Description

The present invention relates to a direct current motor, and more particularly to a direct current motor in which a terminal plate is disposed on an end cover attached by closing an open end of a motor case.

Conventionally, many DC motors are known in which a stator and a rotor are accommodated in a case opened at one end, and an end cover provided with a terminal plate is attached to the case opening to seal the opening. ing.

In addition, in the conventional DC motor, the terminal plate is arranged in the end cover. The terminal plate is inserted and attached when the end cover is formed of a resin material, or the terminal plate is provided with a spring structure. There is known a structure in which a portion is provided and the spring structure is press-fitted into a recess provided on the end lid side and attached in a cantilever state (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Furthermore, a DC motor incorporating a PTC thermistor is also known as means for protecting the motor by restricting the flow of current to the winding when the motor exceeds a set temperature due to heat generated by driving (for example, patents). Reference 2). The PTC thermistor and the terminal plate are fixed by a welded structure or a method in which a spring structure provided on the PTC thermistor side is press-fitted into a terminal plate formed by insert molding.

Japanese Patent No. 30570001.

However, as a structure for attaching the terminal plate to the end cover, as in Patent Document 1, the terminal plate side spring structure is press-fitted into the end cover side recess and attached in a cantilever state. However, there is a problem that plastic deformation is likely to occur, and it is difficult to secure a sufficient strength for holding the terminal board.

On the other hand, as a structure for fixing the PTC thermistor and the terminal plate, a structure in which the PTC thermistor and the terminal plate are fixed by welding, or as in Patent Document 2, a spring structure provided on the PTC thermistor side on the insert-molded terminal plate is provided. In the structure of press-fitting and fixing, the manufacturing and work processes are complicated, and as a result, there is a problem that the cost is high.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a DC motor that is easy to manufacture and that can be attached with a terminal board having sufficient strength on an end cover.

The present invention has been proposed to achieve the above object, and a DC motor according to the present invention comprises a case having at least one end opened , a stator and a rotor accommodated in the case, and an opening in the case. An end cover that is hermetically sealed and provided with a terminal plate, a through hole provided in the end cover for receiving and holding the terminal plate, and provided on one end side of the terminal plate, the terminal plate A fixing portion having a mounting hole for fixing one end side of the terminal plate to the inner surface of the end lid, and the other end side of the terminal plate that is provided on the other end side of the terminal plate and passes through the through hole. and a bent portion for fixing said bent portion, said end and therefore together bent to the shape of the lid, the terminal plate is fit hooked on the rear surface of said end cap by the bent portion It is a configuration. Further, it is preferable that the bent portion protrudes from the through hole toward the outside of the end lid and is bent toward the back side of the end lid.

According to this configuration, when the terminal plate is inserted into the through hole of the end cover and fixed to the end cover through a screw or the like through the mounting hole, the fixing portion on one end side of the terminal plate is fixed to the inner surface side of the end cover. In addition, when the other end of the terminal plate protruding through the through hole to the back side of the end cover is bent to the back side of the end cover to form a bent portion, the end cover with both ends of the terminal plate fixed is formed. A direct current motor is obtained. In this structure, it is possible to fix and attach both ends of the terminal plate to the end cap by tightening with screws etc. and bending the terminal plate (bending part), so a highly difficult construction method such as insert molding, welding etc. do not need. Further, the terminal plate can be attached to the end lid with a high holding strength, and a high holding strength can be secured for the mating terminal, and the structure is strong against plastic deformation.

Also, the terminal plate, that has a press-fit connecting portion held by press-fitting state of the connector portion of the PTC thermistor disposed on said end cap, configuration is preferred.

According to this configuration, by pressing the connector portion of the PTC thermistor into the press-fit connection, the terminal plate and the PTC thermistor member can be firmly connected and held, and the connection reliability can be ensured.

Further, the DC motor of the present invention includes a case where at least one end is opened, a stator and a rotor which is accommodated in the casing, as well as sealing the opening of the case, and an end cap formed by disposing the terminal plate , Provided on the inner surface side of the end cover, for receiving at least a part of the terminal plate, and provided on one end side of the terminal plate, and one end side of the terminal plate is connected to the end cover. A fixing portion having a mounting hole for fixing to the inner surface, and provided on both side surfaces of the other end side of the terminal plate that are received in a press-fit state in the recess of the end lid, and the other end side is received in the recess. And a serrated engagement protrusion for preventing the other end from coming off by contacting the inner surface of the recess.

According to this configuration, when the other end of the terminal plate is press-fitted into the recess of the end lid, and a screw or the like is passed through the mounting hole of the fixing portion of the terminal plate and fixed to the end lid, the terminal plate is fixed on one end side. The part is fixed to the inner surface side of the end lid. Then, the other end of the terminal plate press-fitted into the recess is prevented from coming off by the engagement protrusion provided at the other end contacting the recess. As a result, a DC motor having an end lid in a state where both ends of the terminal plate are fixed is obtained. In this structure, the terminal plate can be fixed to the end lid by press-fitting the terminal plate into the recess and tightening the fixing portion with a screw or the like, so a highly difficult method such as insert molding or welding is not required. . Further, the terminal plate can be attached to the end lid with a high holding strength, and a high holding strength can be secured for the mating terminal, and the structure is strong against plastic deformation.

Further, the DC motor of the present invention includes a case where at least one end is opened, a stator and a rotor which is accommodated in the casing, as well as sealing the opening of the case, and an end cap formed by disposing the terminal plate a through hole provided in said end cap, and a recess provided on the inner surface side of said end cap, provided on one end side of the terminal plate, fixing one end side of the terminal plate on the inner surface of said end cap A fixing portion having a mounting hole, a bent portion provided on the other end side of the terminal plate and fixing the other end side of the terminal plate penetrating the through hole to the end lid; A serrated engaging projection that is provided on both side surfaces on the end side so as to be receivable in the recess, and abuts on the inner surface of the recess when it is received in the recess to prevent the other end from coming off. the bent portion is therefore bent to match the shape of said end cap, said Coban is a configuration that is fit hooked on the rear surface of said end cap by the bent portion.

On the other hand, on the other end side, an engaging projection provided on the other end of the terminal board press-fitted into the recess is brought into contact with the recess to prevent it from coming off, and through the through hole to the back side of the end cover. When the other end portion of the projected terminal plate is bent toward the back side of the end lid to form a bent portion, the bent portion engages with the back side and is prevented from coming off. As a result, a DC motor having an end lid in which both ends of the terminal board are firmly fixed can be obtained. In this structure, the both ends of the terminal board are fixed to the end lid by fastening the fixing part with screws, etc., engaging by bending the terminal board (bending part), and press-fitting into the concave part by the engaging convex part. Therefore, highly difficult methods such as insert molding and welding are not required. Further, the terminal plate can be attached to the end lid with a high holding strength, and a high holding strength can be secured for the mating terminal, and the structure is strong against plastic deformation.

According to the present invention, since the terminal plate can be fixed to the end cover without requiring a highly difficult method such as insert molding or welding, the manufacturing is easy and the cost can be reduced. it can. In addition, the terminal plate can be attached to the end lid with a high holding strength, and a high holding strength can be secured even for a mating terminal inserted from the outside, for example. Furthermore, a structure that is strong against plastic deformation can be obtained, and the connection reliability can be ensured.

The PTC thermistor 22 is a current limiting element for protecting the motor 10 by limiting the flow of current when the temperature of the motor 10 exceeds a set temperature due to heat generated by driving the motor 10. As shown in FIG. 6, the PTC thermistor 22 has terminal plates 33 and 33 disposed on both sides of the polymer portion 32 and is formed in a plate shape as a whole. In addition, connector portions 33a and 33b are provided at one end of each of the terminal plates 33 and 33 so as to be divided into left and right. The PTC thermistor 22 is inserted into the PTC thermistor receiving recess 24 of the end lid 15, and the connector portions 33 a and 33 b are inserted into the PTC thermistor receiving recess 24 from the PTC thermistor receiving recess 24. It arrange | positions in the state protruded to 14 side. The PTC thermistor 22 may be inserted and integrated when the end lid 15 is molded.

As shown in FIG. 8, the terminal plate 19 includes a main body 19c corresponding to the main body 19c, the plurality of press-fitting parts 19a extending from the main body 19c, and the mounting hole 26 of the end lid 15. The fixing portion 19b formed to be bent at a substantially right angle from the inside to the inside and the press-fit connecting portion 19d formed corresponding to the connector portion 33b of the PTC thermistor 22 are integrally provided. The fixing portion 19b is provided with an attachment hole 34 corresponding to the attachment hole 26 of the end lid 15 (see FIG. 5). Further, on both side end faces of the press-fit portion 19a, there are provided serrated portions 35 as engaging projections formed so as to be caught in the recess 25 of the end lid 15 in the removal direction. The press-fit connecting portion 19d is provided with a curling portion which is turned inward from both the left and right sides and is curved (curled) by about 270 ° in the opposite direction and has elasticity. Then, when the connector portion 33b is inserted into the press-fit connecting portion 19d, the connector portion 33b is inserted by pushing the curling portion outward, and after insertion, the connector portion 33b is elastically clamped by the curling portion so that the connector portion 33b can be firmly held. It has become. FIG. 7 shows the clamping state.

When the terminal plate 19 formed in this way is attached to the end lid 15, as shown in FIG. 4, the terminal plate 19 corresponds to the inner surface of the end lid 15, and the press-fit connecting portion 19d corresponds to the connector portion 33b of the PTC thermistor 22, respectively. At the same time, the mounting hole 34 of the fixing portion 19b is made to correspond to the mounting hole 26, and the press-fitting portion 19a is pressed to correspond to the recess 25. By this pressing, the connector part 33b is press-fitted and connected to the press-fitting connection part 19d, the press-fitting part 19a is press-fitted into the recess 25 of the end cover 15, and the fixing part 19b is abutted and positioned on the inner surface of the end cover 15. . In this state, when the fixing screw 36 is attached and tightened to the attachment hole 26 through the attachment hole 34, the fixing portion 19 b on the other end side is fixed to the end lid 15. On the other hand, since the serrated portion 35 is formed on both end surfaces of the press-fitting portion 19a at one end side where the press-fitting portion 19a is press-fitted into the recess 25, when an external force is applied to the press-fitting portion 19a. The serrated portion 35 bites into the inner surface of the recess 25 and is prevented from coming off. Thereby, the terminal plate 19 is securely fixed to the PTC thermistor 22 through the press-fit connection of the press-fit connection portion 19d and the connector portion 33b while the both ends of the terminal plate 19 are securely fixed to the end lid 15. Attached to the end lid 15.

As shown in FIG. 9, the terminal plate 20 extends in the same direction as the input terminal portion 20a from the input terminal portion 20a formed corresponding to the through hole 29 and from the fixed portion 20c corresponding to the recess 30. The pressed-in portion 20b that is taken out, a press-fit connecting portion 20d that is bent from the fixed portion 20c in the opposite direction to the input terminal portion 20a and formed to correspond to the connector portion 33a of the PTC thermistor 22, and the input terminal portion 20a And an external terminal press-fit connecting portion 20e formed in the intermediate portion. The fixing portion 20 c is provided with an attachment hole 37 corresponding to the attachment hole 31 of the end lid 15. Further, on both side end surfaces of the press-fit portion 20b, a sawtooth portion 35 as an engaging projection portion is provided in the same manner as the terminal plate 19 formed so as to be caught in the recess 30 of the end lid 15 in the removal direction. ing.

The press-fit connecting portion 20d is provided with a curling portion which is turned inward from both the left and right sides and is curved (curled) by about 270 ° in the opposite direction to each other and has elasticity. When the connector portion 33a is inserted into the press-fit connecting portion 20d, the connector portion 33a is inserted by pushing the curling portion outward, and after insertion, the connector portion 33a is elastically clamped by the curling portion so that the connector portion 33a can be firmly held. It has become. FIG. 7 shows the clamping state. Similarly to the press-fit connection portion 20d, the external terminal press-fit connection portion 20e is also provided with an elastic curling portion that is turned inward from the left and right sides and is curved (curled) by about 270 ° in the opposite direction. When the external input terminal (-side) 100 (see FIG. 5) is inserted through the through-hole 29, the external input terminal 100 is inserted by expanding the curling portion outward, and after the insertion, the curling portion is elastic. The external input terminal 100 can be firmly held by being sandwiched.

When the terminal plate 20 formed in this way is attached to the end lid 15, as shown in FIG. 5, the terminal plate 20 corresponds to the inner surface of the end lid 15, and the press-fit connecting portion 20d corresponds to the connector portion 33a of the PTC thermistor 22, respectively. At the same time, the input terminal portion 20a is pressed against the through hole 29, the mounting hole 37 of the fixing portion 20c is pressed against the mounting hole 31, and the press-fit portion 20b is pressed against the recess 30 respectively. By this pressing operation, the connector portion 33a is press-fitted and connected to the press-fit connecting portion 20d, the press-fit portion 20b is press-fitted into the recess 30 of the end lid 15, and the fixing portion 19b is abutted and positioned on the inner surface of the end lid 15. The In this state, when the fixing screw 36 is attached to the attachment hole 31 through the attachment hole 37 and tightened, the fixing portion 20 c on the other end side is fixed to the end lid 15. On the other hand, since one end side where the press-fitting part 20b is press-fitted into the recess 30 is formed with serrated portions 35 on both end faces of the press-fitting part 20b, when an external force in the pulling direction is applied to the press-fitting part 20b. The serrated portion 35 bites into the inner surface of the recess 30 and is prevented from coming off. Further, the length of the input terminal portion 20a inserted into the through hole 29 is set so that a part 20f protrudes outside the end lid 15 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5B, a part 20f is bent to the back side of the end lid 15, and a bent part (hereinafter referred to as “bent part 20f”) is formed by the part 20f.

As a result, both ends of the terminal plate 20 are securely fixed to the end cover 15, and the end cover 15 is firmly connected to the PTC thermistor 22 through the press-fit connection of the press-fit connecting part 20 d and the connector part 33 a. Attached to. Further, in this connection plate B, when the external input terminal 100 is inserted through the through hole 29, the external input terminal 100 pushes the curling portion outward and is press-fitted and connected to the external terminal press-fit connection portion 20e. . When the external input terminal 100 is press-fitted into the external terminal press-fit connecting portion 20e, the input terminal portion 20a receives an external force that moves in the inner direction of the end lid 15, but the external force is blocked by the latching by the bent portion 20f. Is done. Therefore, the external input terminal 100 can be press-fitted into the external terminal press-fit connecting portion 20e and firmly connected without the terminal plate 20 moving.

As shown in FIG. 10, the terminal plate 21 extends in the same direction as the input terminal portion 21 a from the input terminal portion 21 a formed corresponding to the through hole 27 and the fixing portion 21 b corresponding to the recess 38. The protruding press-fit portion 21c and the external terminal press-fit connecting portion 21d formed at the intermediate portion of the input terminal portion 21a from the fixed portion 21b are integrally provided. The fixing portion 21b is provided with an attachment hole 39 (see FIG. 4) corresponding to the attachment hole 28 of the end lid 15. Further, on both side end surfaces of the press-fit portion 21c, saw teeth as engaging projections, which are formed so as to be caught in the recess 38 of the end lid 15 in the removal direction. A shaped portion 35 is provided.

The external terminal press-fit connecting portion 21d is provided with a curling portion which is turned inward from both the left and right sides and is curved (curled) by about 270 ° in the opposite direction and has elasticity. When the external input terminal (+ side) 101 (see FIG. 4) is inserted through the through-hole 27, the external input terminal 101 is inserted by pushing the curling portion outward, and after insertion, the curling portion is elastic. The external input terminal 101 can be firmly held by clamping.

When the terminal plate 21 thus formed is attached to the end lid 15, as shown in FIG. 4, the terminal plate 21 is formed on the inner surface of the end lid 15, respectively, with the input terminal portion 21a as the through hole 27 and the fixing portion 21b. The mounting hole 39 is pressed against the mounting hole 28 and the press-fit portion 21c is pressed against the recess 38, respectively. By this pressing operation, the press-fitting portion 21 c is press-fitted into the recess 38 of the end lid 15 (see FIG. 2), and the fixing portion 21 b is abutted and positioned on the inner surface of the end lid 15. In this state, when the fixing screw 36 is attached and tightened to the attachment hole 28 through the attachment hole 39, the fixing portion 21 b on the other end side is fixed to the end lid 15. On the other hand, since the serrated portion 35 is formed on both end surfaces of the press-fit portion 21c at one end side where the press-fit portion 21c is press-fitted into the recess 38, an external force in the removal direction is applied to the press-fit portion 21c. The serrated portion 35 bites into the inner surface of the recess 38 and is prevented from coming off. Further, the length of the input terminal portion 21a inserted into the through hole 27 is set so that a part 21e protrudes outside the end lid 15 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2B, a part 21e is bent toward the back side of the end lid 15, and a bent part (hereinafter referred to as “bent part 21e”) is formed by the part 21e.

Thereby, both ends of the terminal board 21 are firmly fixed to the end lid 15. In the connection plate C, when the external input terminal 101 is inserted through the through hole 27, the external input terminal 101 pushes the curling portion outward and is press-fitted and connected to the external terminal press-fitting connection portion 21d. When the external input terminal 101 is press-fitted into the external terminal press-fitting connection portion 21d, the input terminal portion 21a receives an external force that moves in the inner direction of the end lid 15, but the external force is blocked by being latched by the bent portion 21e. Is done. Thereby, the external input terminal 101 can be press-fitted into the external terminal press-fit connecting portion 21d and firmly connected without the terminal plate 21 moving.
