Description

The present invention relates to an assembling-type tent that is set up at an event or the like and used as an awning or a rain shield, or for evacuation in a disaster.

(例えば、特許文献1参照)   The assembly-type tent is an assembly tent comprising a column, a beam passed between the columns, a palm extending obliquely upward from the column, and a ridge passed in the front-rear direction between the apexes of the palm. A pipe unit and an upper pipe unit are provided and used by assembling them, and the portability is improved at the time of disassembly. (For example, see Patent Document 1)

JP 2011-99274 A (see FIG. 1)

According to the above prior art documents,
It is said that by dividing into pipe units, the weight of each unit becomes light and easy to carry, and by folding, the final dimensions at the time of withdrawal can be reduced and the convenience of handling is improved,
The pipe unit is a hard structure material and heavy, and the hinge part has a danger of pinching fingers and the like, and handling such as attaching and detaching the pipe unit and the tent film is troublesome at the time of assembly and disassembly.
Furthermore, since the length of the column is fixed, the height of the tent cannot be adjusted, it is difficult to install when the ground is uneven, the number of parts is large, the size is difficult, and the price is also high. It is a problem.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the problems that the conventional technology potentially has.

In order to achieve the above object, a tent according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a substantially conical tent film body, a ring-shaped first annular body that is attached to the periphery of the tent film body and press-fits a fluid, A ring-shaped second annular body having substantially the same shape as the first annular body and press-fitted with fluid, an upper end fixed to the top of the tent film body, the first annular body suspended, and a lower end placed on the floor A column fixed to a surface, a plurality of first connecting bodies that connect each of the annular bodies with a predetermined distance between the first annular body and the second annular body, a peripheral edge of the first annular body, and the A plurality of second linking bodies that connect the support columns, and the first linking body is configured by linking the peripheries of the first annular body and the perimeter of the second annular body substantially equally to each other; Each of the first annular body and the column is connected so that a triangle is formed by the first annular body, the column and the tent film body. The features.

The tent according to the second aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the first annular body and the second annular body are flexible materials that can be bent in a normal state, and form an annulus when fluid is injected.

The tent according to the third aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the first annular body and the second annular body are marked at substantially equally divided positions.

The tent according to the fourth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the first connecting body and the second connecting body are formed of a rope-like or rod-like support material.

The tent of the fifth aspect of the present invention is provided with a side curtain body made of a transparent or translucent material surrounding the space between the peripheral edges of the first annular body and the second annular body so as to be freely opened and closed. It is characterized by that.

As described above, the expansion of the tent film body of the tent of the present invention can be performed by press-fitting a fluid into the first annular body attached to the periphery of the tent film body. Can be reduced in weight with only the support, can be stored compactly, and can be assembled and disassembled safely and easily in a short time.

In addition, since it is not necessary to stretch with pile driving or rope, it can be installed even in places where the ground cannot be fixed with piles such as concrete, narrow spaces, soft ground and uneven places.

It is also possible to easily change the height of the tent simply by changing the length of the rope or the support material in accordance with the change of the support length.

Also, the tent is upright by a pillar that is not vertically fixed and a tension that is connected to the pillar to form a triangle, etc., so that it has structural flexibility, so it may fall down due to strong winds etc. It has resilience even if it exists.

Moreover, if a film body is stretched on the side surface, it can be used as a tent for disaster prevention and medical treatment.

In addition, it is possible to increase the size, and since there is no column of the air tube as compared with a general large-sized air tent, it is possible to secure a wide indoor space and to reduce the price.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
However, the embodiments described below exemplify tents for embodying the technical idea of the present invention, and are not intended to specify the present invention, and are included in the scope of the claims. It is equally applicable to those of other embodiments.

1 to 4 are a schematic perspective view, a plan view, and a side view of a tent according to an embodiment of the present invention, and an outline of the tent will be sequentially described.
In FIGS. 1 and 4, the tent roof has a substantially conical tent membrane body 2 and a membrane fastener 21 such as an eyelet attached to the outer peripheral edge of the tent membrane body 2, and a fluid 38 is press-fitted into the tent membrane body 2. The ring-shaped first annular body 3 is hooked and connected to the connection hook 31 to expand the tent film body 2 so as to have a function of rain and awning.

The structure of a general tent roof is based on a method in which a tent film body and a pipe unit are connected with a string and the tent film body is expanded. In the present invention, as described above, the fluid 38 is applied to the first annular body 3 during use. The tent film body 2 can be expanded simply by press-fitting, and since it does not use a steel structure such as a pipe unit, it is lightweight, safe and easy to assemble in a short time.
In the example, the case where the tent film body 2 and the first annular body 3 are connected is described. However, each of the tent film body 2 and the first annular body 3 is stored separately, and the fluid 38 is added to the first annular body 3 at the site where the tent is used. The tent film body 2 may be attached after press-fitting into a ring shape.

As another connection method of the tent film body 2 and the first annular body 3, there is also a method of folding the outer peripheral edge of the substantially conical tent film body 2 into a bag shape and incorporating the first annular body 3 into the bag. is there.
Furthermore, there is a method of using a fastener or a double-sided adhesive tape on the tent film body 2 and the first annular body 3 side in consideration of the convenience of removal. (Not shown)

The material of the tent film body 2 is excellent in flexibility, weather resistance, and impact resistance, and a thermoplastic film or woven fabric that can be folded in a small volume is suitable.

As a fluid press-fitting method, air is usually press-fitted by a compressor. However, when the place where the tent is installed becomes unstable due to the influence of wind or the like, the first annular member 3 and the second annular member 4 described later are self-weighted. It is also possible to stabilize the tent 1 by press-fitting some tap water. The general tap water pressure is around 2 to 3 atm, and the hose can be extended only by introducing tap water without using a compressor.
In addition, when the installation location of the tap water outlet and the tent 1 is far away at a school or the like, water may be injected at the tap water inlet and carried to the place where the tent 1 is installed.

Since the material of the first annular body 3 and the second annular body 4 is a flexible material from the usage, the outer surface is excellent in weather resistance and impact resistance, and the inner surface is excellent in airtightness, A woven fabric, rubber, or synthetic resin that has been subjected to gas sealing treatment is suitable.
Further, in a normal state, a straight or annular thing is folded and stored, and in use, the fluid 38 is press-fitted to form a ring.
Further, the length, thickness and pressure resistance of the first annular body 3 are determined in consideration of the width of the tent, the use environment, and the like.

Annular hoses can be manufactured by directly fitting a rubber material or the like into an annular mold to form a ring, or by connecting both ends of a linear hose into a ring. The latter is more fluid. Since the straight-forward force works strongly when press-fitting 38 and it is possible to apply a strong pressure, it is good when a large tension is required for the expansion of the tent film body such as when the tent is large.
However, there is a risk of bursting when the pressure of air is increased, and considering safety,
A first annular body reinforcing annular body having substantially the same shape as the first annular body 3 is provided side by side with or overlapped with the first annular body 3, and the strength of the stretch is obtained by a method of lowering the pressure by fixing all or a part thereof. Is good. (Not shown)

Next, the second annular body 4 provided on the floor surface 8 will be described.
In addition, the floor surface said here is flat ground, such as the ground, a floor surface, a concrete surface, and a gravel surface, or an inclined ground.
The second annular body 4 press-fitted with a fluid disposed on the floor surface 8 having substantially the same shape as the first annular body 3 is fixed so that the substantially conical tent film body 2 supported by the support column 7 does not fall down.・ Since the purpose is to stabilize, tap water, etc. whose shape is almost the same as that of the first annular body 3 or whose circumferential length (diameter) is longer, thicker and heavier. It is better to press fit.
Moreover, it is good to add weight by putting a sandbag etc. on the 2nd annular body 4 as needed.
Further, if the circumference (diameter) is short, it becomes unstable when affected by wind or the like, so it is preferable to make the circumference long outside or at least the same as the tent film body 2. .

Next, referring to FIG. 4, a method of connecting the first annular body 3 and the second annular body 4 will be described.
The first annular body 3 and the second annular body 4 are marked at substantially evenly divided positions, and connecting rings 32 and 41 are attached to the marking portions, respectively. The connecting rings 32 and 41 have a predetermined length. The connection hooks 51 provided at both ends of the first connection body 5 that can be freely removed are hooked and connected.
Further, although the connection jig is described as a hook or the like, other general-purpose connection jigs may be used as long as their functions are the same, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
The first connecting body 5 is usually a rope that is easy to handle, but there is a risk that the rope will shrink if the extension is loosened. For example, when the wind is strong and the tent is unstable, a rod-shaped support material is used as a countermeasure. It is better to use it.

In addition, when the floor 8 is uneven at a cultural property excavation site or the like, and to enable stable tent construction even in a soft place, it is preferable to provide a length adjustment function for the first connecting body 5. .

Next, the support column 7 that supports the tent 1 in the center of the tent 1 will be described.
Assembling (starting up) the support column 7, first, the first annular body 3 and the second annular body 4 are connected to complete the outer shape of the tent 1, and the central portion inside (lower) the substantially conical tent film body 2. The lower end of the support column 7 is fixed to the center portion of the second annular body 4 installed on the floor surface 8 so that the tip end portion 71 of the support column 7 is fitted to the column 7 and the tent 1 is set up.
At this time, when the first connecting body 5 is loose or when the second annular body 4 is unstable such as floating from the floor surface, it is adjusted and stabilized by the expansion / contraction function 73 of the support column 7.
The expansion / contraction function 73 may be a general-purpose method having a fixing function according to the length.

Although not shown in the figure, when the outer shape of the tent 1 is substantially elliptical cone shape and unstable with one support column, fitting portions with the support columns are provided at two locations in the elliptical direction starting from the center of the tent film body 2. There is also a method of using two.

Next, the capture diagram of FIG. 3 will be described.
In order to strengthen the stability of the tent 1, each of the second coupling bodies 6 includes the first annular body 3 and the support column 7, and the tent film body 2, so that the a, b, and c form a triangle. At this time, the connecting position 72 of the connecting strut 7 is preferably lower than the height of the first annular body 3 from the floor surface 8 in order to stabilize the triangular shape. If the two-coupled body 6 is a rod-shaped support material, the triangle can be fixed, and the tent is more stable.

(図示せず)   The tent 1 of the present invention is usually set up at an event or the like and is used as an awning or a rain shield. By attaching the tent film body B to the entire surface or a part of it, it can be used as an evacuation tent at the time of disaster. (Not shown)
