Claims (3)
- 外装容器内に収納されて使用され、筒状胴部の上下端が筒口付き天板と底板とからなる端材により閉鎖され全体が可撓性を有する内装袋において、
天板と底板は、その周囲に溶着片が垂直方向に連成され、筒状胴部は伸び率や耐衝撃性などの材質の特性が相違する内層材と外層材の二重構造で、前記筒状胴部の内層材と外層材との間に前記天板や底板の溶着片を挟み込んだ状態で、更に、筒状胴部の上端付近の外周に、外装容器への引っ掛け用となる筒状胴部と略同径でかつ筒状胴部より上下寸法の短い筒状の係止片を被せた状態で、前記天板や底板の溶着片、筒状胴部、及び係止片が全周囲にわたる溶着部分にて溶着一体化されていることを特徴とする内装袋。 - 天板にはその周縁部に達しない部分的に凸部又は/及び凹部が筒口の部分を避けて設けられており、底板にはその周縁部に達しない部分的に凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内装袋。
- 上記請求項1に記載の内装袋の製造方法であって、筒状胴部の一方端に筒状胴部と略同径の円板状の鏝台を内側から嵌めておいて、底板の溶着片を筒状胴部の一方端の外層材と内層材の間に挿入してから鏝により鏝台上の内層材、溶着片、外層材の溶着を行い筒状胴部と底板を一体化し、次に、筒状胴部の他方端に筒状胴部の直径と略同径の直径のリング状とこのリングの対向2カ所で折り曲げて重ねた弓状とに変換自在となる治具をリング状にして嵌めておいて、天板の溶着片を筒状胴部の他方端の外層材と内層材の間に挿入し、筒状胴部の上端付近の外周に、外装容器への引っ掛け用となる筒状胴部と略同径でかつ筒状胴部より上下寸法の短い筒状の係止片を被せてから鏝により鏝台上の内層材、溶着片、外層材、係止片の溶着を行い筒状胴部と天板を一体化し、その後、治具をリング状から弓状に変換して、天板の筒口から弓状の治具を外側に取り出すことを特徴とする内装袋の製造方法。
