Further, between the diagonal reinforcing portion 46 and the inner rib 65, a rib 71 connecting the branch position of the inner rib 65 and the intermediate portion of the edge side reinforcing portion 45, and the rib 71 and the diagonal reinforcing portion 46 are connected. A rib 72 that is orthogonal to the rib 71 and is connected to the inner rib 65 from the connection position is formed. A pair of ribs 73 are also formed diagonally inside the leg portion 22. These ribs 69 to 73 are also connected to the top plate portion 21 over the entire length, and are perpendicular to the top plate portion 21. The distances from the top plate portion 21 of these ribs 69 to 73 are shorter than the distances from the top plate portion 21 of the edge side lateral rib 51 and the diagonal lateral rib 56.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 10, the edge-side reinforcing portion 45 shown in FIG. 7 has a connecting rib 81 that connects the pair of edge-side vertical ribs 50 in a posture orthogonal to the extending direction of the edge-side reinforcing portion 45. A plurality are provided at intervals in the extending direction. The lower part of the connecting rib 81 is connected to the edge side lateral rib 51 over the entire width, and the upper part crosses the edge side opening 31 in the width direction. The connecting rib 81 is aligned with the height of the top surface of the top plate portion 21.

In the diagonal reinforcing portion 46 shown in FIG. 7, as shown in FIG. 6, the connecting rib 85 that connects the pair of diagonal vertical ribs 55 is in a posture orthogonal to the extending direction of the diagonal reinforcing portion 46. A plurality are provided at intervals in the extending direction. The lower portion of the connecting rib 85 is connected to the diagonal transverse rib 56 over the entire width, and the upper portion traverses the diagonal opening 32. The connecting rib 85 is aligned with the height of the top surface of the top plate portion 21. An intermediate rib 86 extending along the diagonal vertical rib 55 between the pair of diagonal vertical ribs 55 is formed in the diagonal reinforcing portion 46 so as to connect the leg portions 22 arranged diagonally. Has been. The intermediate rib 86 is orthogonal to all the connecting ribs 85. The intermediate rib 86 has a lower portion connected to the diagonal transverse rib 56 over its entire length, and an upper portion traversing the diagonal opening 32 in the length direction.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, the connecting portion 15 is formed between a pair of stepped portions 90 positioned below the top plate portion 21 formed at the opposing position of the panel portion 11 to be connected, As shown in FIG. 12, a pair of upper extending plate portions 91 extending upward from each of the pair of stepped portions 90, a connecting plate portion 92 connecting the upper ends of these upper extending plate portions 91, and FIG. 11, a central rib 93 for connecting the upper extension plate portions 91 to each other as shown in FIG. 12, and a connection plate portion 92 as shown in FIGS. These two edge portions have a pair of edge ribs 94 for connecting the upper extension plate portions 91 to each other as shown in FIG. The connecting portion 15 allows the relative movement of the connecting panel portions 11 mainly by elastic deformation of the base end side of the upper extending plate portion 91.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, the spring portion 16 is formed on a stepped portion 100 positioned below the top plate portion 21 that constitutes the outer edge portion of the floor panel material 1. As shown, an upward extending plate portion 101 extending upward from the stepped portion 100, an outward extending plate portion 102 extending outward from the upper end of the upward extending plate portion 101, and an outward extending plate A lower extension plate portion 103 extending downward from the outer end of the portion 102, and a central rib 104 connecting the upper extension plate portion 101 and the lower extension plate portion 103 at the center of the lower surface of the outer extension plate portion 102. And a pair of edge ribs 105 that connect the upper extension plate 101 and the lower extension plate 103 at both edges of the outward extension plate 102. The spring portion 16 generates a spring force mainly by elastically deforming the base end side of the upward extending plate portion 101.

A plurality of the above floor panel materials 1 are laid on the floor surface made of concrete slab or the like. At that time, the adjacent floor panel members 1 are laid with the engagement recesses 17 and the engagement projections 18 fitted together and the spring portions 16 abutting against each other. The spring portion 16 is in a bent state when laid, and even if the adjacent floor panel materials 1 approach or separate from each other due to thermal expansion or contraction of the floor panel material 1, the spring portion 16 is elastically deformed and always maintains a contact state. . Thereby, the play which arises in the floor panel material 1 is suppressed.

According to the floor panel material 1 according to the present embodiment described above, the top plate portion 21 extends in a direction connecting the two leg portions 22 arranged so as to be adjacent to each other along the outer edge portion thereof. Since the edge opening 31 and the diagonal opening 32 extending in the direction connecting the two leg portions 22 arranged at the diagonal positions of the top plate 21 are formed, Weight can be reduced.

The pair of diagonal vertical ribs 55 and the diagonal horizontal ribs 56 are connected to the two leg portions 22 arranged at the diagonal positions of the top plate portion 21. It will extend in the direction of tying and can effectively improve load bearing performance. Therefore, the top plate portion 21 can be thinned. Moreover, in order to connect the edge parts on the opposite side to the top-plate part 21 of a pair of edge side vertical rib 50 with the edge side horizontal rib 51, these pair of edge side vertical rib 50 and edge side horizontal rib 51 are formed thinly. Can also improve load bearing performance. Moreover, in order to connect the edge parts on the opposite side to the top-plate part 21 of a pair of diagonal vertical rib 55 with the diagonal horizontal rib 56, these diagonal vertical rib 55 and the diagonal horizontal rib 56 are made thin. Even if it is formed with the load resistance performance can be improved. Therefore, weight reduction and cost reduction can be achieved. As shown in FIG. 16B, the edge side reinforcing portion 45 is formed with an edge side vertical rib 50 extending downward only at one edge portion of the edge side opening 31, and the top plate portion of the edge side vertical rib 50 is formed. It is also possible to have an L-shaped cross section that forms the edge-side lateral rib 51 that extends laterally from the side opposite to the side 21.

Moreover, since the edge side horizontal rib 51 connects the two leg parts 22 arrange | positioned so that it may adjoin along the outer edge part of the top-plate part 21, load-proof performance can be improved further. Similarly, since the diagonal horizontal rib 56 connects the two leg portions 22 arranged at the diagonal positions of the top plate portion 21, the load bearing performance can be further improved.

Moreover, since a pair of edge side vertical rib 50 connects the two leg parts 22 arrange | positioned so that it may adjoin along the outer edge part of the top-plate part 21, load-proof performance can be improved further. Similarly, since the pair of diagonal vertical ribs 55 connects the two leg portions 22 arranged at the diagonal positions of the top plate portion 21, the load bearing performance can be further improved.

Moreover, since the connection rib 81 which connects a pair of edge side vertical ribs 50 is provided, load-proof performance can be improved further. Similarly, since the connecting rib 85 that connects the pair of diagonal vertical ribs 55 is provided, the load bearing performance can be further improved.

Further, since the intermediate rib 86 extending along the pair of diagonal vertical ribs 55 is provided between the pair of diagonal vertical ribs 55, the load bearing performance can be further improved. In addition, since the intermediate rib 86 connects the two leg portions 22 arranged at the diagonal positions of the top plate portion 21, the load bearing performance can be further improved.

Moreover, since the floor panel material 1 is formed by injection molding, the edge side opening 31, the pair of edge side vertical ribs 50 and the edge side horizontal rib 51 can be easily formed, and the diagonal opening 32, the pair of pairs.
