(a)前記構造物と間隔をあけて作業用柱を前記構造物の高さまで小型クレーンにより構築する。
(b)前記作業用柱側の前記構造物の上部と前記作業用柱の上部とに軽量物用ストランドジャッキを対向して設置する。
(c)前記軽量物用ストランドジャッキにより前記小型クレーンの走行用レールを吊り上げて、前記構造物と前記作業用柱との間に固定する。
(d)前記小型クレーンを前記軽量物用ストランドジャッキにより吊り上げて、前記走行用レール上に台車を介して乗せる。
(e)前記小型クレーンを前記台車を介して前記走行用レールに沿って移動させながら、前記小型クレーンにより前記小型クレーンの走行用レールの延長作業と前記建屋用柱の上部の梁間へのジャッキ受梁の設置作業と前記ジャッキ受梁への重量物用ストランドジャッキの設置作業とを行う。
