Description
The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins and panty liners.
A sanitary napkin or the like absorbs and retains highly viscous excretory fluid such as menstrual blood. Various devices have been devised to quickly absorb this highly viscous menstrual blood. For example, some surface sheets are intended to increase the liquid permeability by forming a fiber dense structure, or by providing irregularities on the skin contact surface side and providing openings in the concave portions.
On the other hand, menstrual blood and the like include components such as blood cell components, soluble proteins, cell debris, and mucus that cause high viscosity. Unlike urine, menstrual blood or the like containing these components does not readily penetrate into the absorbent body even if it is permeated into the absorbent body. In addition, blood cell components such as red blood cells may adhere to the superabsorbent polymer in the absorbent body and reduce its absorption capacity. These are factors that reduce the absorption rate of menstrual blood and the like. As a result, menstrual blood or the like may remain without being immobilized in the absorbent body. In this state, if the wearer's body pressure or the like is applied to the sanitary napkin or the like, menstrual blood or the like may return to the skin contact surface side of the topsheet. As a result, menstrual blood or the like remains on the surface of a sanitary napkin or the like, and the wearer may feel uncomfortable due to the stickiness of the skin.

The present invention is an absorbent article having a top sheet disposed on the skin contact surface side, a back sheet disposed on the non-skin contact surface side, and an absorbent body disposed between the two sheets. An absorbent article containing a water-soluble compound having 3 or more nitrogen atoms and 1 to 3 carbon atoms is provided.
The absorbent article of the present invention has a high absorption speed, further reduces the amount of liquid return, reduces the amount of liquid remaining on the skin contact surface side under pressure during wearing, and provides a good wearing feeling.
First, with reference to FIG. 1 and 2, the whole structure of the
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the surface in contact with the human body is referred to as the skin side surface or skin contact surface or surface, and the opposite surface is referred to as the non-skin surface or non-skin contact surface or back surface. Of these two surfaces, the side close to the skin side or the extending direction is called the skin side, the skin contact surface side or the surface side, and the side close to the non-skin surface or the extending direction is the non-skin side, non-skin It is called the contact side or the back side. The direction positioned on the front side of the human body when worn is referred to as the front, and its end is referred to as the front end, and the direction positioned on the rear is referred to as the rear, and the end is referred to as the rear end. The normal direction of the front surface or the back surface of the absorbent article is called the thickness direction, and the amount is called thickness.
The
This water-
The water-
In the present embodiment, the water-
The
The above-mentioned water-
In addition, since the number of carbon atoms is suppressed, the presence of a nitrogen atom as an amino group or an imide group makes the water-

By these, the absorption rate of the excretory fluid in the
Furthermore, as described above, the water-
In addition, the water-

Among these, the water-
Although it does not restrict | limit especially as said guanidine compound, The thing which has sufficient solubility to menstrual blood and suppressed irritation | stimulation to skin can be selected suitably. In particular, guanidine is preferably used. Examples of the salt include guanidine hydrochloride, guanidine phosphate, aminoguanidine hydrochloride and the like.

Moreover, the addition amount of the water-
In addition, the water-

For the fiber sheets obtained in these Examples and Comparative Examples, the viscosity, surface tension, absorption time, and amount of liquid remaining on the surface sheet under pressure were measured based on the following measurement methods. The results are shown in Table 1.
[Measurement method of viscosity]
At room temperature (23 ° C.), the rotor is CORD No. with a TVB-10 viscometer manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd. 19 was used to measure the viscosity at a rotational speed of 30 rpm.
The viscosity measurement of the blood before liquid injection was performed with the viscometer using 20 g of horse blood. This measured value was used as the blood viscosity before the liquid was put into the sanitary napkin.
The blood used for the viscosity measurement after the liquid was added was obtained by sandwiching the intermediate sheet prepared in Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Example 1-3 between cylindrical acrylic cylinders, and 6 g of blood in the middle for each intermediate sheet. A total of 24 g obtained by passing through a sheet and collecting the liquid and repeating this operation four times was used. 24 g of this was measured with the viscometer. Each of the measured values was used as the viscosity of the blood after the liquid was put into each sanitary napkin.
[Measurement method of surface tension]
Surface tension was measured using an automatic surface tension meter CPVB-Z type manufactured by Kyowa Interface Chemical Co., Ltd. This was determined by measuring the force applied to the plate when the platinum plate hung on the balance was lowered from the top to the appropriate amount of blood in a petri dish and contacted with the liquid surface.
The surface tension of blood before liquid injection was measured with the automatic surface tension meter using 20 g of horse blood. This measured value was used as the surface tension of the blood before the sanitary napkin solution was added.
24 g of this was measured with the automatic surface tension meter. Each of the measured values was used as the surface tension of the blood after the liquid was put into each sanitary napkin.
[Absorption time]
Each sanitary napkin sample was placed horizontally, and an acrylic plate with a 1 cm diameter injection port and a weight were placed thereon so that a pressure of 0.8 g / cm 2 was applied to the napkin. Next, 3 g of defibrinated horse blood (manufactured by Nippon Biotest Co., Ltd.) was injected from the injection port in about 1 second. The state was maintained for 3 minutes after injection. Next, 3 g of defibrinated horse blood (manufactured by Nippon Biotest Co., Ltd.) was injected again from the injection port in about 1 second, and the time taken to absorb all the defibrinated horse blood injected for the second time was measured. Asked.
[Liquid remaining amount of the top sheet under pressure]
After measurement of the above absorption time, after 1 minute has elapsed after absorbing a total of 6 g of defibrinated horse blood, the acrylic plate and weight are removed, and the surface of the sanitary napkin is 7 cm × 10 cm on the skin contact surface. A stack of 10 sheets of absorbent paper (commercially available tissue paper) with an amount of 30 g / m 2 (5 sets of 2 stacked paper sheets) was placed. Further, a weight was placed thereon so that the pressure was 0.5 × 10 3 Pa, and pressure was applied for 1 minute. After pressurization, 10 sheets of absorbent paper were taken out and the weight of the absorbent paper before and after pressurization was measured to determine the amount of blood absorbed by the absorbent paper. This value was defined as the amount of blood returned from the sanitary napkin.
As shown in Table 1,
From the above, the absorbent article of the present invention has a high absorption speed, suppresses the amount of liquid return, can reduce the amount of liquid remaining on the skin contact surface side under pressure during wearing, and exhibits a good wearing feeling. It turned out to be a thing.
