外観及び点灯試験を比較した(図8参照)。
図9は、本発明に係るレジン層を適用して高温点灯による信頼性をテストした結果について、(a)本発明に係るレジン層を適用したバックライトユニット、(b)一般的な光学用ポリマーを適用したバックライトユニットの比較実験結果を示すものである。

Claims (8)
- プリント回路基板上に形成される複数のLED光源と、
上記LED光源を埋める構造でプリント回路基板上に積層されるレジン層と、
上記レジン層の上面に形成される拡散板と、を含み、
上記レジン層は、合成オリゴマー及びモノマーを含む合成樹脂からなり、
上記拡散板は、一方の面に、上記レジン層を透過した光を遮光する遮光パターン並びに前記遮光パターンの上部に設けられている第1拡散パターン及び前記遮光パターンの下部に設けられている第2拡散パターンを含み、
前記第1拡散パターン及び前記第2拡散パターンの一方は、前記第1拡散パターン及び前記第2拡散パターンの他方より屈折率が高く、
前記第1拡散パターン及び前記第2拡散パターンの他方は、CaCO 3 、BaSO 4 又はAl 2 O 3 からなるライトユニット。 - 上記合成樹脂は、
合成オリゴマーとしてウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー(Urethane acrylate oligomer)を用いる請求項1に記載のライトユニット。 - 上記レジン層は、
上記レジン層の全体重量に対してウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー10〜21重量%を含む請求項2に記載のライトユニット。 - 上記モノマーは、
IBOA(isobornyl Acrylate)、HBA(Hydroxybutyl Acrylate)及びHEMA(Hydroxy Metaethyl Acrylate)の少なくとも一を含む混合物からなる請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のライトユニット。 - 上記モノマーは、
IBOA(isobornyl Acrylate)10〜21%、HBA(Hydroxybutyl Acrylate)10〜21%、HEMA(Hydroxy Metaethyl Acrylate)10〜21%を含む混合物からなる請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のライトユニット。 - 上記レジン層は、
全体レジン層に対して光開始剤1〜5%、酸化防止剤0.5〜1%を含む添加剤をさらに含む請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のライトユニット。 - 上記プリント回路基板の上面に積層される反射フィルムをさらに含む請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のライトユニット。
- 上記反射フィルムは、
上記反射フィルムの表面に形成される光を反射させる反射パターンをさらに含む請求項7に記載のライトユニット。
