Description
The present invention relates to a molded coil that is used to drive a valve body of an electromagnetic valve and is molded with a resin, an electromagnetic valve that uses the molded coil, and a method for manufacturing the molded coil.
Conventionally, in order to provide waterproofness to the coil used in the electromagnetic valve, a molded coil in which the entire coil is covered with resin is used, and the valve body is mounted in the driving portion insertion hole of the molded coil to constitute the electromagnetic valve. It has become so.
In this case, in order to facilitate electrical connection to the molded coil, a so-called standardized socket assembly called a “DIN socket (or DIN connector)” is connected.
In such a DIN socket type electromagnetic valve, as an electromagnetic valve using a mold coil, there is an electromagnetic valve as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-208177.
FIG. 27 is a longitudinal sectional view of a solenoid valve in a state in which a conventional molded coil similar to that of Patent Document 1 is mounted, FIG. 28 is a view of the molded coil taken along line AA in FIG. 27, and FIG. It is a perspective view of the conventional magnetic frame.
As shown in FIG. 27, the
As shown in FIG. 29, the
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 27 and 28, a pair of
Further, as shown in FIG. 27, a
That is, as shown in FIG. 27, a
As a result, the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 27 to 28, the
Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 27 to 29, the
In this case, as shown in FIG. 29, the
27, a pair of
The molded
The
Then, as shown in FIGS. 27 to 28, the
In this state, the
As shown in FIG. 27, the
That is, the
In FIG. 27,
Then, as shown in FIG. 27, the
That is, the
However, in such a conventional
Accordingly, the portion around the pair of
Therefore, as indicated by the oblique lines in FIG. 30, the
In addition, since the
Furthermore, since the thick portion of the
In addition, when the thick portion of the
However, as shown in FIGS. 28 to 30, since the portion other than the power supply
Furthermore, if the resin is filled between the
In view of such a current situation, the present invention does not cause an extra mold resin portion region, can reduce the amount of resin required for insert molding, can reduce the cost, and the thick portion of the mold resin portion This prevents the occurrence of voids and the effective prevention of water immersion due to cracks due to the difference in the linear expansion coefficient between the magnetic frame and the mold resin. It is an object of the present invention to provide a mold coil that can function reliably, a solenoid valve using the mold coil, and a method for manufacturing the mold coil.

A bobbin around which a winding is wound;
A bobbin assembly comprising a pair of power supply members attached to the bobbin and electrically connected to the ends of the windings;
A coil molded body formed by forming a mold resin portion around a bobbin assembly including the bobbin and a power supply member;
A method of manufacturing a molded coil comprising a magnetic frame surrounding the coil molded body,
A bobbin assembly including the bobbin and a power supply member is disposed in a mold, and a pair of lateral slide molds, each having a rib forming recess and a space projecting portion, is closed. Process,
By injecting molten resin into the closed mold space, the coil is formed by forming a mold resin portion so as to project ribs from the side periphery of the coil molded body to the magnetic frame mounting position. Forming a space between the molded body and the magnetic frame mounting position;
A step of attaching to the magnetic frame so as to cover the mold resin part ,
In the step of forming the space portion, molten resin is injected into the connector plate recess formed in the closed mold space,
By extending the connector mounting surface on the power feeding member side of the mold resin part to the outside, a connector plate is formed,
The rib and the connector plate are configured to integrally form a mold resin portion .
As described above, according to the present invention, the bobbin assembly including the bobbin and the power supply member is disposed in the mold, and is a pair of lateral slide molds, in which the rib forming concave portion and the space protruding portion are formed. The closed slide mold is closed.
In this state, by injecting molten resin into the closed mold space, coil molding is performed by forming the mold resin portion so as to project ribs from the side periphery of the coil molded body to the magnetic frame. A space is formed between the body and the magnetic frame.
Furthermore, it is attached to the magnetic frame so as to cover the mold resin portion. Therefore, since there is no magnetic frame at the time of molding, the mold can be designed in a free shape with the mold resin part, so that there is no extra mold resin part area and the amount of resin required for molding is reduced. The flexibility of the gate position is large, which is advantageous for molding, and the cost can be reduced.
Further, since there is no magnetic frame at the time of molding, the mold resin is not constrained by the magnetic frames made of steel plates having different linear expansion rates, and cracks due to thermal expansion differences such as temperature cycles are less likely to occur.
Further, since there is no magnetic frame at the time of molding, even a resin having a small elongation can be used without cracking. As a result, the degree of freedom in resin selection increases. That is, a resin having a small elongation but excellent insulating properties can be used as the mold resin.
Therefore, the thick portion of the mold resin portion does not occur, and it is possible to effectively prevent the occurrence of voids and the inundation caused by the crack due to the difference in the linear expansion coefficient between the magnetic frame and the mold resin. It can function reliably as a molded coil.
Further, a space is formed between the bobbin assembly and the magnetic frame by forming the mold resin portion so as to project ribs extending from the side periphery of the coil molded body to the magnetic frame.
Therefore, an excessive mold resin portion region does not occur, and the amount of resin required for molding can be reduced.
In addition, a rib and a space are formed, and the rib functions as a heat radiating rib (heat radiating fin) and the end surface of the rib is in contact with or close to the magnetic frame. Heat is transferred to the magnetic frame as radiant heat.
Therefore, the heat dissipation is good, and the temperature rise of the mold coil due to continued energization does not become excessively large, so that the magnetomotive force of the mold coil is not lowered.
The molded coil of the present invention is characterized in that the rib is formed of a plurality of ribs that are spaced apart at a constant interval.
If the ribs are formed from a plurality of ribs spaced at regular intervals in this way, the effect of the ribs functioning as heat radiating ribs (heat radiating fins) is further improved, and the heat transfer area to the magnetic frame is increased. The heat transfer effect will be improved.
In addition, the structure is supported (in contact with or close to) the magnetic frame by a plurality of ribs, and the structural strength of the molded coil increases.
In the molded coil of the present invention, the area of the end surface of the rib on the side where the distance between the bobbin assembly and the magnetic frame is short has the area of the rib on the side where the distance between the bobbin assembly and the magnetic frame is long. It is formed so that it may become larger than the area of an end surface.
With this configuration, since the area of the end face of the rib on the side where the distance between the bobbin assembly and the magnetic frame is short is increased, the heat from the winding of the bobbin assembly is magnetically transmitted through the rib. It becomes easy to transmit to the frame and can be radiated from the magnetic frame as radiant heat.
Further, since the area of the end face of the rib on the side where the distance between the bobbin assembly and the magnetic frame is long is small, the amount of resin in this portion can be reduced, and the generation of voids can be prevented.
The molded coil of the present invention is characterized in that a notch for draining water between the rib and the magnetic frame is formed on the end face of the rib.
As described above, since the notch for draining between the rib and the magnetic frame is formed on the end face of the rib, the mold coil is damaged and damaged by freezing of water accumulated between the rib and the magnetic frame. Can be prevented.
The molded coil of the present invention is characterized in that the surface of the magnetic frame is a dark surface.
In this case, the “dark color” is not limited in any way, and means a dark color including dark colors such as black, dark blue, and dark brown.
With this configuration, since the surface of the magnetic frame is a dark surface, the heat emissivity (radiation rate) can be improved, so that the heat dissipation is improved. That is, the heat transferred from the winding of the bobbin assembly to the magnetic frame via the rib is easily radiated as radiant heat from the dark surface of the magnetic frame.
Thereby, since heat dissipation is favorable and the temperature rise of the mold coil due to continuing energization does not become excessively large, the magnetomotive force of the mold coil is not lowered.
In this case, the method of making the surface of the magnetic frame a dark surface is not particularly limited. However, the method of darkening the surface of the magnetic frame by plating, the dark color on the surface of the magnetic frame with a dark paint, It is possible to adopt a method of forming a coating film.
In this case, it is desirable that the dark color is black. That is, if the surface of the magnetic frame is a black surface, the thermal emissivity (emissivity) is even higher, which is more desirable.
In this case, the method of making the surface of the magnetic frame a black surface is not particularly limited, but a method of blackening the surface of the magnetic frame by plating, black on the surface of the magnetic frame with black paint. It is possible to adopt a method of forming a coating film.
As a method of blackening the surface of the magnetic frame by plating, for example, black chromate plating, black nickel plating, electroless black nickel plating, or the like can be employed.
In addition, as a method of forming a black paint film on the surface of the magnetic frame with a black paint, for example, a black paint film is formed with a paint such as an alkyd resin, acrylic resin, or epoxy resin containing carbon black particles. The method to do can be adopted.
The mold coil of the present invention is characterized in that the mold resin portion is made of a dark mold resin.
In this case, the “dark color” is not limited in any way, and means a dark color including dark colors such as black, dark blue, and dark brown.
By comprising in this way, since the mold resin part is comprised from the dark mold resin, since a thermal emissivity (radiation rate) can be improved, heat dissipation improves. That is, heat from the winding of the bobbin assembly is easily radiated as radiant heat from the dark surface of the dark mold resin portion.
Thereby, since heat dissipation is favorable and the temperature rise of the mold coil due to continuing energization does not become excessively large, the magnetomotive force of the mold coil is not lowered.
In this case, the method for forming the mold resin portion from the dark mold resin is not particularly limited, but the resin constituting the mold resin portion may be formed from a resin containing a dark pigment or the like. Good.
In this case, it is desirable that the dark color is black. That is, if the mold resin portion is a black mold resin, the thermal emissivity (radiation rate) is further higher, and it is more desirable because it is easy to radiate heat as radiant heat from the black surface of the black mold resin portion.
In this case, the method for forming the mold resin portion from the black mold resin is not particularly limited, but the resin constituting the mold resin portion includes, for example, carbon black, titanium-based black pigment, and the like. What is necessary is just to comprise from resin.
According to the present invention, since there is no magnetic frame at the time of molding, it is possible to design the mold so that the mold resin part has a free shape, so there is no excess mold resin part area, and the amount of resin required for molding The degree of freedom of the gate position is large, which is advantageous in terms of molding, and the cost can be reduced.
