Claims (5)
- セラミックスを含み得る対象表面に無機粒子を結合させる工程と、
前記無機粒子に、抗菌性を有するタンパク又は前記タンパクから誘導される塩基性ペプチドを結合させる工程と、
前記対象表面を酸性環境とし、前記タンパク又は前記塩基性ペプチドを前記無機粒子から除去する工程とを含み、
前記無機粒子は、シラノール基が露出するシリカ粒子であり、
前記タンパクは、プロタミン、サルミン及びクルペインのいずれかを含む対象表面の抗菌処理方法。 - 前記タンパク又は前記塩基性ペプチドを除去した前記対象表面を中性又はアルカリ性環境とし、前記タンパク又は前記塩基性ペプチドを前記無機粒子に結合させる工程とをさらに含む請求項1記載の対象表面の抗菌処理方法。
- 前記タンパクは、魚類の白子由来のタンパクである請求項1又は2に記載の対象表面の抗菌処理方法。
- 前記無機粒子を結合させる工程は、蒸着加工により実施される請求項1又は2記載の対象表面の抗菌処理方法。
- 前記無機粒子を結合させる工程は、サンドブラスト法により実施される請求項1又は2記載の対象表面の処理方法。
