Description

Claims (11)
- 導管と流体接続している多孔性の内スリーブと、
前記導管と流体接続している真空または流体力学源と
を備える、対象組織中の医療器具の挿入部位での、感染の低下のために用いられる装置であって、
前記装置は、カテーテル、シュタインマンピン、キルシュナー鋼線またはその他の経皮機器、の少なくとも1つを含む医療器具の、前記導管を通る挿入のために、表皮層、真皮層、および皮下層を通る経皮的なものであり、
前記導管は、開放近位末端および開放遠位末端を有し、
前記多孔性の内スリーブは、前記表皮層の上から、前記挿入部位に沿って対象の前記皮下層へと伸びるように構成されており、および、
前記真空または流体力学源は、前記導管の近位末端に流体接続する、機械的ポンプの真空源または流体力学的引き出し源である、
装置。 - 前記内スリーブを少なくとも部分的に取り囲む外スリーブをさらに備え、前記内スリーブが前記外スリーブを通って前記導管と流体接続している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記外スリーブが前記内スリーブを移動可能に取り囲んでいる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記内スリーブまたは外スリーブが、線維芽細胞の付着を促すように処理されているかまたは成形されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記線維芽細胞の付着により、前記内スリーブまたは前記外スリーブが前記挿入部位中に固着される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記内スリーブまたは前記外スリーブが多孔性である、請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 前記内スリーブまたは前記外スリーブがコーティング物質をさらに含む、請求項2から5に記載の装置。
- 前記内スリーブまたは前記外スリーブがコーティング化合物をさらに含み、前記化合物が、場合により、成長因子、細胞外基質因子、線維芽細胞受容体、フィブロネクチン、ラミネクチン(laminectin)、RGD因子、デキサメタゾン、またはそれらの組合せである、請求項2から5に記載の装置。
- 前記内スリーブが医療器具を取り囲んでいる、請求項1から5に記載の装置。
