Description
The present invention relates to mounting structure of the circuit board of the leaded light emitting device mounting the lead wire with the light emitting element to the circuit board by soldering.
Conventionally, for example, when a device is operated by rotating a rotary knob, the vicinity of the rotary knob is illuminated from the inside of the device. As the rotary electronic component having the illumination mechanism, for example, the rotary electronic component shown in FIG. 2 of
When the rotary knob (180) is rotated, the slider (110) slides on the sliding contact pattern (65), and its electrical output changes. On the other hand, when the light emitting element (70) is turned on, the light enters the light guide plate (40) and illuminates the knob operation part (183) from the back side of the knob operation part (183) of the rotary knob (180). The letters on the front side of the knob operation part (183) and the part of the pattern to be drawn are displayed brightly.
In the above conventional example, the light emitting element (70) with a lead wire obtained by drawing out a lead wire made of two metal rods from the light emitting element main body (LED main body) is used as the light emitting element (70). This is because of the following reason. In other words, many chip-type light emitting elements emit light upward with respect to the circuit board, whereas types that emit light in a direction parallel to the circuit board have different types (color and output). Etc.) and the options are quite limited. For this reason, a light emitting element of a type that emits light upward with many options is generally used. When a chip-type light emitting element of the type that irradiates light upward is installed on the circuit board (60), the light irradiation direction faces directly above the surface of the circuit board (60). Is directed in a direction parallel to the surface of the circuit board (60), a light guide plate for changing the direction of light must be separately installed. This increases the number of parts and complicates the structure. For this reason, a light emitting element (70) with a lead wire is used, the lead wire portion is bent so that the light emitting element body portion is transverse to the surface of the circuit board (60), and at the same time, the tip portion of the bent lead wire is a circuit. The circuit board (60) is inserted into a small hole provided in the board (60), protrudes to the opposite surface side (lower surface side) of the circuit board (60), and the lead wire tip portion is soldered on the lower surface side of the circuit board (60). It is. If comprised in this way, since the light emitting element main body turns sideways, the irradiation direction of light can be easily turned to the direction parallel to the surface of a circuit board (60).
However, the conventional example shown in
(1) Since the tip of the lead wire of the light emitting element (70) is soldered when it is pulled out to the lower surface side of the circuit board (60), the installation of the light emitting element (70) is performed when the length of the lead wire is determined. The position of soldering is determined by the position. For this reason, the degree of freedom of the soldering position on the circuit board (60) to which the lead wire is soldered is reduced, and the design of other circuits that must be formed on the surface of the circuit board (60) is limited. There is a possibility that downsizing of the substrate (60) and integration of electronic components attached on the circuit substrate (60) may be hindered.
(2) As shown in
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to increase the degree of freedom of soldering positions on the circuit board of the light emitting element with lead wires, to facilitate the design, and to reduce the size of the circuit board. It is an object of the present invention to provide a structure for mounting a light emitting element with a lead wire on a circuit board, which can integrate various electronic components to be mounted on the circuit board.
Structure for mounting the circuit board of the leaded light emitting device according to the present invention, pull the light-emitting element body or slurry lead wire, connected to the lead wire-emitting element formed by bending the tip, said the surface lead A circuit board provided with a land portion , a lead wire positioning hole for inserting a bent tip of the lead wire, and a light emitting element body housing portion formed by cutting out the outer periphery , and with the lead wire emitting element, together with its lead wire is arranged substantially parallel to the surface of the circuit board, the light-emitting element body to the light-emitting element body receiving portion of the circuit board is inserted, and bent tip of the lead wire is the is inserted into the lead wire positioning holes of the circuit board is performed positioned on the circuit board, further land portion of the circuit board, the middle portion of the lead wire of the lead wire with the light emitting element is soldered, Rectangular substantially parallel installed the opposite positions on the opposite side of the lead wire of the circuit board is characterized in that the circuit pattern is formed.
As described above, since the middle part of the lead wire of the light emitting element with lead wire is soldered, the position on the circuit board of the land portion where the lead wire is soldered can be easily set to the most convenient position. As a result, the degree of freedom of soldering position on the circuit board of the light emitting element with lead wires is increased, the design is facilitated, and the circuit board can be miniaturized and various electronic components to be mounted on the circuit board can be integrated. .
The present invention, by inserting the tip of the lead wire to the lead wire positioning hole, after conducting positioning in the circuit board of the leaded light emitting elements (temporarily fixing), since it is soldered, The soldering operation is facilitated, and it is possible to prevent the light emitting element with the lead wire from being displaced and moved during soldering. Also effective when soldering by applying solder on the land, placing the lead wire of the light emitting element with lead wire on the circuit board, positioning (temporarily fixing), and reflowing the solder It becomes a means.
The Also present invention, is performed in the surface on the side for installing the leaded light emitting element of the circuit board the soldering of the lead wire, various circuit patterns on the surface of the opposite side can be freely formed. As the circuit pattern to be formed, a surface exposure type circuit pattern such as a sliding contact pattern in which the slider slides is particularly preferable.
According to the present invention, the degree of freedom of soldering position on the circuit board of the light emitting element with the lead wire is increased, the design is facilitated, and the circuit board can be downsized and various electronic components to be mounted on the circuit board can be integrated. Can be planned.

The
The
To assemble the rotary
Next, two fixed
Next, with the
Next, the
Next, the
Next, after the
In the rotary
On the other hand, when the
In the case of the rotary
In the rotary
As described above, according to the rotary

FIG. 7 is a schematic side view showing a mounting method and a mounting structure of an electronic component with a lead wire according to a reference example of the present invention to a circuit board. In this reference example , a fixed resistor 170-2 with a lead wire is used as an electronic component with a lead wire. The fixed resistor 170-2 with a lead wire is configured by protruding a metal rod-like lead wire 173-2 one by one from both end faces of a square columnar fixed resistor main body 171-2. Both lead wires 173-2 are bent substantially at a right angle downward at portions a1 protruding from both end faces of the fixed resistor body 171-2, bent at a substantially right angle backward at a middle portion a2 of a predetermined length, and further near the tip The portion a3 is bent substantially perpendicularly downward, and the distal end portion is used as a positioning locking portion 175-2.
In order to attach the fixed resistor 170-2 with a lead wire to the circuit board 150-2 by using, for example, reflow soldering, first, solder m on the land portion 155-2 as shown in FIG. -2 is applied, and then a fixed resistor 170-2 with a lead wire is placed on the circuit board 150-2 from above. At this time, by inserting and locking the positioning locking portion 175-2 at the tip of the lead wire 173-2 of the fixed resistor 170-2 with lead wire into the lead wire positioning hole 157-2 provided in the
Then, if solder reflow is performed, the middle portion of the lead wire 173-2 is soldered, as shown in FIG. 7B. In this way, the positioning locking portion 175-2 of the fixed resistor 170-2 with lead wire is locked and temporarily fixed in the lead wire positioning hole 157-2 of the

Items other than those described below are the same as in the example shown in FIG. In this example, the point different from the example shown in FIG. 7 is that the positioning locking portion is not provided at the tip of the lead wire 173-3 of the fixed resistor 170-3 with lead wire, and the
